Julian Nagelsmann je službeno imenovan novim njemačkim izbornikom, devet mjeseci prije početka EURA 2024. čiji je Njemačka domaćin, objavio je u petak Njemački nogometni savez (DFB). 

Nagelsmann će na izborničkoj dužnosti naslijediti Hansija Flicka, smijenjenog 10. rujna, dan nakon poraza (1-4) u prijeteljskoj utakmici od Japana. 

S 36 godina bavarski trener tako postaje najmlađi trener u povijesti Nationalmannschafta. Bez posla je od ožujka kada je dobio otkaz u minhenskom Bayernu

Potpisao je ugovor do 31. srpnja 2024., a pomoćnici će mu biti Sandro Wagner i Benjamin Glück.

"Imamo Europsko prvenstvo u vlastitoj zemlji. To je nešto posebno, nešto što se događa tek svakih nekoliko desetljeća," rekao je Nagelsmann, koji je 12. izbornik Njemačke. "Stvarno sam spreman prihvatiti se ovog izazova."

"Julian je bio naš željeni kandidat od samog početka. On nije samo apsolutni nogometni čovjek, već je dokazao u svim svojim klubovima - u vrlo mladoj dobi za glavnog trenera - da može motivirati tima i cijele okoline", dodao je sportski direktor DFB-a Rudi Völler.

Julian Nagelsmann je službeno imenovan novim njemačkim izbornikom, devet mjeseci prije početka EURA 2024. čiji je Njemačka domaćin, objavio je u petak Njemački nogometni savez (DFB). 

Nagelsmann će na izborničkoj dužnosti naslijediti Hansija Flicka, smijenjenog 10. rujna, dan nakon poraza (1-4) u prijeteljskoj utakmici od Japana. 

S 36 godina bavarski trener tako postaje najmlađi trener u povijesti Nationalmannschafta. Bez posla je od ožujka kada je dobio otkaz u minhenskom Bayernu

Potpisao je ugovor do 31. srpnja 2024., a pomoćnici će mu biti Sandro Wagner i Benjamin Glück.

"Imamo Europsko prvenstvo u vlastitoj zemlji. To je nešto posebno, nešto što se događa tek svakih nekoliko desetljeća," rekao je Nagelsmann, koji je 12. izbornik Njemačke. "Stvarno sam spreman prihvatiti se ovog izazova."

"Julian je bio naš željeni kandidat od samog početka. On nije samo apsolutni nogometni čovjek, već je dokazao u svim svojim klubovima - u vrlo mladoj dobi za glavnog trenera - da može motivirati tima i cijele okoline", dodao je sportski direktor DFB-a Rudi Völler.

Nagelsmann postao najmlađi izbornik Njemačke u povijesti: ‘To je nešto posebno...‘

Julian Nagelsmann je službeno imenovan novim njemačkim izbornikom, devet mjeseci prije početka EURA 2024. čiji je Njemačka domaćin, objavio je u petak Njemački nogometni savez (DFB). 

Nagelsmann će na izborničkoj dužnosti naslijediti Hansija Flicka, smijenjenog 10. rujna, dan nakon poraza (1-4) u prijeteljskoj utakmici od Japana. 

S 36 godina bavarski trener tako postaje najmlađi trener u povijesti Nationalmannschafta. Bez posla je od ožujka kada je dobio otkaz u minhenskom Bayernu

Potpisao je ugovor do 31. srpnja 2024., a pomoćnici će mu biti Sandro Wagner i Benjamin Glück.

"Imamo Europsko prvenstvo u vlastitoj zemlji. To je nešto posebno, nešto što se događa tek svakih nekoliko desetljeća," rekao je Nagelsmann, koji je 12. izbornik Njemačke. "Stvarno sam spreman prihvatiti se ovog izazova."

"Julian je bio naš željeni kandidat od samog početka. On nije samo apsolutni nogometni čovjek, već je dokazao u svim svojim klubovima - u vrlo mladoj dobi za glavnog trenera - da može motivirati tima i cijele okoline", dodao je sportski direktor DFB-a Rudi Völler.
