Nizozemska reprezentacija koja će nastupiti na Svjetskom prvenstvu u nogometu prodat će svoje dresove na dražbi i prihod donirati radnicima migrantima u Katru.

Kraljevski nizozemski nogometni savez (KNVB) u ponedjeljak je priopćio da će prikupljena sredstva biti namijenjena zaštiti prava radnika migranata, pružanju pravne pomoći i njihovu osobnom razvoju, kao i za financiranje društvenih aktivnosti, poput nogometa.

Kapetan tima Virgil van Dijk kazao je kako "nikome nije promaklo" da su pripreme za prvenstvo utjecale na radnike migrante u Katru.

"Radili su na stadionima, na infrastrukturi i na izgradnji hotelskog smještaja u vrlo teškim uvjetima. To ćemo imati na umu za vrijeme svih svojih aktivnosti u Katru. Svima je jasno da te uvjete doista treba poboljšati."

Van Dijk je rekao da se tim nada kako će njihova prisutnost ondje pridonijeti promjenama.

"Mnogo je toga već učinjeno u upravnim odborima da bi se poboljšala situacija radnika migranata, ali mi istodobno želimo dati konkretan doprinos iz naše svlačionice."

"Aukcija će započeti odmah nakon što se oglasi prvi zvižduk na utakmici nizozemske reprezentacije na Svjetskom prvenstvu i trajat će do početka sljedeće utakmice", stoji u priopćenju KNVB-a.

Dresovi koje je nizozemski tim nosio na utakmicama UEFA Lige nacija s Poljskom i Belgijom stavljene su na aukciju u rujnu te je tada prikupljeno više od 50.000 eura za potporu radnicima migrantima u arapskoj zemlji.

Svjetsko prvenstvo u nogometu počinje u nedjelju usred brojnih kritika na račun stanja ljudskih prava u Katru, osobito kada su posrijedi radnici koji su gradili stadione. Nizozemska kampanja počinje dan kasnije okršajem protiv Senegala.

Nizozemska reprezentacija koja će nastupiti na Svjetskom prvenstvu u nogometu prodat će svoje dresove na dražbi i prihod donirati radnicima migrantima u Katru.

Kraljevski nizozemski nogometni savez (KNVB) u ponedjeljak je priopćio da će prikupljena sredstva biti namijenjena zaštiti prava radnika migranata, pružanju pravne pomoći i njihovu osobnom razvoju, kao i za financiranje društvenih aktivnosti, poput nogometa.

Kapetan tima Virgil van Dijk kazao je kako "nikome nije promaklo" da su pripreme za prvenstvo utjecale na radnike migrante u Katru.

"Radili su na stadionima, na infrastrukturi i na izgradnji hotelskog smještaja u vrlo teškim uvjetima. To ćemo imati na umu za vrijeme svih svojih aktivnosti u Katru. Svima je jasno da te uvjete doista treba poboljšati."

Van Dijk je rekao da se tim nada kako će njihova prisutnost ondje pridonijeti promjenama.

"Mnogo je toga već učinjeno u upravnim odborima da bi se poboljšala situacija radnika migranata, ali mi istodobno želimo dati konkretan doprinos iz naše svlačionice."

"Aukcija će započeti odmah nakon što se oglasi prvi zvižduk na utakmici nizozemske reprezentacije na Svjetskom prvenstvu i trajat će do početka sljedeće utakmice", stoji u priopćenju KNVB-a.

Dresovi koje je nizozemski tim nosio na utakmicama UEFA Lige nacija s Poljskom i Belgijom stavljene su na aukciju u rujnu te je tada prikupljeno više od 50.000 eura za potporu radnicima migrantima u arapskoj zemlji.

Svjetsko prvenstvo u nogometu počinje u nedjelju usred brojnih kritika na račun stanja ljudskih prava u Katru, osobito kada su posrijedi radnici koji su gradili stadione. Nizozemska kampanja počinje dan kasnije okršajem protiv Senegala.

‘Želimo dati konkretan doprinos‘: prihod od prodaje nizozemskih dresova sa Svjetskog prvenstva ide za radnike migrante u Katru

Nizozemska reprezentacija koja će nastupiti na Svjetskom prvenstvu u nogometu prodat će svoje dresove na dražbi i prihod donirati radnicima migrantima u Katru.

Kraljevski nizozemski nogometni savez (KNVB) u ponedjeljak je priopćio da će prikupljena sredstva biti namijenjena zaštiti prava radnika migranata, pružanju pravne pomoći i njihovu osobnom razvoju, kao i za financiranje društvenih aktivnosti, poput nogometa.

Kapetan tima Virgil van Dijk kazao je kako "nikome nije promaklo" da su pripreme za prvenstvo utjecale na radnike migrante u Katru.

"Radili su na stadionima, na infrastrukturi i na izgradnji hotelskog smještaja u vrlo teškim uvjetima. To ćemo imati na umu za vrijeme svih svojih aktivnosti u Katru. Svima je jasno da te uvjete doista treba poboljšati."
