Nakon više mjeseci natjecateljske stanke naš najjači veslački tandem, braća Valent i Martin Sinković, vraćaju se ovog vikenda utrkama. 

Braća Sinković jutros su krenuli na Europsko prvenstvo koje se održava od 9. do 11. travnja 2021. u Vareseu u Italiji. Na regatu je prijavljeno 629 sportaša iz 35 zemalja, a Italija, država domaćin, ima najveći broj prijavljenih posada.

"Mislim da će nam najveća konkurencija biti Talijani i Rumunji. Nizozemci su neugodni na prvom dijelu staze to smo naučili prošle godine, međutim čamac dobro ide, zadovoljni smo i tim više jedva čekamo utrkivati se s drugima. Nadamo se dobroj konkurenciji, dat ćemo sve od sebe da odveslamo najbolje što znamo i onda nema straha za dobar rezultat“, rekao je Martin Sinković.

Kao rezultat globalne pandemije COVID-19, u međunarodnoj sezoni veslanja 2020. godine održano je jedino Europsko prvenstvo, tako da je pred našim veslačima uzbudljiva natjecateljska godina. Prema smjernicama za upravljanje događajima Organizacijski odbor Varese i Svjetska veslačka federacija razvili su COVID -19 plan zaštite za organiziranje sportskih događaja na temelju preporuka Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije (WHO) kako bi osigurali da svi koji sudjeluju na Europskom veslačkom prvenstvu budu pod najmanjim mogućim rizikom od zaraze Covid-19.

„Nakon prošlogodišnjeg lockdowna, otkazivanja Olimpijskih igara i cijele novonastale situacije zbog pandemije, konačno smo dočekali veliko natjecanje. Duga je bila prošla zima, dobro smo trenirali, spremni smo, osjećamo se jako dobro i jedva čekamo utrke“, rekao je Valent Sinković.

Prva utrka na rasporedu je u petak, polufinala su u subotu, a finale u nedjelju.

Podsjetimo, u protekloj godini od veslačkih natjecanja održalo se jedino Europsko prvenstvo na kojem su Braća Sinković osvojili drugo mjesto. Iduće natjecanje i još jedna stanica na putu do Olimpijade u Tokiju je Svjetski veslački kup koji se po prvi puta u povijesti održava na zagrebačkom Jarunu od 30. travnja do 02. svibnja.

Nakon više mjeseci natjecateljske stanke naš najjači veslački tandem, braća Valent i Martin Sinković, vraćaju se ovog vikenda utrkama. 

Braća Sinković jutros su krenuli na Europsko prvenstvo koje se održava od 9. do 11. travnja 2021. u Vareseu u Italiji. Na regatu je prijavljeno 629 sportaša iz 35 zemalja, a Italija, država domaćin, ima najveći broj prijavljenih posada.

"Mislim da će nam najveća konkurencija biti Talijani i Rumunji. Nizozemci su neugodni na prvom dijelu staze to smo naučili prošle godine, međutim čamac dobro ide, zadovoljni smo i tim više jedva čekamo utrkivati se s drugima. Nadamo se dobroj konkurenciji, dat ćemo sve od sebe da odveslamo najbolje što znamo i onda nema straha za dobar rezultat“, rekao je Martin Sinković.

Kao rezultat globalne pandemije COVID-19, u međunarodnoj sezoni veslanja 2020. godine održano je jedino Europsko prvenstvo, tako da je pred našim veslačima uzbudljiva natjecateljska godina. Prema smjernicama za upravljanje događajima Organizacijski odbor Varese i Svjetska veslačka federacija razvili su COVID -19 plan zaštite za organiziranje sportskih događaja na temelju preporuka Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije (WHO) kako bi osigurali da svi koji sudjeluju na Europskom veslačkom prvenstvu budu pod najmanjim mogućim rizikom od zaraze Covid-19.

„Nakon prošlogodišnjeg lockdowna, otkazivanja Olimpijskih igara i cijele novonastale situacije zbog pandemije, konačno smo dočekali veliko natjecanje. Duga je bila prošla zima, dobro smo trenirali, spremni smo, osjećamo se jako dobro i jedva čekamo utrke“, rekao je Valent Sinković.

Prva utrka na rasporedu je u petak, polufinala su u subotu, a finale u nedjelju.

Podsjetimo, u protekloj godini od veslačkih natjecanja održalo se jedino Europsko prvenstvo na kojem su Braća Sinković osvojili drugo mjesto. Iduće natjecanje i još jedna stanica na putu do Olimpijade u Tokiju je Svjetski veslački kup koji se po prvi puta u povijesti održava na zagrebačkom Jarunu od 30. travnja do 02. svibnja.

Braća Sinković uoči Europskog prvenstva: Dat ćemo sve od sebe i onda nema straha za dobar rezultat

Nakon više mjeseci natjecateljske stanke naš najjači veslački tandem, braća Valent i Martin Sinković, vraćaju se ovog vikenda utrkama. 

Braća Sinković jutros su krenuli na Europsko prvenstvo koje se održava od 9. do 11. travnja 2021. u Vareseu u Italiji. Na regatu je prijavljeno 629 sportaša iz 35 zemalja, a Italija, država domaćin, ima najveći broj prijavljenih posada.

"Mislim da će nam najveća konkurencija biti Talijani i Rumunji. Nizozemci su neugodni na prvom dijelu staze to smo naučili prošle godine, međutim čamac dobro ide, zadovoljni smo i tim više jedva čekamo utrkivati se s drugima. Nadamo se dobroj konkurenciji, dat ćemo sve od sebe da odveslamo najbolje što znamo i onda nema straha za dobar rezultat“, rekao je Martin Sinković.
