Na plenarnoj sjednici Europskog parlamenta koja se održava u Strasbourgu potvrđena su nova pravila o odgovornosti za neispravne proizvode kojima će se ojačati položaj potrošača koji su zbog neispravnosti proizvoda pretrpjeli štetu. Potpredsjednik Odbora za unutarnje tržište i zaštitu potrošača Europskog parlamenta (IMCO), doc. dr. sc. Tomislav Sokol, koji je radio na ovom zakonu izrazio je zadovoljstvo što je Europski parlament podržao nova pravila jer su ona koja su na snazi zastarjela su i ne odgovaraju potrebama vremena, izvijestili su iz ureda hrvatskog europarlamentarca.

-Današnjim glasovanjem izmijenili smo gotovo četrdeset godina stara pravila o odgovornosti za neispravne proizvode koja reguliraju situacije u kojima potrošač, zbog primjerice pregrijanog sušila za kosu ili perilice za rublje koja propušta vodu, trpi štetu.Činjenica je da su sadašnja pravila kojima se regulira odgovornost za neispravnost proizvoda zastarjela i da ne odgovaraju potrebama vremena – istaknuo je zastupnik Sokol.

Ističe i kako su novim pravilima omogućili potrošačima da po pravilima o odgovornosti za neispravne proizvode potražuju naknadu štete nastale greškom softvera koja je dovela do brisanja podataka s računala potrošača, a novost je i to da će se po povoljnijim pravilima za potrošače moći potraživati i naknada štete za iznose manje od 500 eura, što do sada nije bio slučaj.

-Posebno veseli to što će potrošači sada moći po bitno povoljnijim pravilima ostvariti i naknadu štete zbog oštećenja psihičkog zdravlja do kojeg je došlo zbog neispravnosti proizvoda - kazao je Sokol.

Nakon što je Europski parlament izglasao nova pravila o odgovornosti za neispravne proizvode, očekuje se da će države članice također podržati zakon koji bi se počeo primjenjivati za dvije godine, poručuju iz ureda Tomislava Sokola.

Na plenarnoj sjednici Europskog parlamenta koja se održava u Strasbourgu potvrđena su nova pravila o odgovornosti za neispravne proizvode kojima će se ojačati položaj potrošača koji su zbog neispravnosti proizvoda pretrpjeli štetu. Potpredsjednik Odbora za unutarnje tržište i zaštitu potrošača Europskog parlamenta (IMCO), doc. dr. sc. Tomislav Sokol, koji je radio na ovom zakonu izrazio je zadovoljstvo što je Europski parlament podržao nova pravila jer su ona koja su na snazi zastarjela su i ne odgovaraju potrebama vremena, izvijestili su iz ureda hrvatskog europarlamentarca.

-Današnjim glasovanjem izmijenili smo gotovo četrdeset godina stara pravila o odgovornosti za neispravne proizvode koja reguliraju situacije u kojima potrošač, zbog primjerice pregrijanog sušila za kosu ili perilice za rublje koja propušta vodu, trpi štetu.Činjenica je da su sadašnja pravila kojima se regulira odgovornost za neispravnost proizvoda zastarjela i da ne odgovaraju potrebama vremena – istaknuo je zastupnik Sokol.

Ističe i kako su novim pravilima omogućili potrošačima da po pravilima o odgovornosti za neispravne proizvode potražuju naknadu štete nastale greškom softvera koja je dovela do brisanja podataka s računala potrošača, a novost je i to da će se po povoljnijim pravilima za potrošače moći potraživati i naknada štete za iznose manje od 500 eura, što do sada nije bio slučaj.

-Posebno veseli to što će potrošači sada moći po bitno povoljnijim pravilima ostvariti i naknadu štete zbog oštećenja psihičkog zdravlja do kojeg je došlo zbog neispravnosti proizvoda - kazao je Sokol.

Nakon što je Europski parlament izglasao nova pravila o odgovornosti za neispravne proizvode, očekuje se da će države članice također podržati zakon koji bi se počeo primjenjivati za dvije godine, poručuju iz ureda Tomislava Sokola.

Parlament izglasao nova pravila o odgovornosti za neispravne proizvode, potrošači će moći ostvariti naknadu štete

Na plenarnoj sjednici Europskog parlamenta koja se održava u Strasbourgu potvrđena su nova pravila o odgovornosti za neispravne proizvode kojima će se ojačati položaj potrošača koji su zbog neispravnosti proizvoda pretrpjeli štetu. Potpredsjednik Odbora za unutarnje tržište i zaštitu potrošača Europskog parlamenta (IMCO), doc. dr. sc. Tomislav Sokol, koji je radio na ovom zakonu izrazio je zadovoljstvo što je Europski parlament podržao nova pravila jer su ona koja su na snazi zastarjela su i ne odgovaraju potrebama vremena, izvijestili su iz ureda hrvatskog europarlamentarca.

-Današnjim glasovanjem izmijenili smo gotovo četrdeset godina stara pravila o odgovornosti za neispravne proizvode koja reguliraju situacije u kojima potrošač, zbog primjerice pregrijanog sušila za kosu ili perilice za rublje koja propušta vodu, trpi štetu.Činjenica je da su sadašnja pravila kojima se regulira odgovornost za neispravnost proizvoda zastarjela i da ne odgovaraju potrebama vremena – istaknuo je zastupnik Sokol.

Ističe i kako su novim pravilima omogućili potrošačima da po pravilima o odgovornosti za neispravne proizvode potražuju naknadu štete nastale greškom softvera koja je dovela do brisanja podataka s računala potrošača, a novost je i to da će se po povoljnijim pravilima za potrošače moći potraživati i naknada štete za iznose manje od 500 eura, što do sada nije bio slučaj.

-Posebno veseli to što će potrošači sada moći po bitno povoljnijim pravilima ostvariti i naknadu štete zbog oštećenja psihičkog zdravlja do kojeg je došlo zbog neispravnosti proizvoda - kazao je Sokol.

Nakon što je Europski parlament izglasao nova pravila o odgovornosti za neispravne proizvode, očekuje se da će države članice također podržati zakon koji bi se počeo primjenjivati za dvije godine, poručuju iz ureda Tomislava Sokola.
