Na Wall Streetu su u četvrtak burzovni indeksi pali jer su ulagače razočarali kvartalni poslovni rezultati nekoliko kompanija, uključujući Teslu i AT&T.
Dow Jones oslabio je 0,33 posto, na 33.786 bodova, dok je S&P 500 skliznuo 0,60 posto, na 4.129 bodova, a Nasdaq indeks 0,80 posto, na 12.059 bodova.
Pad indeksa posljedica je oštrog pada cijena dionica nekoliko velikih kompanija, nakon slabijih nego što se očekivalo poslovnih rezultata u prvom tromjesečju.
Tako je cijena proizvođača električnih automobila Tesle potonula 9,7 posto, a telekomunikacijskog diva AT&T-a više od 10 posto.
Ni očekivanja za cijelu sezonu objava rezultata nisu baš blistava. Prema posljednjim procjenama analitičara u anketi Reutersa, zarade kompanija iz sastava S&P 500 indeksa bit će u prvom tromjesečju oko 5 posto manje nego u istom lanjskom kvartalu.
Od početka godine cijene su dionica snažno porasle. Stoga poslovni rezultati kompanija za prvo tromjesečje predstavljaju, kažu analitičari, test je li taj rast opravdan.
„Posljednjih tjedana tržište je precijenjeno. Kako ulazimo u srce sezone objava rezultata, vidjet ćemo da potražnja slabi, a da zarade kompanija padaju, a to nije baš poticajno za kupce dionica”, kaže Anthony Saglimbene, strateg u tvrtki Ameriprise Financial.
Ulagači su oprezni i zbog toga što se očekuje daljnje povećanje kamata američke središnje banke na sjednici početkom svibnja.
Doduše, inflacijski pritisci u SAD-u postupno popuštaju, no nedovoljno, pa bi Fed mogao nastaviti sa zaoštravanjem monetarne politike.
Na tržištu novca procjenjuju se da postoji oko 80 posto izgleda da će Fed povećati kamate za daljnjih 0,25 postotnih bodova, u raspon od 5 do 5,25 posto.
I na većini europskih burzi cijene su dionica jučer pale. Doduše, londonski FTSE indeks ojačao je 0,05 posto, na 7.902 boda, no frankfurtski DAX oslabio je 0,62 posto, na 15.795 bodova, a pariški CAC 0,14 posto, na 7.538 bodova.

Na Wall Streetu su u četvrtak burzovni indeksi pali jer su ulagače razočarali kvartalni poslovni rezultati nekoliko kompanija, uključujući Teslu i AT&T.
Dow Jones oslabio je 0,33 posto, na 33.786 bodova, dok je S&P 500 skliznuo 0,60 posto, na 4.129 bodova, a Nasdaq indeks 0,80 posto, na 12.059 bodova.
Pad indeksa posljedica je oštrog pada cijena dionica nekoliko velikih kompanija, nakon slabijih nego što se očekivalo poslovnih rezultata u prvom tromjesečju.
Tako je cijena proizvođača električnih automobila Tesle potonula 9,7 posto, a telekomunikacijskog diva AT&T-a više od 10 posto.
Ni očekivanja za cijelu sezonu objava rezultata nisu baš blistava. Prema posljednjim procjenama analitičara u anketi Reutersa, zarade kompanija iz sastava S&P 500 indeksa bit će u prvom tromjesečju oko 5 posto manje nego u istom lanjskom kvartalu.
Od početka godine cijene su dionica snažno porasle. Stoga poslovni rezultati kompanija za prvo tromjesečje predstavljaju, kažu analitičari, test je li taj rast opravdan.
„Posljednjih tjedana tržište je precijenjeno. Kako ulazimo u srce sezone objava rezultata, vidjet ćemo da potražnja slabi, a da zarade kompanija padaju, a to nije baš poticajno za kupce dionica”, kaže Anthony Saglimbene, strateg u tvrtki Ameriprise Financial.
Ulagači su oprezni i zbog toga što se očekuje daljnje povećanje kamata američke središnje banke na sjednici početkom svibnja.
Doduše, inflacijski pritisci u SAD-u postupno popuštaju, no nedovoljno, pa bi Fed mogao nastaviti sa zaoštravanjem monetarne politike.
Na tržištu novca procjenjuju se da postoji oko 80 posto izgleda da će Fed povećati kamate za daljnjih 0,25 postotnih bodova, u raspon od 5 do 5,25 posto.
I na većini europskih burzi cijene su dionica jučer pale. Doduše, londonski FTSE indeks ojačao je 0,05 posto, na 7.902 boda, no frankfurtski DAX oslabio je 0,62 posto, na 15.795 bodova, a pariški CAC 0,14 posto, na 7.538 bodova.
