Nadolazećeg vikenda, od petka 24. do nedjelje 26. rujna, Arena Zagreb ugostit će judaški Grand Prix u sklopu IJF World Toura. 

Prošle godine turnir se nije održao zbog koronavirusa, pa će se organizatori pobrinuti da ovogodišnje izdanje bude posebno. Ne samo iz sportskog kuta, već i zbog naglaska na ekološkoj prihvatljivosti.

O svemu tome porazgovarali smo s predsjednicom Hrvatskog judo saveza i dopredsjednicom Hrvatskoga olimpijskog odbora Sandom Čorak.

- Ovo je naša najvažnija manifestacija u godini, a uz to je i povratnička nakon što se lani nije održala. Iz naše perspektive, drago nam je što ćemo gledati Barbaru Matić, Karlu Prodan i ostale najjače snage, kao i tri mlade djevojke koje su se s juniorskoga Europskog prvenstva vratile s medaljama. Domaći teren mogućnost je za naše nove medalje i popularizaciju juda kod mladih. Uz to, drago nam je što se broj klubova iz kojih dolaze mladi natjecatelji širi - kaže Čorak.

‘Borimo se za sredstva’

Iz epidemioloških razloga gledatelja nažalost neće biti, no najvažnije je ipak da se natjecanje održava. U ovom korona vremenu nije bilo jednostavno ni zadržati sponzore.

- Zbog povećanog broja zaraženih sretni smo što uopće možemo održati ovu manifestaciju. Ionako smo navikli biti disciplinirani u smislu epidemioloških mjera. Ne smijemo dopustiti da se naši sportaši ne natječu, moramo održavati natjecanja, pogotovo jer je sljedeći olimpijski ciklus skraćen. Brzo će doći Pariz. Svaki dan se borimo za sredstva, srećom naš glavni sponzor HEP nije nam uskratio sponzorstvo. Uz nekoliko manjih sponzora i podršku Grada Zagreba nekako ćemo se snaći.

Ovogodišnji Zagreb Grand Prix bit će poseban zbog ekološkog segmenta. Zbrinjavat će se otpad, prikupljati čepovi, promovirati recikliranje... Sve u skladu s inicijativom Međunarodnog judo saveza o provođenju održivih sportskih događanja. Čorak je pojasnila:

- Odlučili smo da naše natjecanje bude prvo koje će provesti tu politiku održivosti. Sve materijale koje koristimo reciklirat ćemo, nastojat ćemo minimalizirati transfere kako bismo smanjili ugljični otisak, koristit ćemo lokalne proizvođače gdje god možemo te što manje koristiti papir. Velik je to iskorak.

Profesor Baltazar animira djecu

Kako bi se animiralo djecu, u akciju će se uključiti i - profesor Baltazar.

- Kroz njegov lik nastojat ćemo djeci približiti recikliranje i zbrinjavanje otpada te zašto je to važno. Radimo i crtani film s Baltazarom na tu temu - otkriva Čorak i ističe kako je ideja da u budućnosti te postulate prihvate i druga sportska događanja u državi.

- Ja sam kao dopredsjednica HOO-a na zadnjem sastanku Vijeća predložila da HOO napravi preporuke za sve sportske manifestacije u zemlji, na što je predsjednik Zlatko Mateša pozitivno reagirao. Međunarodni olimpijski odbor ima politiku održivog razvoja koji je preporučen nacionalnim olimpijskim odborima, a mi ćemo mu se pokušati približiti u praksi.

A tu je i humanitarna strana zagrebačkoga Grand Prixa.

- Pomagat ćemo udrugama kojima je to najpotrebnije. Prikupljanjem čepova pridružujemo se akciji “Plastičnim čepovima do skupih lijekova” kojoj je cilj pomoći Udruzi oboljelih od leukemije i limfoma Hrvatske. Povratom plastične ambalaže, prikupljeni novac donirat ćemo malom judašu bez adekvatne roditeljske skrbi, a donirat ćemo i neiskorištenu hrane - poručuje Čorak.

Nadolazećeg vikenda, od petka 24. do nedjelje 26. rujna, Arena Zagreb ugostit će judaški Grand Prix u sklopu IJF World Toura. 

Prošle godine turnir se nije održao zbog koronavirusa, pa će se organizatori pobrinuti da ovogodišnje izdanje bude posebno. Ne samo iz sportskog kuta, već i zbog naglaska na ekološkoj prihvatljivosti.

O svemu tome porazgovarali smo s predsjednicom Hrvatskog judo saveza i dopredsjednicom Hrvatskoga olimpijskog odbora Sandom Čorak.

- Ovo je naša najvažnija manifestacija u godini, a uz to je i povratnička nakon što se lani nije održala. Iz naše perspektive, drago nam je što ćemo gledati Barbaru Matić, Karlu Prodan i ostale najjače snage, kao i tri mlade djevojke koje su se s juniorskoga Europskog prvenstva vratile s medaljama. Domaći teren mogućnost je za naše nove medalje i popularizaciju juda kod mladih. Uz to, drago nam je što se broj klubova iz kojih dolaze mladi natjecatelji širi - kaže Čorak.

‘Borimo se za sredstva’

Iz epidemioloških razloga gledatelja nažalost neće biti, no najvažnije je ipak da se natjecanje održava. U ovom korona vremenu nije bilo jednostavno ni zadržati sponzore.

- Zbog povećanog broja zaraženih sretni smo što uopće možemo održati ovu manifestaciju. Ionako smo navikli biti disciplinirani u smislu epidemioloških mjera. Ne smijemo dopustiti da se naši sportaši ne natječu, moramo održavati natjecanja, pogotovo jer je sljedeći olimpijski ciklus skraćen. Brzo će doći Pariz. Svaki dan se borimo za sredstva, srećom naš glavni sponzor HEP nije nam uskratio sponzorstvo. Uz nekoliko manjih sponzora i podršku Grada Zagreba nekako ćemo se snaći.

Ovogodišnji Zagreb Grand Prix bit će poseban zbog ekološkog segmenta. Zbrinjavat će se otpad, prikupljati čepovi, promovirati recikliranje... Sve u skladu s inicijativom Međunarodnog judo saveza o provođenju održivih sportskih događanja. Čorak je pojasnila:

- Odlučili smo da naše natjecanje bude prvo koje će provesti tu politiku održivosti. Sve materijale koje koristimo reciklirat ćemo, nastojat ćemo minimalizirati transfere kako bismo smanjili ugljični otisak, koristit ćemo lokalne proizvođače gdje god možemo te što manje koristiti papir. Velik je to iskorak.

Kako bi se animiralo djecu, u akciju će se uključiti i - profesor Baltazar.

- Kroz njegov lik nastojat ćemo djeci približiti recikliranje i zbrinjavanje otpada te zašto je to važno. Radimo i crtani film s Baltazarom na tu temu - otkriva Čorak i ističe kako je ideja da u budućnosti te postulate prihvate i druga sportska događanja u državi.

- Ja sam kao dopredsjednica HOO-a na zadnjem sastanku Vijeća predložila da HOO napravi preporuke za sve sportske manifestacije u zemlji, na što je predsjednik Zlatko Mateša pozitivno reagirao. Međunarodni olimpijski odbor ima politiku održivog razvoja koji je preporučen nacionalnim olimpijskim odborima, a mi ćemo mu se pokušati približiti u praksi.

A tu je i humanitarna strana zagrebačkoga Grand Prixa.

- Pomagat ćemo udrugama kojima je to najpotrebnije. Prikupljanjem čepova pridružujemo se akciji “Plastičnim čepovima do skupih lijekova” kojoj je cilj pomoći Udruzi oboljelih od leukemije i limfoma Hrvatske. Povratom plastične ambalaže, prikupljeni novac donirat ćemo malom judašu bez adekvatne roditeljske skrbi, a donirat ćemo i neiskorištenu hrane - poručuje Čorak.

Predsjednica HJS-a uoči ‘Zagreb Grand Prixa‘: Borbe Barbare i Karle u Areni bit će najbolja popularizacija juda

Nadolazećeg vikenda, od petka 24. do nedjelje 26. rujna, Arena Zagreb ugostit će judaški Grand Prix u sklopu IJF World Toura. 

Prošle godine turnir se nije održao zbog koronavirusa, pa će se organizatori pobrinuti da ovogodišnje izdanje bude posebno. Ne samo iz sportskog kuta, već i zbog naglaska na ekološkoj prihvatljivosti.

O svemu tome porazgovarali smo s predsjednicom Hrvatskog judo saveza i dopredsjednicom Hrvatskoga olimpijskog odbora Sandom Čorak.

- Ovo je naša najvažnija manifestacija u godini, a uz to je i povratnička nakon što se lani nije održala. Iz naše perspektive, drago nam je što ćemo gledati Barbaru Matić, Karlu Prodan i ostale najjače snage, kao i tri mlade djevojke koje su se s juniorskoga Europskog prvenstva vratile s medaljama.
