Sinjska sportska javnost tužnog je srca primila vijest kako nas je neočekivano u 62. godini života napustila legenda sinjske košarke Mladen Pavić Kembo.

Ako bi se trebao tražiti školski primjer nekog tko bi cijelim svojim životom, bilo sportskim, bilo privatnim, mogao nositi epitet jedne legende, onda je u svakom slučaju naš Kembo.

Nema nikakve sumnje - Mladen Pavić najbolji je strijelac i igrač Alkara u povijesti. Ikona koja je bila inspiracija mnogih. Čovjek koji je simbol košarkaškog Sinja. Košarkaš koji je uvijek bio lider. Kembo je jednostavno bio sinjska inačica Dražena Petrovića. Toliko je on značio Alkaru i Sinju u sportskom smislu.

Rušio je u dresu Alkara mnoge velikane, ali način na koji je dovukao Alkara do finala Kupa ondašnje države, to je bila čista poezija. Ako je Dražen bio Mozzart, onda je Kembo bio Beethoven u čijoj se igri ocrtavala Oda (košarkaškoj) radosti. Imao je dvije epizode van Alkara. Jednu u Dalvinu, drugu u Puli odakle ga je Ranko Žeravica htio dovesti u Zvezdu, ali srce je vuklo u rodni kraj.

On je bio taj koji je punio dvorane, zbog kojeg se dolazilo. Bio je domaći, bio je naš, a istovremeno je mogao stati u istu rečenicu s ponajboljima tog vremena. Kembo je gotovo cijeli svoj košarkaški život dao Alkaru, nesebično. Mogao je, a možda i trebao prihvatiti ponude kojih nije manjkalo, ali on je bio drugačiji. On je jednostavno previše volio svoje.

Ono što će ostati u tajnom nasljeđu jest njegova velika ljudska dobrota. Bio je sjajan košarkaš, tu spora nema, ali još i više je bio čovjek. U svakom trenutku spreman na ljudski pristup, spreman pomoći, bio je uvijek na raspolaganju. 

Živjeti i raditi uz Mladena Pavića bila je istinska privilegija. Svakom od nas koji smo na bilo kakav način imali doticaja s njegovim sportskim ili privatnim dijelom života. 

Bio je igrač, bio je kapetan, bio je trener, bio je vođa. Bio je i ostat će ponos Sinja i svog Alkara. Neka ti je laka hrvatska gruda legendo!

Sinjska sportska javnost tužnog je srca primila vijest kako nas je neočekivano u 62. godini života napustila legenda sinjske košarke Mladen Pavić Kembo.

Ako bi se trebao tražiti školski primjer nekog tko bi cijelim svojim životom, bilo sportskim, bilo privatnim, mogao nositi epitet jedne legende, onda je u svakom slučaju naš Kembo.

Nema nikakve sumnje - Mladen Pavić najbolji je strijelac i igrač Alkara u povijesti. Ikona koja je bila inspiracija mnogih. Čovjek koji je simbol košarkaškog Sinja. Košarkaš koji je uvijek bio lider. Kembo je jednostavno bio sinjska inačica Dražena Petrovića. Toliko je on značio Alkaru i Sinju u sportskom smislu.

Rušio je u dresu Alkara mnoge velikane, ali način na koji je dovukao Alkara do finala Kupa ondašnje države, to je bila čista poezija. Ako je Dražen bio Mozzart, onda je Kembo bio Beethoven u čijoj se igri ocrtavala Oda (košarkaškoj) radosti. Imao je dvije epizode van Alkara. Jednu u Dalvinu, drugu u Puli odakle ga je Ranko Žeravica htio dovesti u Zvezdu, ali srce je vuklo u rodni kraj.

On je bio taj koji je punio dvorane, zbog kojeg se dolazilo. Bio je domaći, bio je naš, a istovremeno je mogao stati u istu rečenicu s ponajboljima tog vremena. Kembo je gotovo cijeli svoj košarkaški život dao Alkaru, nesebično. Mogao je, a možda i trebao prihvatiti ponude kojih nije manjkalo, ali on je bio drugačiji. On je jednostavno previše volio svoje.

Ono što će ostati u tajnom nasljeđu jest njegova velika ljudska dobrota. Bio je sjajan košarkaš, tu spora nema, ali još i više je bio čovjek. U svakom trenutku spreman na ljudski pristup, spreman pomoći, bio je uvijek na raspolaganju. 

Živjeti i raditi uz Mladena Pavića bila je istinska privilegija. Svakom od nas koji smo na bilo kakav način imali doticaja s njegovim sportskim ili privatnim dijelom života. 

Bio je igrač, bio je kapetan, bio je trener, bio je vođa. Bio je i ostat će ponos Sinja i svog Alkara. Neka ti je laka hrvatska gruda legendo!

Ako bi se trebao tražiti školski primjer nekog tko bi cijelim svojim životom, bilo sportskim, bilo privatnim, mogao nositi epitet jedne legende, onda je u svakom slučaju naš Kembo.

Nema nikakve sumnje - Mladen Pavić najbolji je strijelac i igrač Alkara u povijesti. Ikona koja je bila inspiracija mnogih. Čovjek koji je simbol košarkaškog Sinja. Košarkaš koji je uvijek bio lider. Kembo je jednostavno bio sinjska inačica Dražena Petrovića. Toliko je on značio Alkaru i Sinju u sportskom smislu.

Rušio je u dresu Alkara mnoge velikane, ali način na koji je dovukao Alkara do finala Kupa ondašnje države, to je bila čista poezi...
