Zoran Bohaček, direktor Hrvatske udruge banaka, iznio na predstavljanju 15. analiza HUB-a održanom u utorak.
Govoreći o utjecaju regulatornih troškova na kamatnu politiku banaka, on je ustvrdio kako su ukupni troškovi sredstava, koji uključuju i troškove regulacije banaka, od rujna 2005. do rujna 2008. narasli 2,75 postotnih bodova.
„Unatoč tome, tijekom protekle tri godine to se nije prelijevalo na rast aktivnih kamatnih stopa, a najnovija otpuštanja monetarne regulacije donijela su znatnom smanjenju regulacijskih troškova za 1,37 postotnih bodova u odnosu na kraj rujna.
Najnovije smanjenje regulacijskih troškova znači značajno rasterećenje, no ono ni izbliza ne kompenzira prijašnji pritisak rasta cijene novca“, naglasio je Bohaček.
“Učinkovit doprinos normalizaciji kamatnih stopa može dati”, kazao je direktor HUB-a, “restriktivna fiskalna politika koja će smanjiti potrebe za monetarnim restrikcijama i olakšati kreditne tokove od banaka prema privatnom sektoru”.

Zoran Bohaček, direktor Hrvatske udruge banaka, iznio na predstavljanju 15. analiza HUB-a održanom u utorak.
Govoreći o utjecaju regulatornih troškova na kamatnu politiku banaka, on je ustvrdio kako su ukupni troškovi sredstava, koji uključuju i troškove regulacije banaka, od rujna 2005. do rujna 2008. narasli 2,75 postotnih bodova.
„Unatoč tome, tijekom protekle tri godine to se nije prelijevalo na rast aktivnih kamatnih stopa, a najnovija otpuštanja monetarne regulacije donijela su znatnom smanjenju regulacijskih troškova za 1,37 postotnih bodova u odnosu na kraj rujna.
Najnovije smanjenje regulacijskih troškova znači značajno rasterećenje, no ono ni izbliza ne kompenzira prijašnji pritisak rasta cijene novca“, naglasio je Bohaček.
“Učinkovit doprinos normalizaciji kamatnih stopa može dati”, kazao je direktor HUB-a, “restriktivna fiskalna politika koja će smanjiti potrebe za monetarnim restrikcijama i olakšati kreditne tokove od banaka prema privatnom sektoru”.
