Šef momčadi Christian Horner izabrao je stranu i stao u zaštitu svjetskog prvaka

Povijest Formule 1 pamti brojna žestoka rivalstva i napete odnose između momčadskih kolega, a nakon nedjeljne Velike nagrade Saudijske Arabije, čini se da u punoj brzini u tom smjeru juri i dvojac najbolje momčadi današnjice. Sve je očitije da se Sergio Pérez više ne miri sa statusom broja 2 u Red Bullu, a još je jasnije da se dvostruki svjetski prvak Max Verstappen ne misli tek tako odreći statusa prve zvijezde kojoj je sve podređeno, pišu Sportske novosti.

Trzavice između Meksikanca i Nizozemca vuku se još od lanjske utrke u Sao Paulu kada se Verstappen oglušio o momčadske naredbe da dopusti Perezu da ga prođe u posljednjem krugu i sa sedmog dođe na šesto mjesto. Verstappen je u tom trenutku već imao osiguranu titulu, a Perez se borio za drugo mjesto u ukupnom poretku, no Nizozemcu nije bilo ni na kraj pameti da posluša više puta ponovljene upute trkaćeg inženjera Gianpiera Lambiasea. Štoviše, nakon što je odbio propustiti Pereza, dao je i vrlo hladan odgovor na pitanje zašto nije slijedio naredbe.

- Rekao sam vam to prošli put i nemojte me to više pitati, OK? Naveo sam svoje razloge i ostajem pri tome - rekao je Verstappen.

Bijesni Perez komentirao je nakon toga kako ta situacija pokazuje kakav je zapravo Max. Ako je prije toga uopće bilo ikakve ljubavi i poštovanja između dvojice vozača, nakon tog slučaja su potpuno iščezli.

Novo ukrštavanje rogova između dva "crvena bika" dogodilo se prošli vikend na stazi u Džedi. Verstappen je zbog kvara na bolidu tijekom kvalifikacija krenuo u utrku s 15. mjesta, ali nije mu trebalo dugo da se probije na drugo. Vodeći Perez ostao mu je nedostižan do kraja, ali Nizozemac je u samoj završnici odvozio najbrži krug i zaradio dodatni bod koji mu je donio vodeće mjesto u poretku vozač. "Ukrao" je taj najbrži krug i bod upravo Perezu, ponovno se oglušivši na momčadske upute obojici da drže tempo i ne riskiraju ništa.

Max je prije toga pitao svog inženjera tko drži najbrži krug, a ovaj mu je odgovorio:

- Trenutačno nas to ne brine.

Prvak je na to samo kratko poručio:

- Da, ali mene brine.

Nakon toga je ugrabio najbrži krug i još jedan bod, te navukao novi Perezov bijes na sebe.

- Nisu li ti iz momčadi rekli da držiš tempo - pitao ga je Meksikanac nakon utrke, a ovaj mu je odgovorio:

- Da, ali onda sam pitao koji je bio najbrži krug, a mislim da je bio samo desetinku brži od onoga kako smo vozili.

Perez je spornu situaciju kasnije komentirao i pred mikrofonima.

- Dva kruga prije kraja iz boksa su mi javili da držim tempo. Rekli su mi da imam najbrži krug i da je ista komunikacija bila i s Maxom. Moramo ponovo pregledati informacije koje su nam dali.

Šef momčadi Christian Horner je, unatoč uputama inženjera koje su se mogle čuti i u prijenosu, stao na stranu svoje prve zvijezde.

- Mislim da je Max rekao putem radija da mu bod za najbrži krug puno znači i nije bilo razloga da ne dopustimo njemu ili Checu da se pozabave time - rekao je Horner.

Neugodnoj situaciji nakon utrke pridonio je i Maxov otac Jos, i sam nekadašnji F1 vozač, koji je odbio čestitati Perezu na pobjedi. Samo mu je jedva primjetno kimnuo, a onda je okrenuo glavu dok se Meksikanac grlio i slavio s članovima momčadi.

Max je nakon utrke bio vidno nezadovoljan drugim mjestom unatoč tome što je napravio ogroman napredak. U brojnim je intervjuima poručio da Red Bull mora raditi bolje i učiniti oba bolida pouzdanima.

- U momčadi vlada zadovoljstvo, ali ja nisam sretan. Nisam ovdje da bih bio drugi, pogotovo nakon što smo naporno radili kako bismo došli ovamo u dobrom stanju i osigurali da sve funkcionira. Kada se borite za naslov prvaka, a čini se da će to biti borba između samo dva automobila, morate biti sigurni da su oba pouzdana. Moramo biti bolji, treba nam čišći vikend. Dopušteno nam je utrkivati se tako da će bolji pobijediti - istaknuo je Verstappen.

Nekadašnji svjetski prvak Nico Rosberg je u komentaru za Sky Sports poručio kako mu se ne sviđa Maxovo ponašanje, otkrivši i kako je Nizozemac odbio prisustvovati momčadskom sastanku nakon kvalifikacija, frustriran zbog kvara koji se dogodio na njegovom bolidu.

- Takav pristup i ponašanje su pogrešni, pogotovo tako rano u sezoni, nakon što je momčad obavila briljantan posao i tako naporno radila. Mislim da bi trebao biti ljubazniji - rekao je Rosberg.

Šef momčadi Christian Horner izabrao je stranu i stao u zaštitu svjetskog prvaka

Povijest Formule 1 pamti brojna žestoka rivalstva i napete odnose između momčadskih kolega, a nakon nedjeljne Velike nagrade Saudijske Arabije, čini se da u punoj brzini u tom smjeru juri i dvojac najbolje momčadi današnjice. Verstappen je u tom trenutku već imao osiguranu titulu, a Perez se borio za drugo mjesto u ukupnom poretku, no Nizozemcu nije bilo ni na kraj pameti da posluša više puta ponovljene upute trkaćeg inženjera Gianpiera Lambiasea. Štoviše, nakon što je odbio propustiti Pereza, dao je i vrlo hladan odgovor na pitanje zašto nije slijedio naredbe.

- Rekao sam vam to prošli put i nemojte me to više pitati, OK? Naveo sam svoje razloge i ostajem pri tome - rekao je Verstappen.

Bijesni Perez komentirao je nakon toga kako ta situacija pokazuje kakav je zapravo Max. Ako je prije toga uopće bilo ikakve ljubavi i poštovanja između dvojice vozača, nakon tog slučaja su potpuno iščezli.

Novo ukrštavanje rogova između dva "crvena bika" dogodilo se prošli vikend na stazi u Džedi. Verstappen je zbog kvara na bolidu tijekom kvalifikacija krenuo u utrku s 15. mjesta, ali nije mu trebalo dugo da se probije na drugo. Vodeći Perez ostao mu je nedostižan do kraja, ali Nizozemac je u samoj završnici odvozio najbrži krug i zaradio dodatni bod koji mu je donio vodeće mjesto u poretku vozač. "Ukrao" je taj najbrži krug i bod upravo Perezu, ponovno se oglušivši na momčadske upute obojici da drže tempo i ne riskiraju ništa.

Max je prije toga pitao svog inženjera tko drži najbrži krug, a ovaj mu je odgovorio:

- Trenutačno nas to ne brine.

Prvak je na to samo kratko poručio:

- Da, ali mene brine.

Nakon toga je ugrabio najbrži krug i još jedan bod, te navukao novi Perezov bijes na sebe.

- Nisu li ti iz momčadi rekli da držiš tempo - pitao ga je Meksikanac nakon utrke, a ovaj mu je odgovorio:

- Da, ali onda sam pitao koji je bio najbrži krug, a mislim da je bio samo desetinku brži od onoga kako smo vozili.

Perez je spornu situaciju kasnije komentirao i pred mikrofonima.

- Dva kruga prije kraja iz boksa su mi javili da držim tempo. Rekli su mi da imam najbrži krug i da je ista komunikacija bila i s Maxom. Moramo ponovo pregledati informacije koje su nam dali.

Šef momčadi Christian Horner je, unatoč uputama inženjera koje su se mogle čuti i u prijenosu, stao na stranu svoje prve zvijezde.

- Mislim da je Max rekao putem radija da mu bod za najbrži krug puno znači i nije bilo razloga da ne dopustimo njemu ili Checu da se pozabave time - rekao je Horner.

Neugodnoj situaciji nakon utrke pridonio je i Maxov otac Jos, i sam nekadašnji F1 vozač, koji je odbio čestitati Perezu na pobjedi. Samo mu je jedva primjetno kimnuo, a onda je okrenuo glavu dok se Meksikanac grlio i slavio s članovima momčadi.

Max je nakon utrke bio vidno nezadovoljan drugim mjestom unatoč tome što je napravio ogroman napredak. U brojnim je intervjuima poručio da Red Bull mora raditi bolje i učiniti oba bolida pouzdanima.

- U momčadi vlada zadovoljstvo, ali ja nisam sretan. Nisam ovdje da bih bio drugi, pogotovo nakon što smo naporno radili kako bismo došli ovamo u dobrom stanju i osigurali da sve funkcionira. Kada se borite za naslov prvaka, a čini se da će to biti borba između samo dva automobila, morate biti sigurni da su oba pouzdana. Moramo biti bolji, treba nam čišći vikend. Dopušteno nam je utrkivati se tako da će bolji pobijediti - istaknuo je Verstappen.

Nekadašnji svjetski prvak Nico Rosberg je u komentaru za Sky Sports poručio kako mu se ne sviđa Maxovo ponašanje, otkrivši i kako je Nizozemac odbio prisustvovati momčadskom sastanku nakon kvalifikacija, frustriran zbog kvara koji se dogodio na njegovom bolidu.

- Takav pristup i ponašanje su pogrešni, pogotovo tako rano u sezoni, nakon što je momčad obavila briljantan posao i tako naporno radila. Mislim da bi trebao biti ljubazniji - rekao je Rosberg.

Šef momčadi Christian Horner izabrao je stranu i stao u zaštitu svjetskog prvaka

Povijest Formule 1 pamti brojna žestoka rivalstva i napete odnose između momčadskih kolega, a nakon nedjeljne Velike nagrade Saudijske Arabije, čini se da u punoj brzini u tom smjeru juri i dvojac najbolje momčadi današnjice. Sve je očitije da se Sergio Pérez više ne miri sa statusom broja 2 u Red Bullu, a još je jasnije da se dvostruki svjetski prvak Max Verstappen ne misli tek tako odreći statusa prve zvijezde kojoj je sve podređeno, pišu Sportske novosti.
