Večeras kreće bitka za prvi i jedini trofej u sezoni koja je obilježila povijest hrvatskog i svjetskog sporta. Naravno, bez gledatelja. Utakmicom polufinala Kupa hrvatski će se odbojkaši i odbojkašice konačno vratiti na parket, nakon gotovo pola godine stanke. Pored favorizirane Mladosti, dva kluba vrebaju novi trofej u svojoj vitrini. To su Ribola Kaštela i Split, višegodišnji ‘trn’ Zagrepčanima i klub na usponu. Kaštelani u polufinale ulaze bitno oslabljeni od prošle godine.

Naime, većinu momčadi sada čine uglavnom mladići iz vlastite škole odbojke, pa će se pogon mladih snaga po prvi put suprotstaviti starom znancu, zagrebačkoj Mladosti.

- Motivacije ne nedostaje, to je vidljivo na treninzima i zbog toga sam jako zadovoljan. Sigurno će ovaj susret biti pravi odbojkaški praznik i jedva čekamo istrčati na parket - rekao je trener Ivan Rančić.

Koronavirus izbio je u ožujku formu iz svih igrača. Uz stroge epidemiološke mjere nad ‘vratom’, teško je dovesti bilo koju momčad na zavidnu razinu spremnosti.

- Čeka nas teška utakmica u nikad čudnijim okolnostima. Cijelo vrijeme smo u određenoj neizvjesnosti zbog situacije s koronavirusom, što je definitivno ostavilo traga na razinu forme. Nismo mogli igrati prijateljske utakmice kao dio priprema. Ipak, uspjeli smo odigrati tri testne utakmice koje su bile donekle korisne - izjavio je trener Rančić uoči večerašnje utakmice koju će u 18 sati prenositi Arena Sport 1.

Odbojkaši Splita imaju nešto lakši zadatak pola sata kasnije protiv Murse Osijek. Znaju kako se pobjeđuje Osječane, a s obzirom na nedostatak natjecateljskih utakmica i prave forme igrat će pretežito na iskustvo.

- Glavni cilj bio nam je zadržavanje postojeće ekipe od prošle sezone, ponajviše radi uigranosti i iskustva na čelu s kapetanom Igorom Omrčenom. Prošli tjedan odigrali smo dva prijateljska susreta s Ribolom Kaštela kao odličnom prilikom za pregled stanje u momčadi pred polufinale kupa te početak natjecateljske sezone – rekao je trener Splićana Fabijan Ćosić.

Večeras kreće bitka za prvi i jedini trofej u sezoni koja je obilježila povijest hrvatskog i svjetskog sporta. Naravno, bez gledatelja. Utakmicom polufinala Kupa hrvatski će se odbojkaši i odbojkašice konačno vratiti na parket, nakon gotovo pola godine stanke. Pored favorizirane Mladosti, dva kluba vrebaju novi trofej u svojoj vitrini. To su Ribola Kaštela i Split, višegodišnji ‘trn’ Zagrepčanima i klub na usponu. Kaštelani u polufinale ulaze bitno oslabljeni od prošle godine.

Naime, većinu momčadi sada čine uglavnom mladići iz vlastite škole odbojke, pa će se pogon mladih snaga po prvi put suprotstaviti starom znancu, zagrebačkoj Mladosti.

- Motivacije ne nedostaje, to je vidljivo na treninzima i zbog toga sam jako zadovoljan. Sigurno će ovaj susret biti pravi odbojkaški praznik i jedva čekamo istrčati na parket - rekao je trener Ivan Rančić.

Koronavirus izbio je u ožujku formu iz svih igrača. Uz stroge epidemiološke mjere nad ‘vratom’, teško je dovesti bilo koju momčad na zavidnu razinu spremnosti.

- Čeka nas teška utakmica u nikad čudnijim okolnostima. Cijelo vrijeme smo u određenoj neizvjesnosti zbog situacije s koronavirusom, što je definitivno ostavilo traga na razinu forme. Nismo mogli igrati prijateljske utakmice kao dio priprema. Ipak, uspjeli smo odigrati tri testne utakmice koje su bile donekle korisne - izjavio je trener Rančić uoči večerašnje utakmice koju će u 18 sati prenositi Arena Sport 1.

Odbojkaši Splita imaju nešto lakši zadatak pola sata kasnije protiv Murse Osijek. Znaju kako se pobjeđuje Osječane, a s obzirom na nedostatak natjecateljskih utakmica i prave forme igrat će pretežito na iskustvo.

- Glavni cilj bio nam je zadržavanje postojeće ekipe od prošle sezone, ponajviše radi uigranosti i iskustva na čelu s kapetanom Igorom Omrčenom. Prošli tjedan odigrali smo dva prijateljska susreta s Ribolom Kaštela kao odličnom prilikom za pregled stanje u momčadi pred polufinale kupa te početak natjecateljske sezone – rekao je trener Splićana Fabijan Ćosić.

Kaštelani i Splićani u lovu na prvi trofej korona sezone: Ribola u klasiku s Mladosti, Omrčen i društvo finale traže preko Murse

Večeras kreće bitka za prvi i jedini trofej u sezoni koja je obilježila povijest hrvatskog i svjetskog sporta. Naravno, bez gledatelja. Utakmicom polufinala Kupa hrvatski će se odbojkaši i odbojkašice konačno vratiti na parket, nakon gotovo pola godine stanke. Pored favorizirane Mladosti, dva kluba vrebaju novi trofej u svojoj vitrini. To su Ribola Kaštela i Split, višegodišnji ‘trn’ Zagrepčanima i klub na usponu. Kaštelani u polufinale ulaze bitno oslabljeni od prošle godine.

Naime, većinu momčadi sada čine uglavnom mladići iz vlastite škole odbojke, pa će se pogon mladih snaga po prvi put suprotstaviti starom znancu, zagrebačkoj Mladosti.

- Motivacije ne nedostaje, to je vidljivo na treninzima i zbog toga sam jako zadovoljan. Sigurno će ovaj susret biti pravi...
