- Mirno spavam što se tiče financija, ali me boli glava kad se sjetim u kakvom je stanju stadion. Svaki čas ga pregledavamo i po meni bi u iduće dvije godine trebalo uložiti 25 milijuna eura.
Golem novac.
- I to je samo da se popravi i da ga dovedemo u početno stanje iz 1979. Inače...
Inače što?
- Pitanje je hoćemo li mi imati gdje igrati, a ni HNS onda neće moći igrat u Splitu! Eto što. Stadion je doista potreban baš temeljitog popravka, ja bih rekao sveobuhvatne obnove.
Tako nam je rekao Ivan Matana, član uprave Hajduka zadužen za financije, logistiku, pravo i infrastrukturu. Na kraju razgovora. Međutim, taman da istrčimo s tom tezom u prvi plan. Popravimo Poljud, sat otkucava.
A za financije Hajduka kaže, nema glavobolje. Minus kao minus, knjigovodstvena je kategorija i ne bi trebalo bit straha, sve je pod kontrolom. Dapače, manji je minus nego što su mislili sredinom prošle godine, a čudo toga se slijeva od članarina, ulaznica, uvijek nešto kaplje, „cash-flow” nije upitan.
O stadionu će se morat pobrinut u dogledno vrijeme. Ne, neće se Poljud urušit ni danas, ni sutra, ali stići će na dnevni red, potrebit obilatih ulaganja. Osnovnu tema, Hajdukov minus, dulje smo obrađivali.
Matana (44), prije godinu i dva mjeseca došao je u Hajduk da bude desna ruka predsjedniku Lukši Jakobušiću. Iza njega je već opsežan posao, 14 i pol mjeseci nije malo (stigao je 1. veljače 2021. godine). Jučer je objavljeno tzv. konsolidirano financijsko izvješće, grupa Hajduk (klub i Naprid Bili) ostvarila je minus od nešto manje od 26,8 milijuna kuna.
‘Nismo imali velikih gubitaka, 12 od 26,8 milijuna kuna je amortizacija’
Puno ili malo?
- Kad se vratim unazad, onda je 2021. godina bila ključna da se vratimo u normalu nakon razdoblja što su ga označili problemi s koronom, kad nismo imali gledatelja. Troškovno je godina bila normalna, a prihodi su počeli kapat u drugom dijelu godine. Kad sam tek došao osjećao sam se kao na dnu kace, pitao se ima li ovdje duplo dno i kako se uopće izvući?! Sad vam mogu reći da spavam nikad mirnije. Poslije duže vremena nemam glavobolju.

Pojasnite nam malo vaš optimizam i dobro raspoloženje. Kad laik vidi minus pomisli tko zna što...
- To je knjigovodstvena kategorija, od ovih 26,8, čak 12 milijuna kuna otpada na amortizaciju. Mi uopće nismo imali velikih gubitaka. U sadašnjem trenutku ove godine sve nam pak raste, šest milijuna kuna nam je sjelo na račun od članarina, tribine su nam dobro popunjene. Trend u 2022. je pozitivan.
Može li se reći da će onda 2022. biti pozitivna?
- To je prerano kazivati, ali napominjem da nam je treći kvartal uvijek najbolji, doba kad budu europske utakmice i fan-shopovi prorade punom snagom.
U 2020. bio je minus, pa sad minus 2021., zbrajaju li se ti minusi ili je to pogrešno tumačenje? Koliki je uopće ukupni minus?
- Od početka Hajduka kao dioničkog društvo, od svog tog vremena, ukupno bi to bilo cca 133 milijuna kuna.
I to nije bitno?
- Ne utječe na redovno poslovanje ni na koji način!
Imate li recimo sad novca za iduća dva, tri, četiri mjeseca, za prijelazni rok?
- Imate li vi, kao obitelj, pardon, da uzvratim protupitanjem?!
Nemam.
- Pa eto - nasmijao se Matana, lakoćom drži sve pod kontrolom i dodaje...
‘Stabilni smo, nismo se zaduživali’
- Međutim, naši prihodi su sukcesivni, u hodu i mi servisiramo sve obveze. Mi smo navijački klub i naši prihodi su razlomljeni, na više malih prihoda, ali stalni su i redovito stižu. Ne moramo se plašit da će nas neki glavni mecena ili vlasnik ostavit preko noći. Dapače, mi smo stabilni, sigurni i mirni. Nismo se zadužili ni uzimali pozajmice, premda je bilo kojekakvih priča. Nemamo dug, nemamo zajam.

Drago nam je sve to čuti. Da je barem ući u skupinu Konferencijske lige...
- UEFA nagrade fale, to je točno, ali bolji smo u članstvu, u prodaji robe i ulaznica, tu su i sponzori, ukinuli smo B momčad što je velika stavka. Veselimo se što će TV prava doć na razinu na kojoj su trebala bit i ranije, triput više nego lani.
Je li klub ovisan o prodaji igrača?
- Nama je intencija imati snažnu momčad, što se višestruko vraća. Vidite to po članstvu, po publici na tribinama koja od te momčadi dobije svoju dividendu emocije u radosti i veselju.
Sve je to lijepo, a za kraj, ono osnovno pitanje, narodski: odakle vam pare?
- Od 70.000 članova. A bilo je i transfera, punih stadiona, pretplata, sponzora, marketinga.

'Projekt kampa stoji i ne miče se...'
Matana je osim za financije, tata-mata(na) i za infrastrukturu. To je, kaže, Hajdukova rak-rana.
- Za stadion sam rekao, a fale nam i pomoćni tereni. Imamo jedan pomoćni, na stranu što hibridni travnjaci iziskuju i enormne troškove održavanja. Akademija koja je motor kluba, nema gdje trenirati.
Kamp stoji u zraku?
- Stoji i ne miče. Na Ministarstvu obrane je da teren u Divuljama prebaci Gradu Trogiru, ali to se ne događa. Dok se to ne riješi, želja nam je da se u dogovoru s Gradom proširimo prema Spinutu, da recimo Dalmatinac bude igralište s rasvjetom, umjetnom travom, malim tribinama.
I Stari plac?
- Svakako. Za njega smo vezani emotivno i tradicijski. Polažemo pravo i nasljeđe. I tamo bismo voljeli igrati utakmice juniora i žena, na primjer. Želimo biti dio projekta Starog placa.

“Imali smo odličan prvi kvartal ove godine, a Hajduk tradicionalno najbolje posluje u trećem kvartalu.”
- Mirno spavam što se tiče financija, ali me boli glava kad se sjetim u kakvom je stanju stadion. Svaki čas ga pregledavamo i po meni bi u iduće dvije godine trebalo uložiti 25 milijuna eura.
Golem novac.
- I to je samo da se popravi i da ga dovedemo u početno stanje iz 1979. Inače...
Inače što?
- Pitanje je hoćemo li mi imati gdje igrati, a ni HNS onda neće moći igrat u Splitu! Eto što. Stadion je doista potreban baš temeljitog popravka, ja bih rekao sveobuhvatne obnove.
Tako nam je rekao Ivan Matana, član uprave Hajduka zadužen za financije, logistiku, pravo i infrastrukturu. Na kraju razgovora. Međutim, taman da istrčimo s tom tezom u prvi plan. Popravimo Poljud, sat otkucava.
A za financije Hajduka kaže, nema glavobolje. Minus kao minus, knjigovodstvena je kategorija i ne bi trebalo bit straha, sve je pod kontrolom. Dapače, manji je minus nego što su mislili sredinom prošle godine, a čudo toga se slijeva od članarina, ulaznica, uvijek nešto kaplje, „cash-flow” nije upitan.
O stadionu će se morat pobrinut u dogledno vrijeme. Ne, neće se Poljud urušit ni danas, ni sutra, ali stići će na dnevni red, potrebit obilatih ulaganja. Osnovnu tema, Hajdukov minus, dulje smo obrađivali.
Matana (44), prije godinu i dva mjeseca došao je u Hajduk da bude desna ruka predsjedniku Lukši Jakobušiću. Iza njega je već opsežan posao, 14 i pol mjeseci nije malo (stigao je 1. veljače 2021. godine). Jučer je objavljeno tzv. konsolidirano financijsko izvješće, grupa Hajduk (klub i Naprid Bili) ostvarila je minus od nešto manje od 26,8 milijuna kuna.
‘Nismo imali velikih gubitaka, 12 od 26,8 milijuna kuna je amortizacija’
Puno ili malo?
- Kad se vratim unazad, onda je 2021. godina bila ključna da se vratimo u normalu nakon razdoblja što su ga označili problemi s koronom, kad nismo imali gledatelja. Troškovno je godina bila normalna, a prihodi su počeli kapat u drugom dijelu godine. Kad sam tek došao osjećao sam se kao na dnu kace, pitao se ima li ovdje duplo dno i kako se uopće izvući?! Sad vam mogu reći da spavam nikad mirnije. Poslije duže vremena nemam glavobolju.

Pojasnite nam malo vaš optimizam i dobro raspoloženje. Kad laik vidi minus pomisli tko zna što...
- To je knjigovodstvena kategorija, od ovih 26,8, čak 12 milijuna kuna otpada na amortizaciju. Mi uopće nismo imali velikih gubitaka. U sadašnjem trenutku ove godine sve nam pak raste, šest milijuna kuna nam je sjelo na račun od članarina, tribine su nam dobro popunjene. Trend u 2022. je pozitivan.
Može li se reći da će onda 2022. biti pozitivna?
- To je prerano kazivati, ali napominjem da nam je treći kvartal uvijek najbolji, doba kad budu europske utakmice i fan-shopovi prorade punom snagom.
U 2020. bio je minus, pa sad minus 2021., zbrajaju li se ti minusi ili je to pogrešno tumačenje? Koliki je uopće ukupni minus?
- Od početka Hajduka kao dioničkog društvo, od svog tog vremena, ukupno bi to bilo cca 133 milijuna kuna.
I to nije bitno?
- Ne utječe na redovno poslovanje ni na koji način!
Imate li recimo sad novca za iduća dva, tri, četiri mjeseca, za prijelazni rok?
- Imate li vi, kao obitelj, pardon, da uzvratim protupitanjem?!
Nemam.
- Pa eto - nasmijao se Matana, lakoćom drži sve pod kontrolom i dodaje...
‘Stabilni smo, nismo se zaduživali’
- Međutim, naši prihodi su sukcesivni, u hodu i mi servisiramo sve obveze. Mi smo navijački klub i naši prihodi su razlomljeni, na više malih prihoda, ali stalni su i redovito stižu. Ne moramo se plašit da će nas neki glavni mecena ili vlasnik ostavit preko noći. Dapače, mi smo stabilni, sigurni i mirni. Nismo se zadužili ni uzimali pozajmice, premda je bilo kojekakvih priča. Nemamo dug, nemamo zajam.

Drago nam je sve to čuti. Da je barem ući u skupinu Konferencijske lige...
- UEFA nagrade fale, to je točno, ali bolji smo u članstvu, u prodaji robe i ulaznica, tu su i sponzori, ukinuli smo B momčad što je velika stavka. Veselimo se što će TV prava doć na razinu na kojoj su trebala bit i ranije, triput više nego lani.
Je li klub ovisan o prodaji igrača?
- Nama je intencija imati snažnu momčad, što se višestruko vraća. Vidite to po članstvu, po publici na tribinama koja od te momčadi dobije svoju dividendu emocije u radosti i veselju.
Sve je to lijepo, a za kraj, ono osnovno pitanje, narodski: odakle vam pare?
- Od 70.000 članova. A bilo je i transfera, punih stadiona, pretplata, sponzora, marketinga.

'Projekt kampa stoji i ne miče se...'
Matana je osim za financije, tata-mata(na) i za infrastrukturu. To je, kaže, Hajdukova rak-rana.
- Za stadion sam rekao, a fale nam i pomoćni tereni. Imamo jedan pomoćni, na stranu što hibridni travnjaci iziskuju i enormne troškove održavanja. Akademija koja je motor kluba, nema gdje trenirati.
Kamp stoji u zraku?
- Stoji i ne miče. Na Ministarstvu obrane je da teren u Divuljama prebaci Gradu Trogiru, ali to se ne događa. Dok se to ne riješi, želja nam je da se u dogovoru s Gradom proširimo prema Spinutu, da recimo Dalmatinac bude igralište s rasvjetom, umjetnom travom, malim tribinama.
I Stari plac?
- Svakako. Za njega smo vezani emotivno i tradicijski. Polažemo pravo i nasljeđe. I tamo bismo voljeli igrati utakmice juniora i žena, na primjer. Želimo biti dio projekta Starog placa.
