Nogometaši Real Madrida, među kojima Luka Modrić, proslavili su u nedjelju u središtu Madrida naslov španjolskog prvaka pred tisućama okupljenih navijača. "Kraljevski klub" je 36. put osvojio prvenstvo.

Igrači su se ujutro okupili u klupskom kampu u Valdebebasu, sjevernom predgrađu Madrida. Predsjednik Španjolskog nogometnog saveza ondje im je uručio pehar jer su večer ranije igrali u Granadi svladavši domaćina s 4-0.

Hrvatski veznjak Modrić, koji je asistirao za jedan pogodak, sa suigračima je podigao pokal. To mu je četvrti naslov španjolskog prvaka od kada je u ljeto 2012. došao iz londonskog Tottenhama.

Igrači obučeni u svečane bijele košulje i tamna odijela s kravatama fotografirali su se na pomoćnom terenu. Trener Carlo Ancelotti stajao je između 38-godišnjeg dokapetana Modrića i 34-godišnjeg kapetana Nache Fernandeza, dvojice kojima ugovori istječu za mjesec i pol dana.

Igrači su zatim bijelim klupskim autobusom došli na glavni madridski trg Puerta del Sol te unijeli pehar u zgradu regionalne vlade Madrida. Prvake je ondje dočekala regionalna predsjednica Isabel Diaz Ayuso.

"Osvojiti prvenstvo je jako teško pa smo doista sretni", rekao je Nacho.

On i Modrić iznijeli su pehar na balkon pokazavši ga tisućama okupljenih navijača na trgu.

"Campeones, Campeones...!", vikala je masa tijekom sunčanog proljetnog dana.

Modrić se s mikrofonom u ruci obratio okupljenima i zahvalio na "nevjerojatnoj podršci tijekom čitave sezone".

"Hvala vam što ste ovdje i hvala što ste i mene osobno podržavali", rekao je.

Publika i njegovi suigrači skandirali su "Luka, ostani!".

Real Madrid je prošli mjesec poručio da će na kraju sezone odlučiti o eventualnom produženju ugovora koji istječe 30. lipnja.

Igrači su se susreli zatim i s gradonačelnikom Joseom Luisom Martinezom-Almeidom, inače simpatizerom rivalskog kluba Atletico Madrid.

Dok je gradonačelnik čestitao pobjednicima, ispred zgrade gradske vijećnice čekale su također tisuće razdraganih navijača. 

Na tamošnjoj Plazi de Cibeles, trgu u čijem se središtu nalazi fontana s kipom rimske božicom plodnosti, Real Madrid tradicionalno slavi naslove s navijačima. Mnogi su došli vidjeti kako kapetan Nacho veže Realovu maramu oko vrata božice. To je ritual koji se odvija ondje desetljećima.

"Danas ćemo dobro proslaviti", rekao je Modrić.

Upravo su Nacho i Modrić najviše puta sudjelovali u tom ritualu. Pobijedi li Real Madrid 1. lipnja u finalu Lige prvaka Borussiju Dortmund njih dvojica će s 26 osvojenih naslova postati najtrofejniji nogometaši u 122 godine dugoj povijesti Real Madrida.

"Nadam se da ćemo za nekoliko dana opet doći ovdje", rekao je Nacho.

Nogometaši Real Madrida, među kojima Luka Modrić, proslavili su u nedjelju u središtu Madrida naslov španjolskog prvaka pred tisućama okupljenih navijača. "Kraljevski klub" je 36. put osvojio prvenstvo.

Igrači su se ujutro okupili u klupskom kampu u Valdebebasu, sjevernom predgrađu Madrida. Predsjednik Španjolskog nogometnog saveza ondje im je uručio pehar jer su večer ranije igrali u Granadi svladavši domaćina s 4-0.

Igrači obučeni u svečane bijele košulje i tamna odijela s kravatama fotografirali su se na pomoćnom terenu. Trener Carlo Ancelotti stajao je između 38-godišnjeg dokapetana Modrića i 34-godišnjeg kapetana Nache Fernandeza, dvojice kojima ugovori istječu za mjesec i pol dana.

Igrači su zatim bijelim klupskim autobusom došli na glavni madridski trg Puerta del Sol te unijeli pehar u zgradu regionalne vlade Madrida. Prvake je ondje dočekala regionalna predsjednica Isabel Diaz Ayuso.

"Osvojiti prvenstvo je jako teško pa smo doista sretni", rekao je Nacho.

On i Modrić iznijeli su pehar na balkon pokazavši ga tisućama okupljenih navijača na trgu.

"Campeones, Campeones...!", vikala je masa tijekom sunčanog proljetnog dana.

Modrić se s mikrofonom u ruci obratio okupljenima i zahvalio na "nevjerojatnoj podršci tijekom čitave sezone".

"Hvala vam što ste ovdje i hvala što ste i mene osobno podržavali", rekao je.

Publika i njegovi suigrači skandirali su "Luka, ostani!".

Real Madrid je prošli mjesec poručio da će na kraju sezone odlučiti o eventualnom produženju ugovora koji istječe 30. lipnja.

Igrači su se susreli zatim i s gradonačelnikom Joseom Luisom Martinezom-Almeidom, inače simpatizerom rivalskog kluba Atletico Madrid.

Dok je gradonačelnik čestitao pobjednicima, ispred zgrade gradske vijećnice čekale su također tisuće razdraganih navijača. 

Na tamošnjoj Plazi de Cibeles, trgu u čijem se središtu nalazi fontana s kipom rimske božicom plodnosti, Real Madrid tradicionalno slavi naslove s navijačima. Mnogi su došli vidjeti kako kapetan Nacho veže Realovu maramu oko vrata božice. To je ritual koji se odvija ondje desetljećima.

"Danas ćemo dobro proslaviti", rekao je Modrić.

Upravo su Nacho i Modrić najviše puta sudjelovali u tom ritualu. Pobijedi li Real Madrid 1. lipnja u finalu Lige prvaka Borussiju Dortmund njih dvojica će s 26 osvojenih naslova postati najtrofejniji nogometaši u 122 godine dugoj povijesti Real Madrida.

"Nadam se da ćemo za nekoliko dana opet doći ovdje", rekao je Nacho.

Nogometaši Real Madrida, među kojima Luka Modrić, proslavili su u nedjelju u središtu Madrida naslov španjolskog prvaka pred tisućama okupljenih navijača. "Kraljevski klub" je 36. put osvojio prvenstvo.

Igrači su se ujutro okupili u klupskom kampu u Valdebebasu, sjevernom predgrađu Madrida. Predsjednik Španjolskog nogometnog saveza ondje im je uručio pehar jer su večer ranije igrali u Granadi svladavši domaćina s 4-0.
