Nakon što je u javnost izašla informacija da će brokerska tvrtka "Rheos", kako stvari stoje, postati jedini posrednik za osiguranje cjelokupne gradske imovine i tvrtki u vlasništvu Grada Splita, čije su police vrijedne otprilike 15 milijuna kuna, uzburkale su se strasti među lokalnim političarima.

Splitski dogradonačelnik Antonio Kuzmanić, rekao je da je “ugovor” s tom tvrtkom ova gradska vlast naslijedila od bivše, ali i da su odlučili nastaviti suradnju zbog pozitivnih iskustava s “Rheosom”.

Spomenuti dokument je u stvari "Ovlaštenje posredniku (brokeru) osiguranja", nema vremensko ograničenje i može "prestati slanjem preporučene pismene obavijesti o otkazu ovlaštenika". Nekoliko puta smo pitali Ivicu Puljka, splitskog gradonačelnika zašto nije raspisao javni poziv kako bi se mogle javiti druge brokerske tvrtke.

- Osnovna ideja je da se uštedi gradskim tvrtkama i Gradu Splitu, a to će sve koštati nula kuna Grad Split. Samo ćemo još uštedjeti. Slično ćemo napraviti i za objedinjavanje javne nabave za prehranu u svim vrtićima, za gorivo, za sve ostale stvari na koje troši veliki novac - poručio je Puljak.

Bez obzira na činjenicu da to Grad neće koštati ništa, više puta smo pitali gradonačelnika zašto su se odlučili za neraspisivanje javnog poziva, a upravo to je bio forte cijele njihove kampanje.

- To je uobičajeni način rada u takvim situacijama, a najvažnije je da to Grad košta nula kuna i da će uštedjet na tome. Tako vam rade svi radove, sve ostale institucije tako funkcioniraju. Mi smo taj ugovor naslijedili bivše vlasti - kazao je.

Nakon što smo više puta gradonačelniku kazali kako to nije ugovor, odgovorio je da su naslijedili "odnos s tom tvrtkom s kojom je bivša vlast bila zadovoljna".

Na pitanje zašto se drugim brokerskim tvrtkama institutom javnog poziva nije dala prilika da se prijave za suradnju s gradom, gradonačelnik nije odgovorio.

Priznao je da se moglo raspisati javni poziv, ali je uporno ponavljao kako je važno da Grad zbog takve suradnje nema troškove.

- Neće niti jedne kune izgubiti, Grad će čak zaraditi - rekao je, na što smo ga ponovo pitali zašto nije raspisan javni poziv, budući da će “Rheos” pružanjem usluga Gradu Splitu značajno povećala svoje prihode.

Novinari su ga pitali je li Ante Franić u pravu kada kaže da je uobičajena poslovna praksa da ta brokerska tvrtka vrati svom klijentu 50 posto provizije koju dobije.

Međutim, Puljak je ponavljao da Grad Split takav odnos s brokerima košta nula kuna. Na pitanje izgleda li ovo kao pogodovanje, ako se uporno odbija pružanje prilike drugim tvrtkama da konkuriraju “Rheosu”.

- To Grad košta nula kuna - rekao je Puljak na što smo mu više puta dali do znanja da nam nije odgovorio na pitanje. Kratko je komentirao podizanje kaznene prijave Ante Franića.

- Izjave i akcije gospodina Franića me više brinu kao osobu nego kao političara - rekao je.

Nakon što je u javnost izašla informacija da će brokerska tvrtka "Rheos", kako stvari stoje, postati jedini posrednik za osiguranje cjelokupne gradske imovine i tvrtki u vlasništvu Grada Splita, čije su police vrijedne otprilike 15 milijuna kuna, uzburkale su se strasti među lokalnim političarima.

Splitski dogradonačelnik Antonio Kuzmanić, rekao je da je “ugovor” s tom tvrtkom ova gradska vlast naslijedila od bivše, ali i da su odlučili nastaviti suradnju zbog pozitivnih iskustava s “Rheosom”.

Spomenuti dokument je u stvari "Ovlaštenje posredniku (brokeru) osiguranja", nema vremensko ograničenje i može "prestati slanjem preporučene pismene obavijesti o otkazu ovlaštenika". Nekoliko puta smo pitali Ivicu Puljka, splitskog gradonačelnika zašto nije raspisao javni poziv kako bi se mogle javiti druge brokerske tvrtke.

- Osnovna ideja je da se uštedi gradskim tvrtkama i Gradu Splitu, a to će sve koštati nula kuna Grad Split. Samo ćemo još uštedjeti. Slično ćemo napraviti i za objedinjavanje javne nabave za prehranu u svim vrtićima, za gorivo, za sve ostale stvari na koje troši veliki novac - poručio je Puljak.

Bez obzira na činjenicu da to Grad neće koštati ništa, više puta smo pitali gradonačelnika zašto su se odlučili za neraspisivanje javnog poziva, a upravo to je bio forte cijele njihove kampanje.

- To je uobičajeni način rada u takvim situacijama, a najvažnije je da to Grad košta nula kuna i da će uštedjet na tome. Tako vam rade svi radove, sve ostale institucije tako funkcioniraju. Mi smo taj ugovor naslijedili bivše vlasti - kazao je.

Nakon što smo više puta gradonačelniku kazali kako to nije ugovor, odgovorio je da su naslijedili "odnos s tom tvrtkom s kojom je bivša vlast bila zadovoljna".

Na pitanje zašto se drugim brokerskim tvrtkama institutom javnog poziva nije dala prilika da se prijave za suradnju s gradom, gradonačelnik nije odgovorio.

Priznao je da se moglo raspisati javni poziv, ali je uporno ponavljao kako je važno da Grad zbog takve suradnje nema troškove.

- Neće niti jedne kune izgubiti, Grad će čak zaraditi - rekao je, na što smo ga ponovo pitali zašto nije raspisan javni poziv, budući da će “Rheos” pružanjem usluga Gradu Splitu značajno povećala svoje prihode.

Novinari su ga pitali je li Ante Franić u pravu kada kaže da je uobičajena poslovna praksa da ta brokerska tvrtka vrati svom klijentu 50 posto provizije koju dobije.

Međutim, Puljak je ponavljao da Grad Split takav odnos s brokerima košta nula kuna. Na pitanje izgleda li ovo kao pogodovanje, ako se uporno odbija pružanje prilike drugim tvrtkama da konkuriraju “Rheosu”.

- To Grad košta nula kuna - rekao je Puljak na što smo mu više puta dali do znanja da nam nije odgovorio na pitanje. Kratko je komentirao podizanje kaznene prijave Ante Franića.

- Izjave i akcije gospodina Franića me više brinu kao osobu nego kao političara - rekao je.

Nakon što je u javnost izašla informacija da će brokerska tvrtka "Rheos", kako stvari stoje, postati jedini posrednik za osiguranje cjelokupne gradske imovine i tvrtki u vlasništvu Grada Splita, čije su police vrijedne otprilike 15 milijuna kuna, uzburkale su se strasti među lokalnim političarima.

Splitski dogradonačelnik Antonio Kuzmanić, rekao je da je “ugovor” s tom tvrtkom ova gradska vlast naslijedila od bivše, ali i da su odlučili nastaviti suradnju zbog pozitivnih iskustava s “Rheosom”.

Spomenuti dokument je u stvari "Ovlaštenje posredniku (brokeru) osiguranja", nema vremensko ograničenje i može "prestati slanjem preporučene pismene obavijesti o otkazu ovlaštenika". Nekoliko puta smo pitali Ivicu Puljka, splitskog gradonačelnika zašto nije raspisao javni...
