Prvi tenisač svijeta, Rus Danil Medvedjev prije par dana maknuo je rusku zastavu sa svih svojih profila na raznim društvenim mrežama. Nastavak je to bio na priču po kojoj ruski sportaši, bilo individualno ili u reprezentacijama više neće smjeti nastupati pod bojama svoje zastave.

Jasno, razlog je invazija Rusije na Ukrajinu, odnosno iz nje proizašle sankcije za Ruse, u ovom slučaju, iz oblasti sporta - pišu Sportske novosti.

Nije Rusima zabranjeno nastupati, barem ne u svemu. Jer, iako ih je primjerice, Svjetska nogometna federacija (FIFA) izbacila s predstojećeg SP-a (odnosno dodatnih kvalifikacija za isto), tenisači primjerice, mogu igrati, ali bez isticanja ruskih nacionalnih obilježja.

Nitko Medvedjevu nije zabranio da rusku zastavu ima na društvenim mrežama, no on ju je sam odlučio maknuti. Dugo je ruska javnost tražila objašnjenje svog nacionalnog sportskog junaka, a ono je konačno stiglo.

Sam Medvedjev i igračev agent Lev Kassil ovako su to objasnili:

- Naš zadatak jest razvijati tenis u našoj zemlji i širom svijeta, a za to je potrebno igrati na turnirima. Trenutno je jedini način, nastupati pod zastavom njihove organizacije i ja ću to pravilo pratiti. Nadam se da će ovo biti samo privremeno. Iščekujem trenutak kad ću opet moći vratiti zastavu - rekao je Medvedev za RIA.

Kassil je dodao da je to bila stvar kompromisa:

- Igranje pod zastavom ATP-a je bio kompromis kako bi se Danil i ostali igrači mogli natjecati na međunarodnim turnirima. Naši olimpijci su bili u sličnoj situaciji posljednjih godina. Ovaj dogovor predstavio je spremnost teniskog svijeta na dijalog. To je posebno bitno kada se uzme u obzir to što se događa u ostalim sportovima.

Prvi tenisač svijeta, Rus Danil Medvedjev prije par dana maknuo je rusku zastavu sa svih svojih profila na raznim društvenim mrežama. Nastavak je to bio na priču po kojoj ruski sportaši, bilo individualno ili u reprezentacijama više neće smjeti nastupati pod bojama svoje zastave.

Jasno, razlog je invazija Rusije na Ukrajinu, odnosno iz nje proizašle sankcije za Ruse, u ovom slučaju, iz oblasti sporta - pišu Sportske novosti.

Nije Rusima zabranjeno nastupati, barem ne u svemu. Jer, iako ih je primjerice, Svjetska nogometna federacija (FIFA) izbacila s predstojećeg SP-a (odnosno dodatnih kvalifikacija za isto), tenisači primjerice, mogu igrati, ali bez isticanja ruskih nacionalnih obilježja.

Nitko Medvedjevu nije zabranio da rusku zastavu ima na društvenim mrežama, no on ju je sam odlučio maknuti. Dugo je ruska javnost tražila objašnjenje svog nacionalnog sportskog junaka, a ono je konačno stiglo.

Sam Medvedjev i igračev agent Lev Kassil ovako su to objasnili:

- Naš zadatak jest razvijati tenis u našoj zemlji i širom svijeta, a za to je potrebno igrati na turnirima. Trenutno je jedini način, nastupati pod zastavom njihove organizacije i ja ću to pravilo pratiti. Nadam se da će ovo biti samo privremeno. Iščekujem trenutak kad ću opet moći vratiti zastavu - rekao je Medvedev za RIA.

Kassil je dodao da je to bila stvar kompromisa:

- Igranje pod zastavom ATP-a je bio kompromis kako bi se Danil i ostali igrači mogli natjecati na međunarodnim turnirima. Naši olimpijci su bili u sličnoj situaciji posljednjih godina. Ovaj dogovor predstavio je spremnost teniskog svijeta na dijalog. To je posebno bitno kada se uzme u obzir to što se događa u ostalim sportovima.

Prvi tenisač svijeta, Rus Danil Medvedjev prije par dana maknuo je rusku zastavu sa svih svojih profila na raznim društvenim mrežama. Nastavak je to bio na priču po kojoj ruski sportaši, bilo individualno ili u reprezentacijama više neće smjeti nastupati pod bojama svoje zastave.

Jasno, razlog je invazija Rusije na Ukrajinu, odnosno iz nje proizašle sankcije za Ruse, u ovom slučaju, iz oblasti sporta - pišu Sportske novosti.

Nije Rusima zabranjeno nastupati, barem ne u svemu. Jer, iako ih je primjerice, Svjetska nogometna federacija (FIFA) izbacila s predstojećeg SP-a (odnosno dodatnih kvalifikacija za isto), tenisači primjerice, mogu igrati, ali bez isticanja ruskih nacionalnih obilježja.
