Predsjednik Radomlja, Matjaž Marinšek, u razgovoru za web stranicu slovenskog kluba objasnio je kako je došlo do suradnje s Hajdukom i zašto je slovenska javnost pomalo skeptična prema "udruživanju snaga" s Hajdukom - pišu Sportske novosti.

Kako je došlo do prvog kontakta? Inicijativu za suradnju dali su Splićani, je li to bila ideja vas i vaših kolega?

- Proveli smo nekoliko godina tražeći jači klub s kojim bismo išli u neki oblik suradnje. S Hajdukom smo stupili u kontakt kada smo pregovarali o posudbi njihovog igrača Ivana Šarića, koji je na ljeto prešao u naš klub. Teško je reći tko je preuzeo inicijativu, to je bilo u obostranom interesu jer vjerujemo da takvom suradnjom možemo puno dobiti. Uvjeren sam da je potrebna win-win situacija za obje strane i držim da ova suradnja može biti plodonosna.

- Naravno, pokretanje takve suradnje znači i mnoge izazove. Nema garancije da ćemo sada ostati u ligi, da će oba kluba biti zadovoljna svakom odlukom. Ovaj projekt je proces koji će se razvijati. Za mene je najvažnije da oba kluba njeguju vrlo slične vrijednosti i da smo se našli na istoj točki s vodstvom Hajduka, s predsjednikom Jakobušićem i sportskim direktorom Nikoličiusom. Trebalo nam je i nekoliko mjeseci da se složimo, dobro upoznamo i da danas oboje vjerujemo da je ovo korak naprijed.

Postoji osjećaj da slovenska nogometna javnost tu suradnju ne zamišlja u pravom svjetlu. Kako biste komentirali odaziv slovenskih medija i nogometnih navijača na suradnju? Možda na takvo javno mnijenje utječe i dosadašnja suradnja još jednog slovenskog kluba, ND Gorice, i talijanske Parme, koja je Goričane gurnula u ozbiljne dugove. Koje su, ako uopće, slabe točke suradnje Radomlja i Hajduka?

- Svaka takva suradnja donosi i dobre i loše strane. Najjednostavnije rečeno, trenutno nam je teško osigurati proračun potreban da igramo u Prvoj ligi i radimo na profesionalnoj razini. Najveća opasnost u našem slučaju jest da bi Hajduk preuzeo, kao Parma u Gorici, vođenje kluba i o svemu odlučivao. Ključno je pronaći rješenja izvan okvira, inače nećemo rasti i ići naprijed.

- Postignuli smo jasan dogovor da će u klubu biti maksimalno pet igrača Hajduka, a svi ostali će biti domaći igrači ili igrači koje naš klub dovodi. Ako trebamo više igrača, zbog nedovoljnog budžeta ili jednostavno nedostatka drugih rješenja, naš je prijedlog da možemo dovesti još jednog igrača iz Hajduka. To je glavna garancija da ostanemo samostalni i da ne izgubimo dušu koju svakako imamo u Radomlju - zaključio je predsjednik Radomlja, Matjaž Marinšek.

Predsjednik Radomlja, Matjaž Marinšek, u razgovoru za web stranicu slovenskog kluba objasnio je kako je došlo do suradnje s Hajdukom i zašto je slovenska javnost pomalo skeptična prema "udruživanju snaga" s Hajdukom - pišu Sportske novosti.

Kako je došlo do prvog kontakta? Inicijativu za suradnju dali su Splićani, je li to bila ideja vas i vaših kolega?

- Proveli smo nekoliko godina tražeći jači klub s kojim bismo išli u neki oblik suradnje. S Hajdukom smo stupili u kontakt kada smo pregovarali o posudbi njihovog igrača Ivana Šarića, koji je na ljeto prešao u naš klub. Teško je reći tko je preuzeo inicijativu, to je bilo u obostranom interesu jer vjerujemo da takvom suradnjom možemo puno dobiti. Uvjeren sam da je potrebna win-win situacija za obje strane i držim da ova suradnja može biti plodonosna.

- Naravno, pokretanje takve suradnje znači i mnoge izazove. Nema garancije da ćemo sada ostati u ligi, da će oba kluba biti zadovoljna svakom odlukom. Ovaj projekt je proces koji će se razvijati. Za mene je najvažnije da oba kluba njeguju vrlo slične vrijednosti i da smo se našli na istoj točki s vodstvom Hajduka, s predsjednikom Jakobušićem i sportskim direktorom Nikoličiusom. Trebalo nam je i nekoliko mjeseci da se složimo, dobro upoznamo i da danas oboje vjerujemo da je ovo korak naprijed.

Postoji osjećaj da slovenska nogometna javnost tu suradnju ne zamišlja u pravom svjetlu. Kako biste komentirali odaziv slovenskih medija i nogometnih navijača na suradnju? Možda na takvo javno mnijenje utječe i dosadašnja suradnja još jednog slovenskog kluba, ND Gorice, i talijanske Parme, koja je Goričane gurnula u ozbiljne dugove. Koje su, ako uopće, slabe točke suradnje Radomlja i Hajduka?

- Svaka takva suradnja donosi i dobre i loše strane. Najjednostavnije rečeno, trenutno nam je teško osigurati proračun potreban da igramo u Prvoj ligi i radimo na profesionalnoj razini. Najveća opasnost u našem slučaju jest da bi Hajduk preuzeo, kao Parma u Gorici, vođenje kluba i o svemu odlučivao. Ključno je pronaći rješenja izvan okvira, inače nećemo rasti i ići naprijed.

- Postignuli smo jasan dogovor da će u klubu biti maksimalno pet igrača Hajduka, a svi ostali će biti domaći igrači ili igrači koje naš klub dovodi. Ako trebamo više igrača, zbog nedovoljnog budžeta ili jednostavno nedostatka drugih rješenja, naš je prijedlog da možemo dovesti još jednog igrača iz Hajduka. To je glavna garancija da ostanemo samostalni i da ne izgubimo dušu koju svakako imamo u Radomlju - zaključio je predsjednik Radomlja, Matjaž Marinšek.

Predsjednik Radomlja, Matjaž Marinšek, u razgovoru za web stranicu slovenskog kluba objasnio je kako je došlo do suradnje s Hajdukom i zašto je slovenska javnost pomalo skeptična prema "udruživanju snaga" s Hajdukom - pišu Sportske novosti.

Kako je došlo do prvog kontakta? Inicijativu za suradnju dali su Splićani, je li to bila ideja vas i vaših kolega?

- Proveli smo nekoliko godina tražeći jači klub s kojim bismo išli u neki oblik suradnje. S Hajdukom smo stupili u kontakt kada smo pregovarali o posudbi njihovog igrača Ivana Šarića, koji je na ljeto prešao u naš klub. Teško je reći tko je preuzeo inicijativu, to je bilo u obostranom interesu jer vjerujemo da takvom suradnjom možemo puno dobiti. Uvjeren sam da je potrebna win-win situacija za obje strane i držim...
