Svoje viđenje dramatične polufinalne utakmice između Hrvatske i Norveške dao nam je legendarni Patrik Ćavar.

Prošao sam puno toga u karijeri, ali nikad nisam gledao ovako neizvjesnu i izjednačenu, a važnu utakmicu. Ovo je bilo za tablete za smirenje, za opadanje kose, jako stresno. Utakmica je bila napeta do zadnje sekunde, beskrajno duga. Shvaćam kako je bilo igračima na terenu, teško je funkcionirati pod takvim stresom. Naša obrana je bila odlična, pokazali smo srce i karakter. U zadnjih pet minuta nismo primili ni gola, Norvežani su mi djelovali uplašeno. I vratari su nam bili sjajni, Šego i Ašanin su se iskazali kad je bilo najpotrebnije i bez njih ne bismo pobijedili. Milimetri su odlučivali, ali zasluženo idemo u finale, s obzirom da je suđenje bilo skandinavsko, sklono Norveškoj. Suci su njima dopuštali pasivni napad, dok su nama dosta brzo oduzimali loptu, u produžecima nisu sudili jedan čisti faul na Duvnjaku.

Sedmerac na kraju prvog produžetka od deset minuta je bio biti ili ne biti, Duvnjak je zabio kao pravi kapetan i vratio nas u igru. Kad je dosuđen taj sedmerac u zadnjim sekundama, oko mene su svi uglas povikali 'neće nam se valjda opet dogoditi da ne zabijemo', sjećajući se Horvatova sedmerca iz polufinala Svjetskog prvenstva 2017., također protiv Norveške, kada smo propustili priliku za finale. Sada nam se to vratilo. Na kraju se Musa ni iz čega našao na crti u situaciji za gol, tko zna što bi bilo da nije zabio. No, mislim da smo pokazali veće srce, svaka čast našim igračima.

Sagosen je odigrao sjajnu partiju, zabio nam je deset golova, ali usprkos tome moram pohvaliti našu obranu, koja je bila agresivna, pokretljiva. Sagosen je parao mreže s 9-10 metara, ispucao je svoju kvotu, bez njega bi Norvežani bili prosječna momčad. Karačić je protiv Španjolske u srijedu odigrao fenomenalno, ovaj put mu nije išlo. To je tako, jedan put odigraš briljantno, drugi put moraš pasti. No, bio je dovoljno mudar da ne puca kad je vidio da mu ne ide, radio je dobar posao dodavanjima i otvarajući prostor drugima. U tome i jest naša širina, nekad ide Karačiću, jučer je sjajan bio Duvnjak, nekad se raspuca Stepančić. Pivoti su nam jučer bili odlični, Marić je bio naš drugi najbolji strijelac.

Naravno da su naši rukometaši sada iscijeđeni nakon ovog iscrpljujućeg polufinala, ali vjerujem da možemo do zlata. Opet će dosta zavisiti i od vratara, budu li Šego i Ašanin pravi, bit ćemo blizu prvog europskog zlata u povijesti.

Svoje viđenje dramatične polufinalne utakmice između Hrvatske i Norveške dao nam je legendarni Patrik Ćavar.

Prošao sam puno toga u karijeri, ali nikad nisam gledao ovako neizvjesnu i izjednačenu, a važnu utakmicu. Ovo je bilo za tablete za smirenje, za opadanje kose, jako stresno. Utakmica je bila napeta do zadnje sekunde, beskrajno duga. Shvaćam kako je bilo igračima na terenu, teško je funkcionirati pod takvim stresom. Naša obrana je bila odlična, pokazali smo srce i karakter. U zadnjih pet minuta nismo primili ni gola, Norvežani su mi djelovali uplašeno. I vratari su nam bili sjajni, Šego i Ašanin su se iskazali kad je bilo najpotrebnije i bez njih ne bismo pobijedili. Milimetri su odlučivali, ali zasluženo idemo u finale, s obzirom da je suđenje bilo skandinavsko, sklono Norveškoj. Suci su njima dopuštali pasivni napad, dok su nama dosta brzo oduzimali loptu, u produžecima nisu sudili jedan čisti faul na Duvnjaku.

Sedmerac na kraju prvog produžetka od deset minuta je bio biti ili ne biti, Duvnjak je zabio kao pravi kapetan i vratio nas u igru. Kad je dosuđen taj sedmerac u zadnjim sekundama, oko mene su svi uglas povikali 'neće nam se valjda opet dogoditi da ne zabijemo', sjećajući se Horvatova sedmerca iz polufinala Svjetskog prvenstva 2017., također protiv Norveške, kada smo propustili priliku za finale. Sada nam se to vratilo. Na kraju se Musa ni iz čega našao na crti u situaciji za gol, tko zna što bi bilo da nije zabio. No, mislim da smo pokazali veće srce, svaka čast našim igračima.

Sagosen je odigrao sjajnu partiju, zabio nam je deset golova, ali usprkos tome moram pohvaliti našu obranu, koja je bila agresivna, pokretljiva. Sagosen je parao mreže s 9-10 metara, ispucao je svoju kvotu, bez njega bi Norvežani bili prosječna momčad. Karačić je protiv Španjolske u srijedu odigrao fenomenalno, ovaj put mu nije išlo. To je tako, jedan put odigraš briljantno, drugi put moraš pasti. No, bio je dovoljno mudar da ne puca kad je vidio da mu ne ide, radio je dobar posao dodavanjima i otvarajući prostor drugima. U tome i jest naša širina, nekad ide Karačiću, jučer je sjajan bio Duvnjak, nekad se raspuca Stepančić. Pivoti su nam jučer bili odlični, Marić je bio naš drugi najbolji strijelac.

Naravno da su naši rukometaši sada iscijeđeni nakon ovog iscrpljujućeg polufinala, ali vjerujem da možemo do zlata. Opet će dosta zavisiti i od vratara, budu li Šego i Ašanin pravi, bit ćemo blizu prvog europskog zlata u povijesti.

Svoje viđenje dramatične polufinalne utakmice između Hrvatske i Norveške dao nam je legendarni Patrik Ćavar.

Prošao sam puno toga u karijeri, ali nikad nisam gledao ovako neizvjesnu i izjednačenu, a važnu utakmicu. Ovo je bilo za tablete za smirenje, za opadanje kose, jako stresno. Utakmica je bila napeta do zadnje sekunde, beskrajno duga. Shvaćam kako je bilo igračima na terenu, teško je funkcionirati pod takvim stresom. Naša obrana je bila odlična, pokazali smo srce i karakter. U zadnjih pet minuta nismo primili ni gola, Norvežani su mi djelovali uplašeno. I vratari su nam bili sjajni, Šego i Ašanin su se iskazali kad je bilo najpotrebnije i bez njih ne bismo pobijedili. Milimetri su odlučivali, ali zasluženo idemo u finale, s obzirom da je suđenje bilo...
