Kanadska I finska hokejaška reprezentacija igrat će u finalu Svjetskog prvenstva elitne skupine u Latviji, a bit će to repriza finala iz 2019. godine. 

Finci su pobijedili Njemačku s 2-1 (2-0, 0-1, 0-0), čime su svjetski prvaci u nedjelju dobili priliku za četvrti naslov nakon 1995., 2011. i 2019. S druge strane, Nijemci su u svom drugom polufinalu nakon 2010. poraženi, a u borbi za broncu nastojat će doći do prve medalje još od 1953. godine. 

U nedjelju će biti repriza finala s posljednjeg Svjetskog prvenstva 2019. godine, kada su Finci bili bolji od Kanade, a svjetski prvaci su, slično kao i protiv Češke u četvrtfinalu, pokazali taktičku igru ​​u kojoj su prepustili inicijativu suparnicima, ali nemilosrdno kažnjavali svaku pogrešku.

Kanađani su u prvom današnjem polufinalu svladali SAD s 4-2 (1-1, 1-0, 2-1).Kanađani su strepili do zadnje utakmice regularnog dijela prvenstva hoće li uopće izboriti četvrtfinale, a u nedjelju će se boriti za zlato. Protiv svog najvećeg rivala Amerikanaca Kanađani su već izgubili u Rigi s glatkih 1-5, no danas su finalisti posljednjeg SP-a 2019. pokazali zube i ostvarili peto finale u zadnjih šest godina.

Kanada je meč započela brzim pogotkom već u trećoj minuti Brandona Pirrija, no prije kraja prve trećine Colin Blackwell je izjednačio. Za Kanadu se potom ukazao Andrew Mangiapane, jedan od najboljih igrača ovog Svjetskog prvenstva, zabio je vrataru Calu Petersenu u u 25. minuti, a potom i u 41., kada je svojim sedmim pogotkom u Rigi digao prednost na 3-1.

Sasha Chmelevski zabio je u 44. minuti za neku nadu Amerikanaca, ali ju je ugasio Justin Danforth u zadnjoj minuti.

Dvoboj za brončanu medalju SAD-Njemačka na SP-u odigrat će se u Rigi u nedjelju u 14.15 sati, a veliko finale Kanada - Finska u 19.15 sati.

Kanadska I finska hokejaška reprezentacija igrat će u finalu Svjetskog prvenstva elitne skupine u Latviji, a bit će to repriza finala iz 2019. godine. 

Finci su pobijedili Njemačku s 2-1 (2-0, 0-1, 0-0), čime su svjetski prvaci u nedjelju dobili priliku za četvrti naslov nakon 1995., 2011. i 2019. S druge strane, Nijemci su u svom drugom polufinalu nakon 2010. poraženi, a u borbi za broncu nastojat će doći do prve medalje još od 1953. godine. 

U nedjelju će biti repriza finala s posljednjeg Svjetskog prvenstva 2019. godine, kada su Finci bili bolji od Kanade, a svjetski prvaci su, slično kao i protiv Češke u četvrtfinalu, pokazali taktičku igru ​​u kojoj su prepustili inicijativu suparnicima, ali nemilosrdno kažnjavali svaku pogrešku.

Finci su prvu trećinu dobili s 2-0 zahvaljujući pogreški njemačkog vratara Mathias Niederberger kojemu je u 14. minuti nakon udarca Ire Pakarinena lopta skliznula između nogu, a u 19. minuti Nijemci su izgubili pak u svojoj obrambenoj trećini i Hannes Björninen je pogodio za 2-0.

Nijemci su uzvratili u drugoj trećini golom s plave linije Matthiasa Plachta, do samog kraja su napadali i pritiskali,  ali čvrsta finska obrana nije posustala.

Kanađani su u prvom današnjem polufinalu svladali SAD s 4-2 (1-1, 1-0, 2-1).Kanađani su strepili do zadnje utakmice regularnog dijela prvenstva hoće li uopće izboriti četvrtfinale, a u nedjelju će se boriti za zlato. Protiv svog najvećeg rivala Amerikanaca Kanađani su već izgubili u Rigi s glatkih 1-5, no danas su finalisti posljednjeg SP-a 2019. pokazali zube i ostvarili peto finale u zadnjih šest godina.

Kanada je meč započela brzim pogotkom već u trećoj minuti Brandona Pirrija, no prije kraja prve trećine Colin Blackwell je izjednačio. Za Kanadu se potom ukazao Andrew Mangiapane, jedan od najboljih igrača ovog Svjetskog prvenstva, zabio je vrataru Calu Petersenu u u 25. minuti, a potom i u 41., kada je svojim sedmim pogotkom u Rigi digao prednost na 3-1.

Sasha Chmelevski zabio je u 44. minuti za neku nadu Amerikanaca, ali ju je ugasio Justin Danforth u zadnjoj minuti.

Dvoboj za brončanu medalju SAD-Njemačka na SP-u odigrat će se u Rigi u nedjelju u 14.15 sati, a veliko finale Kanada - Finska u 19.15 sati.

Kanadska I finska hokejaška reprezentacija igrat će u finalu Svjetskog prvenstva elitne skupine u Latviji, a bit će to repriza finala iz 2019. godine. 

Finci su pobijedili Njemačku s 2-1 (2-0, 0-1, 0-0), čime su svjetski prvaci u nedjelju dobili priliku za četvrti naslov nakon 1995., 2011. i 2019. S druge strane, Nijemci su u svom drugom polufinalu nakon 2010. poraženi, a u borbi za broncu nastojat će doći do prve medalje još od 1953. godine.
