Poduzetnica Mira (48) prošla je automobilom na crveno i zabila se u policijski automobil u kojem je vozačica u nesreći ozlijeđena, piše Danica. 

Kako se navodi u presudi, nesreća se dogodila potkraj travnja oko 6 ujutro u Zagrebu, na križanju Ulice grada Vukovara i Nove ceste.

Mira je audijem upravljala prometnom trakom za ravno i desno Vukovarskom u smjeru zapada, a dolaskom do raskrižja s Novom cestom nije se zaustavila na znak upaljenog crvenog svjetla na semaforu.

“Ušla je u raskrižje kad je za njezin smjer kretanja bio upaljen znak crvenog svjetla, nastavila je vožnju ravno, uslijed čega je prednjim dijelom vozila naletjela na prednji lijevi dio osobnog automobila policije kojim je upravljala policajka.

U prometnoj nesreći tjelesne ozljede zadobila je vozačica policijskog automobila, liječnička pomoć pružena joj je u KBC-u Sveti duh u Zagrebu”, stoji ju presudi.

Mira iz Vrbovca sve je priznala rekavši da se zabunila misleći kako je i za njezin smjer bilo zeleno. Sutkinja ju je kaznila sa 650 eura i 57 eura troškova postupka. Policija je tražila jednomjesečnu zabranu vožnje, ali sutkinja se s tim nije složila.

Naglasila je kako joj je vozačka potrebna zbog posla, a kao olakotnu okolnost uzela joj je dosadašnju neosuđivanost. Presuda je odmah postala pravomoćna.

Poduzetnica Mira (48) prošla je automobilom na crveno i zabila se u policijski automobil u kojem je vozačica u nesreći ozlijeđena, piše Danica. 

Kako se navodi u presudi, nesreća se dogodila potkraj travnja oko 6 ujutro u Zagrebu, na križanju Ulice grada Vukovara i Nove ceste.

Mira je audijem upravljala prometnom trakom za ravno i desno Vukovarskom u smjeru zapada, a dolaskom do raskrižja s Novom cestom nije se zaustavila na znak upaljenog crvenog svjetla na semaforu.

“Ušla je u raskrižje kad je za njezin smjer kretanja bio upaljen znak crvenog svjetla, nastavila je vožnju ravno, uslijed čega je prednjim dijelom vozila naletjela na prednji lijevi dio osobnog automobila policije kojim je upravljala policajka.

U prometnoj nesreći tjelesne ozljede zadobila je vozačica policijskog automobila, liječnička pomoć pružena joj je u KBC-u Sveti duh u Zagrebu”, stoji ju presudi.

Mira iz Vrbovca sve je priznala rekavši da se zabunila misleći kako je i za njezin smjer bilo zeleno. Sutkinja ju je kaznila sa 650 eura i 57 eura troškova postupka. Policija je tražila jednomjesečnu zabranu vožnje, ali sutkinja se s tim nije složila.

Naglasila je kako joj je vozačka potrebna zbog posla, a kao olakotnu okolnost uzela joj je dosadašnju neosuđivanost. Presuda je odmah postala pravomoćna.

Automobilom prošla kroz crveno pa se zabila u policijsko vozilo: policajka je ozlijeđena, priča dobila i pravni epilog

Poduzetnica Mira (48) prošla je automobilom na crveno i zabila se u policijski automobil u kojem je vozačica u nesreći ozlijeđena, piše Danica. 

Kako se navodi u presudi, nesreća se dogodila potkraj travnja oko 6 ujutro u Zagrebu, na križanju Ulice grada Vukovara i Nove ceste.

Mira je audijem upravljala prometnom trakom za ravno i desno Vukovarskom u smjeru zapada, a dolaskom do raskrižja s Novom cestom nije se zaustavila na znak upaljenog crvenog svjetla na semaforu.

“Ušla je u raskrižje kad je za njezin smjer kretanja bio upaljen znak crvenog svjetla, nastavila je vožnju ravno, uslijed čega je prednjim dijelom vozila naletjela na prednji lijevi dio osobnog automobila policije kojim je upravljala policajka.

U prometnoj nesreći tjelesne ozljede zadobila je vozačica policijskog automobila, liječnička pomoć pružena joj je u KBC-u Sveti duh u Zagrebu”, stoji ju presudi.

Mira iz Vrbovca sve je priznala rekavši da se zabunila misleći kako je i za njezin smjer bilo zeleno. Sutkinja ju je kaznila sa 650 eura i 57 eura troškova postupka. Policija je tražila jednomjesečnu zabranu vožnje, ali sutkinja se s tim nije složila.

Naglasila je kako joj je vozačka potrebna zbog posla, a kao olakotnu okolnost uzela joj je dosadašnju neosuđivanost. Presuda je odmah postala pravomoćna.
