Što može potaknuti neku osobu, točnije 39-godišnjeg zubotehničara s juga Lijepe naše, da maćehi svoje bivše supruge pošalje video snimku eksplicitnog sadržaja? I to još onu snimku na kojoj se vidi kako ga bivša partnerica oralno zadovoljava, pita se Jutarnji list.

Što god je okidač za to, opravdanja nema. I kažnjivo je. Na svojoj koži je to osjetio upravo 39-godišnji Dalmatinac koji je jedne noći oko 3.30 sati u svojoj dokolici, i kuhajući valjda osvetu zbog prekida bračne veze, odlučio pisati maćehi bivše supruge. Ničim izazvan poslao joj je preko aplikacije WhatsApp eksplicitnu snimku koja je nastala dok su bili u vezi prije stupanja u brak.

Zakon je po tom pitanju jasan jer je povrijeđena privatnost osobe. Osumnjičeni muškarac je zlouporabio odnos povjerenja te bez pristanka snimane osobe učinio dostupnom trećoj osobi snimku koja je, pak, snimljena uz pristanak i za osobnu uporabu.

Na prijedlog tužiteljstva, jedan Općinski sud u zemlji je izdao kazneni nalog prema kojem ga se osuđuje na uvjetnu kaznu, odnosno na osam mjeseci zatvora sa dvogodišnjim rokom kušnje, a mora platiti i 100 eura sudskih troškova. Na navedenu sudsku odluku 39-godišnjak ima pravo uložiti prigovor u roku od osam dana. U tom slučaju isti će biti stavljen van snage pa će se provesti sudski postupak.

Što može potaknuti neku osobu, točnije 39-godišnjeg zubotehničara s juga Lijepe naše, da maćehi svoje bivše supruge pošalje video snimku eksplicitnog sadržaja? I to još onu snimku na kojoj se vidi kako ga bivša partnerica oralno zadovoljava, pita se Jutarnji list.

Što god je okidač za to, opravdanja nema. I kažnjivo je. Na svojoj koži je to osjetio upravo 39-godišnji Dalmatinac koji je jedne noći oko 3.30 sati u svojoj dokolici, i kuhajući valjda osvetu zbog prekida bračne veze, odlučio pisati maćehi bivše supruge. Ničim izazvan poslao joj je preko aplikacije WhatsApp eksplicitnu snimku koja je nastala dok su bili u vezi prije stupanja u brak.

Zakon je po tom pitanju jasan jer je povrijeđena privatnost osobe. Osumnjičeni muškarac je zlouporabio odnos povjerenja te bez pristanka snimane osobe učinio dostupnom trećoj osobi snimku koja je, pak, snimljena uz pristanak i za osobnu uporabu.

Na prijedlog tužiteljstva, jedan Općinski sud u zemlji je izdao kazneni nalog prema kojem ga se osuđuje na uvjetnu kaznu, odnosno na osam mjeseci zatvora sa dvogodišnjim rokom kušnje, a mora platiti i 100 eura sudskih troškova. Na navedenu sudsku odluku 39-godišnjak ima pravo uložiti prigovor u roku od osam dana. U tom slučaju isti će biti stavljen van snage pa će se provesti sudski postupak.

Što može potaknuti neku osobu, točnije 39-godišnjeg zubotehničara s juga Lijepe naše, da maćehi svoje bivše supruge pošalje video snimku eksplicitnog sadržaja? I to još onu snimku na kojoj se vidi kako ga bivša partnerica oralno zadovoljava, pita se Jutarnji list.

Što god je okidač za to, opravdanja nema. I kažnjivo je. Na svojoj koži je to osjetio upravo 39-godišnji Dalmatinac koji je jedne noći oko 3.30 sati u svojoj dokolici, i kuhajući valjda osvetu zbog prekida bračne veze, odlučio pisati maćehi bivše supruge. Ničim izazvan poslao joj je preko aplikacije WhatsApp eksplicitnu snimku koja je nastala dok su bili u vezi prije stupanja u brak.

Zakon je po tom pitanju jasan jer je povrijeđena privatnost osobe. Osumnjičeni muškarac je zlouporabio odnos povjerenja te bez pristanka snimane osobe učinio dostupnom trećoj osobi snimku koja je, pak, snimljena uz pristanak i za osobnu uporabu.

Na prijedlog tužiteljstva, jedan Općinski sud u zemlji je izdao kazneni nalog prema kojem ga se osuđuje na uvjetnu kaznu, odnosno na osam mjeseci zatvora sa dvogodišnjim rokom kušnje, a mora platiti i 100 eura sudskih troškova. Na navedenu sudsku odluku 39-godišnjak ima pravo uložiti prigovor u roku od osam dana. U tom slučaju isti će biti stavljen van snage pa će se provesti sudski postupak.
