Od prve objave Nacionalne referentne stope 7. prosinca 2012. NRS-a je smanjen već 16. put zaredom. Kamatne stope umanjene su između 1,95 i 2,26 postotna poena za kune te između 3,07 i 3,13 postotnih poena za eure, ovisno o vrsti  kredita, a za toliko su smanjene i kamatne stope na postojeće kredite građanima u Zagrebačkoj banci, dodaje se u priopćenju. 

I iz Erste banke najavili su da od 1. siječnja snižavaju kamatne stope na postojeće kredite s promjenjivom kamatnom stopom, koji su ugovoreni prije 9. siječnja 2013. 

Kako ističu, građanima će snižena kamatna stopa biti vidljiva na anuitetima koji dospijevaju u veljači, a smanjenje se ovisno o valuti kredita kreće u rasponu od 0,14 do 0,37 postotnih bodova. 

Svoje klijente banka će o toj promjeni, umanjenoj visini anuiteta, kao i o novom otplatnom planu obavijestiti do 20. prosinca 2020.

Za građane koji u Erste banci imaju ugovore o kreditu uz promjenjivu kamatnu stopu, zaključene prije 9.1.2013., ova promjena podrazumijeva niže kamatne stope u razdoblju od 1. siječnja do 30. lipnja 2021. 

Kako ističu iz Erste banke, najveća promjena odnosi se na kredite u eurima, kod kojih će kamatna stopa biti niža za 0,37 postotna boda. Za kredite u švicarskim francima, osim stambenih i adaptacijskih kod kojih se primjenjuje zakonska kamatna stopa od 3,23 posto, kamatna stopa će biti niža za 0,14 postotna boda, a za kredite u kunama za 0,04 postotna boda.

Tako će klijentu Erste banke, koji je primjerice 2010. godine podigao stambeni kredit na 28 godina u iznosu od 100.000 eura te trenutno plaća anuitet 508,92 eura, novi anuitet od 1. siječnja 2021. s dospijećem 1. veljače 2021., iznositi 495,24 eura, odnosno 13,68 eura manje. Za 6 mjeseci otplate kredita s ovom visinom anuiteta, klijent će ukupno platiti 82,08 eura manje nego u prethodnom razdoblju, zaključuje se u priopćenju. 

Klijenti koji su ugovore o kreditu zaključili poslije 9. siječnja 2013. u kunama ili s valutnom klauzulom u eurima, uz promjenjivu kamatnu stopu, kamatna stopa se usklađuje s promjenama vrijednosti referentnih kamatnih stopa - NRS svakih 6 mjeseci, odnosno kod kredita ugovorenih uz 12M EURIBOR svakih 12 mjeseci od zaključenja pojedinog ugovora.

Promjene visine kamatne stope kod tih kredita ovise o godini ugovaranja, ali primjerice od  2013.godine, navedene referentne kamatne stope su se umanjile: 6M NRS2 za kredite u kunama za 1,94 postotnih bodova, a za kredite u eurima 6M NRS1 za 3,09 postotna boda i 12M EURIBOR za 1,03 postotna boda, navode iz Erste banke.

Nacionalna referentna kamatna stopa prosječni je trošak financiranja bankarskog sektora, a izračunava ju Hrvatska narodna banka (HNB). NRS1 predstavlja troškove financiranja iz sredstava prikupljenih depozita fizičkih osoba, a NRS2 troškove financiranja iz sredstava prikupljenih depozita fizičkih i pravnih osoba nefinancijskog sektora.

HNB je potkraj studenoga objavio vrijednosti nacionalne referentne stope (NRS) za treće tromjesečje 2020., koje pokazuju nastavak trenda njihova pada koji traje od početka 2013. godine. Od 24 indeksa NRS-a koje HNB izračunava, u trećem tromjesečju 2020. svi ti indeksi pokazuju niže vrijednosti nego u prethodnom tromjesečju, iako je njihov pad nešto manji nego u prethodnom tromjesečju, uz iznimku indeksa za švicarsku valutu koji su ostali nepromijenjeni u odnosu na prethodno tromjesečje. 

Sljedeće usklađenje promjenjivih kamatnih stopa na kredite građanima bit će 1. srpnja 2021. godine.

Od prve objave Nacionalne referentne stope 7. prosinca 2012. NRS-a je smanjen već 16. put zaredom. Kamatne stope umanjene su između 1,95 i 2,26 postotna poena za kune te između 3,07 i 3,13 postotnih poena za eure, ovisno o vrsti  kredita, a za toliko su smanjene i kamatne stope na postojeće kredite građanima u Zagrebačkoj banci, dodaje se u priopćenju. 

I iz Erste banke najavili su da od 1. siječnja snižavaju kamatne stope na postojeće kredite s promjenjivom kamatnom stopom, koji su ugovoreni prije 9. siječnja 2013. 

Kako ističu, građanima će snižena kamatna stopa biti vidljiva na anuitetima koji dospijevaju u veljači, a smanjenje se ovisno o valuti kredita kreće u rasponu od 0,14 do 0,37 postotnih bodova. 

Svoje klijente banka će o toj promjeni, umanjenoj visini anuiteta, kao i o novom otplatnom planu obavijestiti do 20. prosinca 2020.

Za građane koji u Erste banci imaju ugovore o kreditu uz promjenjivu kamatnu stopu, zaključene prije 9.1.2013., ova promjena podrazumijeva niže kamatne stope u razdoblju od 1. siječnja do 30. lipnja 2021. 

Kako ističu iz Erste banke, najveća promjena odnosi se na kredite u eurima, kod kojih će kamatna stopa biti niža za 0,37 postotna boda. Za kredite u švicarskim francima, osim stambenih i adaptacijskih kod kojih se primjenjuje zakonska kamatna stopa od 3,23 posto, kamatna stopa će biti niža za 0,14 postotna boda, a za kredite u kunama za 0,04 postotna boda.

Tako će klijentu Erste banke, koji je primjerice 2010. godine podigao stambeni kredit na 28 godina u iznosu od 100.000 eura te trenutno plaća anuitet 508,92 eura, novi anuitet od 1. siječnja 2021. s dospijećem 1. veljače 2021., iznositi 495,24 eura, odnosno 13,68 eura manje. Za 6 mjeseci otplate kredita s ovom visinom anuiteta, klijent će ukupno platiti 82,08 eura manje nego u prethodnom razdoblju, zaključuje se u priopćenju. 

Klijenti koji su ugovore o kreditu zaključili poslije 9. siječnja 2013. u kunama ili s valutnom klauzulom u eurima, uz promjenjivu kamatnu stopu, kamatna stopa se usklađuje s promjenama vrijednosti referentnih kamatnih stopa - NRS svakih 6 mjeseci, odnosno kod kredita ugovorenih uz 12M EURIBOR svakih 12 mjeseci od zaključenja pojedinog ugovora.

Promjene visine kamatne stope kod tih kredita ovise o godini ugovaranja, ali primjerice od  2013.godine, navedene referentne kamatne stope su se umanjile: 6M NRS2 za kredite u kunama za 1,94 postotnih bodova, a za kredite u eurima 6M NRS1 za 3,09 postotna boda i 12M EURIBOR za 1,03 postotna boda, navode iz Erste banke.

Nacionalna referentna kamatna stopa prosječni je trošak financiranja bankarskog sektora, a izračunava ju Hrvatska narodna banka (HNB). NRS1 predstavlja troškove financiranja iz sredstava prikupljenih depozita fizičkih osoba, a NRS2 troškove financiranja iz sredstava prikupljenih depozita fizičkih i pravnih osoba nefinancijskog sektora.

HNB je potkraj studenoga objavio vrijednosti nacionalne referentne stope (NRS) za treće tromjesečje 2020., koje pokazuju nastavak trenda njihova pada koji traje od početka 2013. godine. Od 24 indeksa NRS-a koje HNB izračunava, u trećem tromjesečju 2020. svi ti indeksi pokazuju niže vrijednosti nego u prethodnom tromjesečju, iako je njihov pad nešto manji nego u prethodnom tromjesečju, uz iznimku indeksa za švicarsku valutu koji su ostali nepromijenjeni u odnosu na prethodno tromjesečje. 

Sljedeće usklađenje promjenjivih kamatnih stopa na kredite građanima bit će 1. srpnja 2021. godine.

Dobra vijest za sve koji otplaćuju kreditna zaduženja: Zaba i Erste od siječnja 2021. snižavaju kamatne stope na kredite građana, evo i izračuna

Od prve objave Nacionalne referentne stope 7. prosinca 2012. NRS-a je smanjen već 16. put zaredom. Kamatne stope umanjene su između 1,95 i 2,26 postotna poena za kune te između 3,07 i 3,13 postotnih poena za eure, ovisno o vrsti  kredita, a za toliko su smanjene i kamatne stope na postojeće kredite građanima u Zagrebačkoj banci, dodaje se u priopćenju. 

I iz Erste banke najavili su da od 1. siječnja snižavaju kamatne stope na postojeće kredite s promjenjivom kamatnom stopom, koji su ugovoreni prije 9. siječnja 2013. 

Kako ističu, građanima će snižena kamatna stopa biti vidljiva na anuitetima koji dospijevaju u veljači, a smanjenje se ovisno o valuti kredita kreće u rasponu od 0,14 do 0,37 postotnih bodova. 

Svoje klijente banka će o toj promjeni, umanjenoj visini...
