Tvrtka iz Trebinja u susjednoj BiH bila je uvoznik 220 kilograma heroina koji je stigao u kontejneru iz Turske. Angažirala je hrvatskog špeditera za prijevoz kontejnera s drogom koja je trebala doputovati do krajnjeg odredišta u Belgiji, ali je izvađena u Hrvatskoj, nakon čega su kocke s olovom zavarene, a samo je jedna pošiljka s heroinom stigla do odredišta.

Međutim, krajnji naručitelj milijunske pošiljke droge, koja je bila namijenjena zapadnoeuropskom tržištu, nije preuzeo teret, i to se još uvijek utvrđuje.

Praćenje tereta

Ono što je sa sigurnošću ustanovljeno jest da špediter, a riječ je o lokalnoj tvrtki, ni na koji način nije bio involviran u sadržaj 80 tona olova koji je stigao do pločanske luke. Upravo su sadržaj kontejnera, uvoznik i krajnje odredište izazvali sumnju kod carinika prilikom profiliranja kontejnera koji stižu u pločansku luku, pri čemu je kontejner koji je stigao iz Turske bio označen kao potencijalno sumnjiv, piše Jutarnji list.

Piljenjem kontejnera i vađenjem droge policijski posao hrvatske policije nije bio završen. U suradnji s policijama drugih država, kamion koji je prevozio olovne kocke imao je diskretnu pratnju tijekom cijelog puta do Belgije kako bi zaštitili vozača koji je dovezao olovo, ali bez heroina na odredište. Heroin je u pločanskoj luci zaplijenjen 11. listopada prošle godine, a kontejner s olovnim kockama, koje su bile ponovno zatvorene, nastavio je put za Belgiju.

Kad je riječ o zapljeni 62 kilograma kokaina skrivenog u 54 paketića na brodu koji je prevozio ugljen iz jedne kolumbijske luke, "roba" je bila smještena na 16 metara ispod morske površine pa je postojala opasnost da se kokain, koji je kao i heroin bio namijenjen zapadnoeuropskom tržištu, odvoji od broda.

Kako doznaje Jutarnji list, skladište s drogom držali su jaki magneti, a nije bio zavaren kako to obično krijumčari rade.

Prema prvim policijskim procjenama, droga bi na ilegalnom tržištu vrijedila 17 milijuna eura.

Memorandum s DEA-om

To je već treća takva velika zapljena droge u pločanskoj luci.

Antonio Gerovac, pomoćnik glavnog ravnatelja policije, rekao je da je pločanska luka samo jedna od luka kojom kokain iz Južne Amerike stiže u Europu i da se u drugim europskim lukama bilježe puno veće zapljene droge. S ciljem ostvarenja i promicanja zajedničkih interesa u borbi protiv nezakonite trgovine narkoticima, jučer je u Ravnateljstvu policije potpisan Memorandum o suglasnosti između Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova Republike Hrvatske, Ravnateljstva policije i Agencije Sjedinjenih Američkih država za borbu protiv narkotika.

Tvrtka iz Trebinja u susjednoj BiH bila je uvoznik 220 kilograma heroina koji je stigao u kontejneru iz Turske. Angažirala je hrvatskog špeditera za prijevoz kontejnera s drogom koja je trebala doputovati do krajnjeg odredišta u Belgiji, ali je izvađena u Hrvatskoj, nakon čega su kocke s olovom zavarene, a samo je jedna pošiljka s heroinom stigla do odredišta.

Međutim, krajnji naručitelj milijunske pošiljke droge, koja je bila namijenjena zapadnoeuropskom tržištu, nije preuzeo teret, i to se još uvijek utvrđuje.

Praćenje tereta

Ono što je sa sigurnošću ustanovljeno jest da špediter, a riječ je o lokalnoj tvrtki, ni na koji način nije bio involviran u sadržaj 80 tona olova koji je stigao do pločanske luke. Upravo su sadržaj kontejnera, uvoznik i krajnje odredište izazvali sumnju kod carinika prilikom profiliranja kontejnera koji stižu u pločansku luku, pri čemu je kontejner koji je stigao iz Turske bio označen kao potencijalno sumnjiv, piše Jutarnji list.

Piljenjem kontejnera i vađenjem droge policijski posao hrvatske policije nije bio završen. U suradnji s policijama drugih država, kamion koji je prevozio olovne kocke imao je diskretnu pratnju tijekom cijelog puta do Belgije kako bi zaštitili vozača koji je dovezao olovo, ali bez heroina na odredište. Heroin je u pločanskoj luci zaplijenjen 11. listopada prošle godine, a kontejner s olovnim kockama, koje su bile ponovno zatvorene, nastavio je put za Belgiju.

Kad je riječ o zapljeni 62 kilograma kokaina skrivenog u 54 paketića na brodu koji je prevozio ugljen iz jedne kolumbijske luke, "roba" je bila smještena na 16 metara ispod morske površine pa je postojala opasnost da se kokain, koji je kao i heroin bio namijenjen zapadnoeuropskom tržištu, odvoji od broda.

Kako doznaje Jutarnji list, skladište s drogom držali su jaki magneti, a nije bio zavaren kako to obično krijumčari rade.

Prema prvim policijskim procjenama, droga bi na ilegalnom tržištu vrijedila 17 milijuna eura.

Memorandum s DEA-om

To je već treća takva velika zapljena droge u pločanskoj luci.

Antonio Gerovac, pomoćnik glavnog ravnatelja policije, rekao je da je pločanska luka samo jedna od luka kojom kokain iz Južne Amerike stiže u Europu i da se u drugim europskim lukama bilježe puno veće zapljene droge. S ciljem ostvarenja i promicanja zajedničkih interesa u borbi protiv nezakonite trgovine narkoticima, jučer je u Ravnateljstvu policije potpisan Memorandum o suglasnosti između Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova Republike Hrvatske, Ravnateljstva policije i Agencije Sjedinjenih Američkih država za borbu protiv narkotika.
