Od svih 29 hajduka što su na pripremama Hajduka u Postirama, nekako je najviše tajanstven – Vicko Ševelj. Malo smo o njemu dosad pisali. Za mlade napadače, juniore Stipu Biuka i Marina Ljubičića već se zna, posebno je Biuk intrigantan u iščekivanju da produži ugovor, dok je Ljubičić u poziciji da mu ugovorna obveza traje još godinu i pol. I zna se da su oni napadački duo budućnosti, na njima bi Hajduk mogao počivati idućih sezona.
Vicko Ševelj, pak, Dubrovčanin, zapravo iz Mokošice, na prstima je i tiho priključen prvoj momčadi. Još tijekom jesenske sezone (za gostovanja u Koprivnici i u Zagrebu kod Lokomotive), a sad i na pripreme pozvao ga je trener Boro Primorac. Pa i Vicko zaslužuje kutak pozornosti.
Ševelj je standardan u drugoj momčadi, kapetan. Ako doista u Poljudu misle ugasit taj drugi pogon, trebaju dobro promislit koliko je to troška, a koliko koristi. Istina, drugačije će biti uskoro kad se druge momčadi klubova budu selile u treći razred našeg nogometa, po direktivi HNS-a, nije to isto kao Druga liga.
U međuvremenu, Ševelj je svakako među onima kojima je i te kako koristila služba u B momčadi.
Desni bek, stoper ili zadnji vezni. U svakom slučaju igrač s obrambenim navikama. Rođen je 19. rujna 2000. i u pravim je godinama za puni nalet.
U Hajduku je problematična pozicija desnog beka, utoliko što se odlaskom Josipa Juranovića na toj poziciji nije ustalio Darko Todorović, a alternacija Marin Jakoliš, napadač priučen desnom beku, imao je uspone i padove. Taman pomisliš da bi se Jakoliš mogao nametnuti, a ono mu se potkradu greške (protiv Rijeke), zbog kojih je trener Primorac patio od nesanice.
Koliko se tu prigodi može približiti Ševelj? Zašto ne, naputak je da se šansa pruži mlađima, pa premda ga vide i kao zadnjeg veznog, činjenica je da je mnogo susreta odigrao na desnom beku.
Ševelj je i član „do 20” reprezentacije, nastupio je kod Ognjena Vukojevića u Elbasanu protiv Albanije, a onda je u ožujku korona zaustavila akcije te selekcije koju se čekala tri susreta, Ševelj je bio pozvan, no ništa od utakmica.
Svojedobno, kod kolege Tonća Vlašića u Dubrovačkom vjesniku mladi Ševelj je sebe opisao:
- U Hajduku sam najčešće desni bek, u reprezentaciji protiv Albanije počeo sam kao stoper, poslije me i izbornik Vukojević stavio na desnog beka. Otkad sam u Hajduku igrao sam sve osim napadačkih pozicija... U Hajduku B, budući da smo igrali s trojicom otraga, ja sam stoper bek. A najviše volim igrati zadnjeg veznog.
Kako bi sebe opisao?
- Budući da sam navijač Barcelone, sviđalo mi se kako je Javier Mascherano igrao na svim tim defanzivnim pozicijama i dosta sam gledao kako on to igra.
Super, pravi uzor, dodali bismo. Napokon netko tko gleda kako zatvorit, a ne samo u napad, driblat, gubit balune i ne vraćat se. Neka malo ozbiljnog baluna, rekli bismo.
Za Ševelja je zanimljivo da počeo kao – judaš, četiri godine kao dječak u Mokošici, pa se onda i rukometom bavio u dvorani osnovne škole u Mokošici. Judo i rukomet trenirao je paralelno s nogometom, u Gospinom polju.
Na probu u Hajduk pozvali su ga 2015. godine i rekli su mu da će ga zvati opet. To je taj Hajdukov mot, kao kod Luke Modrića, dobar si, javit ćemo ti se, dođi dogodine. Doista su se javili i 2016. je Ševelj preselio u Hajduk.
E sad, on nije prvi Ševelj u Hajduku, početkom devedesetih sasvim blizu prve postave bio je Miljenko Ševelj. Dok je Vicko na pripremama u Postirama, pitali smo Miljenka jesu li u rodu?
- Ne, nismo ništa, on je iz Mokošice, a ja sam iz Tučepa – kaže nam Miljenko.
Međutim, Miljenko mu je spletom okolnosti postao pomagač, zastupnik. Na talenat prezimenjaka Vicka, Miljenka je upozorio Dean Delevski, Splićanin, ikona kliškog Uskoka, pa igrač Varteksa i Dubrovnika, kasnije – dubrovački zet.
Uglavnom, Vicko Ševelj (20), jedan je od onih koji bi s priprema u Postirama mogao uzletjeti do prve momčadi Hajduka.

Od svih 29 hajduka što su na pripremama Hajduka u Postirama, nekako je najviše tajanstven – Vicko Ševelj. Malo smo o njemu dosad pisali. Za mlade napadače, juniore Stipu Biuka i Marina Ljubičića već se zna, posebno je Biuk intrigantan u iščekivanju da produži ugovor, dok je Ljubičić u poziciji da mu ugovorna obveza traje još godinu i pol. I zna se da su oni napadački duo budućnosti, na njima bi Hajduk mogao počivati idućih sezona.
Vicko Ševelj, pak, Dubrovčanin, zapravo iz Mokošice, na prstima je i tiho priključen prvoj momčadi. Još tijekom jesenske sezone (za gostovanja u Koprivnici i u Zagrebu kod Lokomotive), a sad i na pripreme pozvao ga je trener Boro Primorac. Pa i Vicko zaslužuje kutak pozornosti.
Ševelj je standardan u drugoj momčadi, kapetan. Ako doista u Poljudu misle ugasit taj drugi pogon, trebaju dobro promislit koliko je to troška, a koliko koristi. Istina, drugačije će biti uskoro kad se druge momčadi klubova budu selile u treći razred našeg nogometa, po direktivi HNS-a, nije to isto kao Druga liga.
U međuvremenu, Ševelj je svakako među onima kojima je i te kako koristila služba u B momčadi.
Desni bek, stoper ili zadnji vezni. U svakom slučaju igrač s obrambenim navikama. Rođen je 19. rujna 2000. i u pravim je godinama za puni nalet.
U Hajduku je problematična pozicija desnog beka, utoliko što se odlaskom Josipa Juranovića na toj poziciji nije ustalio Darko Todorović, a alternacija Marin Jakoliš, napadač priučen desnom beku, imao je uspone i padove. Taman pomisliš da bi se Jakoliš mogao nametnuti, a ono mu se potkradu greške (protiv Rijeke), zbog kojih je trener Primorac patio od nesanice.
Koliko se tu prigodi može približiti Ševelj? Zašto ne, naputak je da se šansa pruži mlađima, pa premda ga vide i kao zadnjeg veznog, činjenica je da je mnogo susreta odigrao na desnom beku.
Ševelj je i član „do 20” reprezentacije, nastupio je kod Ognjena Vukojevića u Elbasanu protiv Albanije, a onda je u ožujku korona zaustavila akcije te selekcije koju se čekala tri susreta, Ševelj je bio pozvan, no ništa od utakmica.
Svojedobno, kod kolege Tonća Vlašića u Dubrovačkom vjesniku mladi Ševelj je sebe opisao:
- U Hajduku sam najčešće desni bek, u reprezentaciji protiv Albanije počeo sam kao stoper, poslije me i izbornik Vukojević stavio na desnog beka. Otkad sam u Hajduku igrao sam sve osim napadačkih pozicija... U Hajduku B, budući da smo igrali s trojicom otraga, ja sam stoper bek. A najviše volim igrati zadnjeg veznog.
Kako bi sebe opisao?
- Budući da sam navijač Barcelone, sviđalo mi se kako je Javier Mascherano igrao na svim tim defanzivnim pozicijama i dosta sam gledao kako on to igra.
Super, pravi uzor, dodali bismo. Napokon netko tko gleda kako zatvorit, a ne samo u napad, driblat, gubit balune i ne vraćat se. Neka malo ozbiljnog baluna, rekli bismo.
Za Ševelja je zanimljivo da počeo kao – judaš, četiri godine kao dječak u Mokošici, pa se onda i rukometom bavio u dvorani osnovne škole u Mokošici. Judo i rukomet trenirao je paralelno s nogometom, u Gospinom polju.
Na probu u Hajduk pozvali su ga 2015. godine i rekli su mu da će ga zvati opet. To je taj Hajdukov mot, kao kod Luke Modrića, dobar si, javit ćemo ti se, dođi dogodine. Doista su se javili i 2016. je Ševelj preselio u Hajduk.
E sad, on nije prvi Ševelj u Hajduku, početkom devedesetih sasvim blizu prve postave bio je Miljenko Ševelj. Dok je Vicko na pripremama u Postirama, pitali smo Miljenka jesu li u rodu?
- Ne, nismo ništa, on je iz Mokošice, a ja sam iz Tučepa – kaže nam Miljenko.
Međutim, Miljenko mu je spletom okolnosti postao pomagač, zastupnik. Na talenat prezimenjaka Vicka, Miljenka je upozorio Dean Delevski, Splićanin, ikona kliškog Uskoka, pa igrač Varteksa i Dubrovnika, kasnije – dubrovački zet.
Uglavnom, Vicko Ševelj (20), jedan je od onih koji bi s priprema u Postirama mogao uzletjeti do prve momčadi Hajduka.
