Ford Motor pregovara o mogućoj prodaji švedske podružnice Volvo kineskom partneru Changan Automobile Group, izvijestio je u utorak poslovni dnevni list National Business Daily, pozivajući se na neimenovane izvore u toj kineskoj
kompaniji.

Prema pisanju tog lista, čelnik tvrtke Changan Xu Liuping o tome je s Fordom i Volvom razgovarao na prošlomjesečnom sajmu automobila u kineskom gradu Guangzhou.

Changan je jedna od šest najvećih kineskih automobilskih grupacija. Ford u Kini upravlja zajedničkim projektom sa Changanovom jedinicom Chongqing Changan Automobile Co, koja proizvodi Ford Focus modele srednje veličine.

Nakon što ih je globalna kriza prisilila na obraćanje američkoj vladi za pomoć u sprječavanju kolapsa industrije, američki automobilski divovi Ford, u čijem je vlasništvu Volvo, te General Motors, vlasnik Saaba, odlučili su se na prodaju tih dijelova poslovanja.

Izvori bliski industriji tvrde da su dosad pristupili nekolicini kineskih kompanija, ali ocjenjuju da će sporazum biti teško postići s obzirom na uključene rizike uslijed snažnog usporavanja koje pogađa i američko i kinesko tržište.

Kineska grupacija Dongfeng Motor Group Co pažljivo prati razvoj situacije s detroitskim posrnulim automobilskim divovima, no jedan je izvor izravno upoznat sa situacijom prošli tjedan za novinsku agenciju Reuters izjavio kako se još uvijek ne može znati hoće li biti zainteresirana za kupnju neke imovine.

Treći posrnuli američki automobilski div Chrysler odvojeno je izvijestio o prekidu pregovora o mogućoj suradnji s najvećim nezavisnim kineskim proizvođačem automobila Chery Automotive Co, navodeći kao razlog globalno gospodarsko usporavanje.

Chery, koji si je ovoga tjedna osigurao 1,45 milijardi dolara zajma od Kineske uvozno-izvozne banke, prema riječima čelnika te kompanije Yina Tongyaoa, nije zainteresiran za kupnju imovine američke automobilske industrije već dobivena sredstva namjerava uložiti u unaprjeđenje kvalitete vlastitih proizvoda.

Ford Motor pregovara o mogućoj prodaji švedske podružnice Volvo kineskom partneru Changan Automobile Group, izvijestio je u utorak poslovni dnevni list National Business Daily, pozivajući se na neimenovane izvore u toj kineskoj
kompaniji.

Prema pisanju tog lista, čelnik tvrtke Changan Xu Liuping o tome je s Fordom i Volvom razgovarao na prošlomjesečnom sajmu automobila u kineskom gradu Guangzhou.

Changan je jedna od šest najvećih kineskih automobilskih grupacija. Ford u Kini upravlja zajedničkim projektom sa Changanovom jedinicom Chongqing Changan Automobile Co, koja proizvodi Ford Focus modele srednje veličine.

Nakon što ih je globalna kriza prisilila na obraćanje američkoj vladi za pomoć u sprječavanju kolapsa industrije, američki automobilski divovi Ford, u čijem je vlasništvu Volvo, te General Motors, vlasnik Saaba, odlučili su se na prodaju tih dijelova poslovanja.

Izvori bliski industriji tvrde da su dosad pristupili nekolicini kineskih kompanija, ali ocjenjuju da će sporazum biti teško postići s obzirom na uključene rizike uslijed snažnog usporavanja koje pogađa i američko i kinesko tržište.

Kineska grupacija Dongfeng Motor Group Co pažljivo prati razvoj situacije s detroitskim posrnulim automobilskim divovima, no jedan je izvor izravno upoznat sa situacijom prošli tjedan za novinsku agenciju Reuters izjavio kako se još uvijek ne može znati hoće li biti zainteresirana za kupnju neke imovine.

Treći posrnuli američki automobilski div Chrysler odvojeno je izvijestio o prekidu pregovora o mogućoj suradnji s najvećim nezavisnim kineskim proizvođačem automobila Chery Automotive Co, navodeći kao razlog globalno gospodarsko usporavanje.

Chery, koji si je ovoga tjedna osigurao 1,45 milijardi dolara zajma od Kineske uvozno-izvozne banke, prema riječima čelnika te kompanije Yina Tongyaoa, nije zainteresiran za kupnju imovine američke automobilske industrije već dobivena sredstva namjerava uložiti u unaprjeđenje kvalitete vlastitih proizvoda.
