Unatoč neznatnom skraćivanju itinerera natjecanja izbacivanjem dva posebna super brzinska ispita na Zagrebačkom velesajmu, najbolji vozači relija potvrdili su svoj nastup na Croatia Rallyju, trećoj utrci ovogodišnjeg Svjetskog prvenstva, koji će se od 22. do 25. travnja održati na području Zagreba, Zagrebačke, Karlovačke i Krapinsko-zagorske županije.   

Najbolje posade svijeta u Hrvatskoj očekuje dvadeset brzinaca. Natjecanje će početi svečanim startom ispred Nacionalne i sveučilišne knjižnice u Zagrebu 22. travnja, a trajat će do 25. travnja, kad se posade očekuju na cilju na zagrebačkom Trgu svetog Marka.

- Nadali smo se do posljednjeg trenutka i vjerovali da ćemo moći organizirati brzince na Velesajmu. No, epidemiološka situacija nije nam išla na ruku. Radi se o ispitima koji bi na malom prostoru okupili veći broj ljudi, a dio ispita vozio bi se unutar paviljona, pa bi bilo teško ili nemoguće održavati epidemiološki razmak. Zdravlje svih sudionika je nam je na prvom mjestu i odlučili smo se na skraćivanje itinerera. Ostatak natjecanja održat će se prema predviđenom rasporedu - izjavio je predsjednik Organizacijskog odbora Croatia Rallyja Daniel Šaškin.

I u skraćenoj varijanti Croatia Rally je s više od 300 kilometara brzinskih ispita najduže natjecanje u WRC-u nakon katalonskog relija voženog 2019. Tijekom prošlotjedne inspekcije lokacija delegati Međunarodne automobilističke federacije (FIA) i WRC-a izrazili su zadovoljstvo viđenim te ocijenili da će brzinski ispiti biti atraktivni i izazovni. 

- Ono što nas iznimno veseli su prijave i već sada je jasno da će u Hrvatskoj voziti sve zvijezde WRC-a koje će se na našim brzincima boriti za važne prvenstvene bodove. Koncepcijski se nakon skraćivanja rute Croatia Rally nije značajnije promijenio. Lokacijski se jedino neće voziti na Velesajmu, u blizini servisnog parkirališta, a sve ostale lokacije izvan Zagreba ostaju kao što su i planirane - istaknuo je direktor relija Slaven Dedić.

Trasa će najbolje svjetske vozače relija tijekom petka i subote voditi cestama po Samoborskom gorju, Žumberku i području Karlovačke županije, dok će se u nedjelju voziti preko Sljemena i u okolici Kumrovca.

Unatoč sve rastućem broju novih slučajeva zaraze koronavirusom, organizatori se i dalje nadaju da ovaj automobilistički spektakl neće proteći bez gledatelja. 

- U Estoniji su vlasti prošle godine dozvolile održavanje WRC natjecanja s publikom u posebno određenim zonama. Vjerujem da bi se i u Hrvatskoj moglo organizirati nešto slično. Imamo 150 kilometara staza, koje potencijalno nude gledanje s lijeve i desne strane ceste. Prostora za držanje epidemiološkog razmaka ne nedostaje, a pripremili smo i posebne Covid-19 protokole. Njih će se morati držati svi sudionici, dužnosnici i gledatelji, ako im bude dopušten dolazak - rekao je Daniel Šaškin.

Croatia Rally bodovat će se za WRC, WRC-2, WRC-3 i Junior WRC, a očekuje se velika borba u svim klasama.

Nakon dva natjecanja, Relija Monte Carlo i Arktičkog relija na finskom snijegu, u najjačoj kategoriji je u vodstvu 20-godišnji Finac Kalle Rovanpera u Toyoti s 39 bodova. Drugi je s 35 bodova Belgijanac Thierry Neuville u Hyundaija, a na trećoj poziciji se s 31 bodom nalazi sedmerostruki svjetski prvak Francuz Sebastien Ogier u Toyoti, koji je slavio na otvaranju sezone u Monte Carlu.

Za Croatia Rally će specifične biti uske i zavojite ceste s mnoštvom prijevoja, a karakteriziraju ih i brojne promjene asfalta te će zbog toga za vozače ključno biti pronalaženje optimalnog podešavanja automobila. Dodatni izazov za natjecatelje i njihove momčadi će biti i u tome što će u Hrvatskoj svoju premijeru imati i asfaltne gume Pirellija, novog dobavljača za WRC.

U kalendaru ovogodišnjeg Svjetskog prvenstva u reliju nalazi se 12 utrka, a nakon jurnjave po hrvatskim cestama vozači će imati jednomjesečnu stanku do novog nastupa na Portugalskom reliju (20. - 23. svibnja).

Unatoč neznatnom skraćivanju itinerera natjecanja izbacivanjem dva posebna super brzinska ispita na Zagrebačkom velesajmu, najbolji vozači relija potvrdili su svoj nastup na Croatia Rallyju, trećoj utrci ovogodišnjeg Svjetskog prvenstva, koji će se od 22. do 25. travnja održati na području Zagreba, Zagrebačke, Karlovačke i Krapinsko-zagorske županije.   

Najbolje posade svijeta u Hrvatskoj očekuje dvadeset brzinaca. Natjecanje će početi svečanim startom ispred Nacionalne i sveučilišne knjižnice u Zagrebu 22. travnja, a trajat će do 25. travnja, kad se posade očekuju na cilju na zagrebačkom Trgu svetog Marka.

- Nadali smo se do posljednjeg trenutka i vjerovali da ćemo moći organizirati brzince na Velesajmu. No, epidemiološka situacija nije nam išla na ruku. Radi se o ispitima koji bi na malom prostoru okupili veći broj ljudi, a dio ispita vozio bi se unutar paviljona, pa bi bilo teško ili nemoguće održavati epidemiološki razmak. Zdravlje svih sudionika je nam je na prvom mjestu i odlučili smo se na skraćivanje itinerera. Ostatak natjecanja održat će se prema predviđenom rasporedu - izjavio je predsjednik Organizacijskog odbora Croatia Rallyja Daniel Šaškin.

I u skraćenoj varijanti Croatia Rally je s više od 300 kilometara brzinskih ispita najduže natjecanje u WRC-u nakon katalonskog relija voženog 2019. Tijekom prošlotjedne inspekcije lokacija delegati Međunarodne automobilističke federacije (FIA) i WRC-a izrazili su zadovoljstvo viđenim te ocijenili da će brzinski ispiti biti atraktivni i izazovni. 

- Ono što nas iznimno veseli su prijave i već sada je jasno da će u Hrvatskoj voziti sve zvijezde WRC-a koje će se na našim brzincima boriti za važne prvenstvene bodove. Koncepcijski se nakon skraćivanja rute Croatia Rally nije značajnije promijenio. Lokacijski se jedino neće voziti na Velesajmu, u blizini servisnog parkirališta, a sve ostale lokacije izvan Zagreba ostaju kao što su i planirane - istaknuo je direktor relija Slaven Dedić.

Trasa će najbolje svjetske vozače relija tijekom petka i subote voditi cestama po Samoborskom gorju, Žumberku i području Karlovačke županije, dok će se u nedjelju voziti preko Sljemena i u okolici Kumrovca.

Unatoč sve rastućem broju novih slučajeva zaraze koronavirusom, organizatori se i dalje nadaju da ovaj automobilistički spektakl neće proteći bez gledatelja. 

- U Estoniji su vlasti prošle godine dozvolile održavanje WRC natjecanja s publikom u posebno određenim zonama. Vjerujem da bi se i u Hrvatskoj moglo organizirati nešto slično. Imamo 150 kilometara staza, koje potencijalno nude gledanje s lijeve i desne strane ceste. Prostora za držanje epidemiološkog razmaka ne nedostaje, a pripremili smo i posebne Covid-19 protokole. Njih će se morati držati svi sudionici, dužnosnici i gledatelji, ako im bude dopušten dolazak - rekao je Daniel Šaškin.

Croatia Rally bodovat će se za WRC, WRC-2, WRC-3 i Junior WRC, a očekuje se velika borba u svim klasama.

Nakon dva natjecanja, Relija Monte Carlo i Arktičkog relija na finskom snijegu, u najjačoj kategoriji je u vodstvu 20-godišnji Finac Kalle Rovanpera u Toyoti s 39 bodova. Drugi je s 35 bodova Belgijanac Thierry Neuville u Hyundaija, a na trećoj poziciji se s 31 bodom nalazi sedmerostruki svjetski prvak Francuz Sebastien Ogier u Toyoti, koji je slavio na otvaranju sezone u Monte Carlu.

Za Croatia Rally će specifične biti uske i zavojite ceste s mnoštvom prijevoja, a karakteriziraju ih i brojne promjene asfalta te će zbog toga za vozače ključno biti pronalaženje optimalnog podešavanja automobila. Dodatni izazov za natjecatelje i njihove momčadi će biti i u tome što će u Hrvatskoj svoju premijeru imati i asfaltne gume Pirellija, novog dobavljača za WRC.

U kalendaru ovogodišnjeg Svjetskog prvenstva u reliju nalazi se 12 utrka, a nakon jurnjave po hrvatskim cestama vozači će imati jednomjesečnu stanku do novog nastupa na Portugalskom reliju (20. - 23. svibnja).

Zvijezde WRC-a potvrdile dolazak u Hrvatsku gdje ih očekuje dvadeset brzinaca: Koncepcijski se nakon skraćivanja rute ništa nije promijenilo

Unatoč neznatnom skraćivanju itinerera natjecanja izbacivanjem dva posebna super brzinska ispita na Zagrebačkom velesajmu, najbolji vozači relija potvrdili su svoj nastup na Croatia Rallyju, trećoj utrci ovogodišnjeg Svjetskog prvenstva, koji će se od 22. do 25. travnja održati na području Zagreba, Zagrebačke, Karlovačke i Krapinsko-zagorske županije.   

Najbolje posade svijeta u Hrvatskoj očekuje dvadeset brzinaca. Natjecanje će početi svečanim startom ispred Nacionalne i sveučilišne knjižnice u Zagrebu 22. travnja, a trajat će do 25. travnja, kad se posade očekuju na cilju na zagrebačkom Trgu svetog Marka.

- Nadali smo se do posljednjeg trenutka i vjerovali da ćemo moći organizirati brzince na Velesajmu. No, epidemiološka situacija nije nam išla na ruku....
