Francuska tenisačica srpskog porijekla Kristina Mladenovic na neobičan je način poražena u 2. kolu US Opena, pišu Sportske novosti.

Naime, ona je u meču protiv Varvare Gracheve imala sve u svojim rukama, vodila je 6:1, 5:1, te 40:0 na svom servisu i onda je jednostavno - stala.

Nije iskoristila četiri meč-lopte, drugi je set izgubila u tie-breaku 7:6(2), da bi u posljednjem ostala bez gema. Od ukupno 13 posljednjih gemova u meču, osvojila je samo jedan.

Nakon meča požalila se na uvjete u balonu u New Yorku, posebice na odnos prema onima koji su bili u kontaktu s njenim sunarodnjakom Benoitom Paireom koji je zaražen koronavirusom.

"Igrala sam dobro, ali osjećala sam se nervozno. Odvratno je kroz što nas prisiljavaju proći, želim svoju slobodu natrag. Osjećala sam se kao da smo kriminalci, zatvorenici", rekla je Mladenovic.

Međutim, za poraz od Gracheve krivi isključivo sebe.

"Prema nama se odnose gnjusno, ali ne želim da to bude opravdanje za moj poraz. Nije ničija tuđa krivica što nisam iskoristila četiri meč-lopte. Nemam više što reći, potpuno sam shrvana", zaključila je danas 44-tenisačica svijeta.

Francuska tenisačica srpskog porijekla Kristina Mladenovic na neobičan je način poražena u 2. kolu US Opena, pišu Sportske novosti.

Naime, ona je u meču protiv Varvare Gracheve imala sve u svojim rukama, vodila je 6:1, 5:1, te 40:0 na svom servisu i onda je jednostavno - stala.

Nije iskoristila četiri meč-lopte, drugi je set izgubila u tie-breaku 7:6(2), da bi u posljednjem ostala bez gema. Od ukupno 13 posljednjih gemova u meču, osvojila je samo jedan.

Nakon meča požalila se na uvjete u balonu u New Yorku, posebice na odnos prema onima koji su bili u kontaktu s njenim sunarodnjakom Benoitom Paireom koji je zaražen koronavirusom.

"Igrala sam dobro, ali osjećala sam se nervozno. Odvratno je kroz što nas prisiljavaju proći, želim svoju slobodu natrag. Osjećala sam se kao da smo kriminalci, zatvorenici", rekla je Mladenovic.

Međutim, za poraz od Gracheve krivi isključivo sebe.

"Prema nama se odnose gnjusno, ali ne želim da to bude opravdanje za moj poraz. Nije ničija tuđa krivica što nisam iskoristila četiri meč-lopte. Nemam više što reći, potpuno sam shrvana", zaključila je danas 44-tenisačica svijeta.

Francuska tenisačica srpskog porijekla Kristina Mladenovic na neobičan je način poražena u 2. kolu US Opena, pišu Sportske novosti.

Naime, ona je u meču protiv Varvare Gracheve imala sve u svojim rukama, vodila je 6:1, 5:1, te 40:0 na svom servisu i onda je jednostavno - stala.

Nije iskoristila četiri meč-lopte, drugi je set izgubila u tie-breaku 7:6(2), da bi u posljednjem ostala bez gema. Od ukupno 13 posljednjih gemova u meču, osvojila je samo jedan.

Nakon meča požalila se na uvjete u balonu u New Yorku, posebice na odnos prema onima koji su bili u kontaktu s njenim sunarodnjakom Benoitom Paireom koji je zaražen koronavirusom.
