U dalmatinskim županijama su građani poslovično sumnjičavi prema cijepljenju, pa je postotak cijepljenih redovito ispod državnog prosjeka. Ravnateljica Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Splitsko dalmatinske županije doc. prim. dr. sc. Željka Karin nekidan je iznijela frapantan podatak kako se u zadnjih pet godina procijepljenost djece osmih razreda protiv HPV-a krećeizmeđu 5 i 12 posto, dok je u većini ostalih županija procijepljenost od 40 do 80 posto!

Velika šteta, pogotovo kad se uzme u obzir da se cijepljenjem može prevenirati i karcinom. Za loš odaziv Dalmatinaca, Karin je  dijelom okrivila i nedovoljnu informiranost i medicinsku nepismenost ovdašnjeg stanovništva, pa je tim više hvalevrijedna ovotjedna zajednička akcija ovog Zavoda i Studentskog centra i Studentskog zbora Sveučilišta u Splitu.

Sa Sveučilišta su pozvali sve studente da se odazovu organiziranom besplatnom cijepljenju protiv HPV -a u organizaciji Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo SDŽ, Studentskog centra Split i Studentskog zbora Sveučilišta u Splitu. Cijepljenje će Služba za školsku i adolescentnu medicinu Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo SDŽ provoditi u sportskoj dvorani Studentskog doma dr. Franjo Tuđman na Kampusu bez predhodne narudžbe i to u četvrtak i petak (3. i 4. studenog) od 13 do 16 sati.

Studenti moraju ponijeti zdravstvenu iskaznicu i iskaznicu cijepljenja, a ostale informacije mogu dobiti na broj 021/315-957 ili e-mail: anita.buljan@nzjz-split.hr.

Na koncu, evo i nekoliko korisnih informacija vezanih oko ovog cjepiva koje je u Hrvatskoj dostupno kao dio Nacionalnog programa cijepljenja protiv HPV-a:

● Cijepljenje protiv HPV-a (Humanog Papiloma Virusa) djevojaka i mladića preporuča se radi smanjenja rizika od HPV infekcije koja može dovesti do određenih oblika raka ili drugih bolesti kod žena i muškaraca

● HPV se prenosi intimnim kontaktom sluznica i kože, neovisno o vrsti spolnog odnosa

● > 8 od 10 osoba zarazi se tijekom života i većina osoba nije ni svjesna da je zaražena ili da može zaraziti partnera

● Češće se prenosi sa žena na muškarce

● Većina infekcija HPV-om je prolazna, ali trajno prisutna infekcija može dovesti do određenih oblika raka i drugih bolesti kod oba spola

● Gotovo sve oblike raka i druge bolesti povezane s HPV-om uzrokuje 9 tipova HPV-a koji su sadržani u cjepivu

● Cijepljenje se provodi cjepivom GARDASIL 9 za oba spola po shemi (0,2,6: prva i druga doza u razmaku od 2 mjeseca, treća doza u razmaku 6 mjeseci od prve doze). Razmaci između doza mogu biti i dulji, no preporuča se da se sve tri doze prime unutar 12 mjeseci

● Cijepljenje s devetvalentnim cjepivom uz redovite preventivne preglede siguran je put prema zaštiti od bolesti uzrokovanih HPV-om

● Cjepivo je u uporabi već 15 godina te je testirano na visoku učinkovitost, djelotvornost i sigurnost, a imunitet postignut HPV cijepljenjem traje dugo

● Medicinska struka jasno preporuča i ističe važnost cijepljenja protiv HPV-a

● Prevencija raka moguća je cijepljenjem

U dalmatinskim županijama su građani poslovično sumnjičavi prema cijepljenju, pa je postotak cijepljenih redovito ispod državnog prosjeka. Ravnateljica Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Splitsko dalmatinske županije doc. prim. dr. sc. Željka Karin nekidan je iznijela frapantan podatak kako se u zadnjih pet godina procijepljenost djece osmih razreda protiv HPV-a krećeizmeđu 5 i 12 posto, dok je u većini ostalih županija procijepljenost od 40 do 80 posto!

Velika šteta, pogotovo kad se uzme u obzir da se cijepljenjem može prevenirati i karcinom. Za loš odaziv Dalmatinaca, Karin je  dijelom okrivila i nedovoljnu informiranost i medicinsku nepismenost ovdašnjeg stanovništva, pa je tim više hvalevrijedna ovotjedna zajednička akcija ovog Zavoda i Studentskog centra i Studentskog zbora Sveučilišta u Splitu.

Sa Sveučilišta su pozvali sve studente da se odazovu organiziranom besplatnom cijepljenju protiv HPV -a u organizaciji Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo SDŽ, Studentskog centra Split i Studentskog zbora Sveučilišta u Splitu. Cijepljenje će Služba za školsku i adolescentnu medicinu Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo SDŽ provoditi u sportskoj dvorani Studentskog doma dr. Franjo Tuđman na Kampusu bez predhodne narudžbe i to u četvrtak i petak (3. i 4. studenog) od 13 do 16 sati.

Studenti moraju ponijeti zdravstvenu iskaznicu i iskaznicu cijepljenja, a ostale informacije mogu dobiti na broj 021/315-957 ili e-mail: anita.buljan@nzjz-split.hr.

Na koncu, evo i nekoliko korisnih informacija vezanih oko ovog cjepiva koje je u Hrvatskoj dostupno kao dio Nacionalnog programa cijepljenja protiv HPV-a:

● Cijepljenje protiv HPV-a (Humanog Papiloma Virusa) djevojaka i mladića preporuča se radi smanjenja rizika od HPV infekcije koja može dovesti do određenih oblika raka ili drugih bolesti kod žena i muškaraca

● HPV se prenosi intimnim kontaktom sluznica i kože, neovisno o vrsti spolnog odnosa

● > 8 od 10 osoba zarazi se tijekom života i većina osoba nije ni svjesna da je zaražena ili da može zaraziti partnera

● Češće se prenosi sa žena na muškarce

● Većina infekcija HPV-om je prolazna, ali trajno prisutna infekcija može dovesti do određenih oblika raka i drugih bolesti kod oba spola

● Gotovo sve oblike raka i druge bolesti povezane s HPV-om uzrokuje 9 tipova HPV-a koji su sadržani u cjepivu

● Cijepljenje se provodi cjepivom GARDASIL 9 za oba spola po shemi (0,2,6: prva i druga doza u razmaku od 2 mjeseca, treća doza u razmaku 6 mjeseci od prve doze). Razmaci između doza mogu biti i dulji, no preporuča se da se sve tri doze prime unutar 12 mjeseci

● Cijepljenje s devetvalentnim cjepivom uz redovite preventivne preglede siguran je put prema zaštiti od bolesti uzrokovanih HPV-om

● Cjepivo je u uporabi već 15 godina te je testirano na visoku učinkovitost, djelotvornost i sigurnost, a imunitet postignut HPV cijepljenjem traje dugo

● Medicinska struka jasno preporuča i ističe važnost cijepljenja protiv HPV-a

● Prevencija raka moguća je cijepljenjem
