Hrvatski rukometaši doputovali su u srijedu u Mannheim, gdje će u petak (20.30 sati) u SAP Areni protiv Španjolske odigrati prvu utakmicu na Europskom prvenstvu u Njemačkoj. 

"Put je bio dobar, atmosfera je odlična. Sad ćemo vjerojatno isprobati neke zadnje taktičke detalje i to je to. Kreće prvenstvo", rekao je hrvatski reprezentativac Filip Glavaš po dolasku u Mannheim, grad u jugozapadnoj njemačkoj pokrajini Baden-Wuerttenberg, u kojem će izabranici Gorana Perkovca odigrati sve utakmice prvog dijela grupne faze natjecanja.

Nakon dvoboja sa Španjolcima, našim rukometašima slijede još dvije utakmice u skupjni B: u nedjelju, 14. siječnja (20.30 sati), protiv Austrije te u u utorak, 16. siječnja (18 sati), protiv Rumunjske.

"Baš smo dosta radili, puno treninga. Mislim da smo dobru taktiku složili, pogotovo za tu prvu utakmicu. Definitivno je bio veći naglasak na obranu, ali radili smo i neke stvari u napadu."

Otvaranje prvenstva gotovo da nije moglo biti zahtjevnije, jer će s druge strane stajati reprezentacija koja je na zadnjih pet europskih prvenstava osvajala medalje te ima niz od četiri finala. Španjolci su 2016. u Poljskoj osvojili srebrno odličje, dvije godine poslije u Zagrebu su po prvi put postali europski prvaci, da bi 2020. obranili naslov, a 2022. ponovno bili europski doprvaci.

"Da, fenomenalan podatak. Španjolci su rukometno gotovo savršeni, ali idemo se "potući" s njima, idemo ih pobijediti", poručio je Glavaš.

U drugi dio grupne faze natjecanja plasirat će se po dvije najbolje reprezentacije iz svake od šest skupina. Španjolska i Hrvatska su favoriti za osvajanje prva dva mjesta u skupini B, a u nastavku natjecanja će se spajati s najbolje dvije reprezentacije iz skupine A u kojoj će se natjecati Francuska, Njemačka, Sjeverna Makedonija i Švicarska, te prvom i drugom momčadi iz skupine C u kojoj su Island, Mađarska, Srbija i Crna Gora.

Utakmice drugog dijela grupne faze, ako se u nju plasiraju, hrvatski rukometaši će igrati u Koelnu. Naravno, očekuje se da će momčad predvođena kapetanom Domagojem Duvnjakom imati glasnu podršku s tribina.

Hrvatska od stjecanja samostalnosti i nastupa na prvom Europskom prvenstvu 1994. u Portugalu, gdje su naši rukometaši osvojili broncu, nijednom nije propustila sudjelovanje na kontinentalnoj smotri. U dosadašnjih 15 nastupa Hrvatska je osvojila tri srebna i tri brončana odličja te još triput završavala na četvrtom mjestu. Naslov europskog prvaka jedini je veliki trofej koji nedostaje u bogatoj riznici muške hrvatske rukometne reprezentacije.

Hrvatski rukometaši doputovali su u srijedu u Mannheim, gdje će u petak (20.30 sati) u SAP Areni protiv Španjolske odigrati prvu utakmicu na Europskom prvenstvu u Njemačkoj. 

"Put je bio dobar, atmosfera je odlična. Sad ćemo vjerojatno isprobati neke zadnje taktičke detalje i to je to. Kreće prvenstvo", rekao je hrvatski reprezentativac Filip Glavaš po dolasku u Mannheim, grad u jugozapadnoj njemačkoj pokrajini Baden-Wuerttenberg, u kojem će izabranici Gorana Perkovca odigrati sve utakmice prvog dijela grupne faze natjecanja.

Nakon dvoboja sa Španjolcima, našim rukometašima slijede još dvije utakmice u skupjni B: u nedjelju, 14. siječnja (20.30 sati), protiv Austrije te u u utorak, 16. siječnja (18 sati), protiv Rumunjske.

"Baš smo dosta radili, puno treninga. Mislim da smo dobru taktiku složili, pogotovo za tu prvu utakmicu. Definitivno je bio veći naglasak na obranu, ali radili smo i neke stvari u napadu."

Otvaranje prvenstva gotovo da nije moglo biti zahtjevnije, jer će s druge strane stajati reprezentacija koja je na zadnjih pet europskih prvenstava osvajala medalje te ima niz od četiri finala. Španjolci su 2016. u Poljskoj osvojili srebrno odličje, dvije godine poslije u Zagrebu su po prvi put postali europski prvaci, da bi 2020. obranili naslov, a 2022. ponovno bili europski doprvaci.

"Da, fenomenalan podatak. Španjolci su rukometno gotovo savršeni, ali idemo se "potući" s njima, idemo ih pobijediti", poručio je Glavaš.

U drugi dio grupne faze natjecanja plasirat će se po dvije najbolje reprezentacije iz svake od šest skupina. Španjolska i Hrvatska su favoriti za osvajanje prva dva mjesta u skupini B, a u nastavku natjecanja će se spajati s najbolje dvije reprezentacije iz skupine A u kojoj će se natjecati Francuska, Njemačka, Sjeverna Makedonija i Švicarska, te prvom i drugom momčadi iz skupine C u kojoj su Island, Mađarska, Srbija i Crna Gora.

Utakmice drugog dijela grupne faze, ako se u nju plasiraju, hrvatski rukometaši će igrati u Koelnu. Naravno, očekuje se da će momčad predvođena kapetanom Domagojem Duvnjakom imati glasnu podršku s tribina.

Hrvatska od stjecanja samostalnosti i nastupa na prvom Europskom prvenstvu 1994. u Portugalu, gdje su naši rukometaši osvojili broncu, nijednom nije propustila sudjelovanje na kontinentalnoj smotri. U dosadašnjih 15 nastupa Hrvatska je osvojila tri srebna i tri brončana odličja te još triput završavala na četvrtom mjestu. Naslov europskog prvaka jedini je veliki trofej koji nedostaje u bogatoj riznici muške hrvatske rukometne reprezentacije.

Hrvatski rukometaši doputovali u Mannheim i željno iščekuju sraz sa Španjolcima: ‘Atmosfera je odlična‘

Hrvatski rukometaši doputovali su u srijedu u Mannheim, gdje će u petak (20.30 sati) u SAP Areni protiv Španjolske odigrati prvu utakmicu na Europskom prvenstvu u Njemačkoj. 

"Put je bio dobar, atmosfera je odlična. Sad ćemo vjerojatno isprobati neke zadnje taktičke detalje i to je to. Kreće prvenstvo", rekao je hrvatski reprezentativac Filip Glavaš po dolasku u Mannheim, grad u jugozapadnoj njemačkoj pokrajini Baden-Wuerttenberg, u kojem će izabranici Gorana Perkovca odigrati sve utakmice prvog dijela grupne faze natjecanja.

Nakon dvoboja sa Španjolcima, našim rukometašima slijede još dvije utakmice u skupjni B: u nedjelju, 14. siječnja (20.30 sati), protiv Austrije te u u utorak, 16. siječnja (18 sati), protiv Rumunjske.

"Baš smo dosta radili, puno treninga. Mislim da smo dobru taktiku složili, pogotovo za tu prvu utakmicu. Definitivno je bio veći naglasak na obranu, ali radili smo i neke stvari u napadu."

Otvaranje prvenstva gotovo da nije moglo biti zahtjevnije, jer će s druge strane stajati reprezentacija koja je na zadnjih pet europskih prvenstava osvajala medalje te ima niz od četiri finala. Španjolci su 2016. u Poljskoj osvojili srebrno odličje, dvije godine poslije u Zagrebu su po prvi put postali europski prvaci, da bi 2020. obranili naslov, a 2022. ponovno bili europski doprvaci.

"Da, fenomenalan podatak. Španjolci su rukometno gotovo savršeni, ali idemo se "potući" s njima, idemo ih pobijediti", poručio je Glavaš.
