Poštovani građani Splita, ovim putem se želimo osvrnuti na jučerašnju licitaciju kojom se licitiralo za poslovne prostore na Pazaru. Naime, nije istina da su ljudi sretni jučerašnjim ishidom licitacije. Istina je da je javnost obmanjena i da su ljudi bili prisiljeni licitirati kako bi sačuvali svoja radna mjesta i svoje dugogodišnje ulaganje u poslovne prostore.

Pišu tako članovi udruge Stari Pazar, te ističu da su pojedini poslovni prostori poskupjeli sa 5.000 kuna na 31.600 kuna, u pothodniku je prostor od 12 kvadrata izlicitiran za 11.000 kuna i to svi navedeni bez PDV-a.

- Kako itko može biti zadovoljan ovim raspletom? Još jednom naglašavamo da su ljudi dovedeni pred zid odnosno pred gotov čin i da je izlazak na licitaciju bio jedina opcija za očuvanje prostora i radnih mjesta. Također moramo naglasiti da smo samo pukom srećom i javnim upozorenjima na nepravilnosti i nelogičnoati natječaja otklonili druge potencijalne zainteresirane zakupce koji bi ugozili dosadašnje zakupce - ističu.

Najavili su da će 17. prosinca ispred Ekonomskog fakulteta u Splitu održati prosvjed (toga dana je sjednica Gradskog vijeća, op. a.) kako bi izrazili nezadovoljstvo nastalom situacijom i odnosom gradske vlasti prema njima.

Poštovani građani Splita, ovim putem se želimo osvrnuti na jučerašnju licitaciju kojom se licitiralo za poslovne prostore na Pazaru. Naime, nije istina da su ljudi sretni jučerašnjim ishidom licitacije. Istina je da je javnost obmanjena i da su ljudi bili prisiljeni licitirati kako bi sačuvali svoja radna mjesta i svoje dugogodišnje ulaganje u poslovne prostore.

Pišu tako članovi udruge Stari Pazar, te ističu da su pojedini poslovni prostori poskupjeli sa 5.000 kuna na 31.600 kuna, u pothodniku je prostor od 12 kvadrata izlicitiran za 11.000 kuna i to svi navedeni bez PDV-a.

- Kako itko može biti zadovoljan ovim raspletom? Još jednom naglašavamo da su ljudi dovedeni pred zid odnosno pred gotov čin i da je izlazak na licitaciju bio jedina opcija za očuvanje prostora i radnih mjesta. Također moramo naglasiti da smo samo pukom srećom i javnim upozorenjima na nepravilnosti i nelogičnoati natječaja otklonili druge potencijalne zainteresirane zakupce koji bi ugozili dosadašnje zakupce - ističu.

Najavili su da će 17. prosinca ispred Ekonomskog fakulteta u Splitu održati prosvjed (toga dana je sjednica Gradskog vijeća, op. a.) kako bi izrazili nezadovoljstvo nastalom situacijom i odnosom gradske vlasti prema njima.

- Stoga pozivamo sve ljude da nam se pridruže i apeliramo na gradske vijećnike da nas podrže. Vijećnici, izvršen je veliki pritisk na vas ,ovo je najveca i najduža sjednica, puno problema ima u Gradu, ali budite pribrani, izdržite, trebamo VAS - poručili su

Poštovani građani Splita, ovim putem se želimo osvrnuti na jučerašnju licitaciju kojom se licitiralo za poslovne prostore na Pazaru. Naime, nije istina da su ljudi sretni jučerašnjim ishidom licitacije. Istina je da je javnost obmanjena i da su ljudi bili prisiljeni licitirati kako bi sačuvali svoja radna mjesta i svoje dugogodišnje ulaganje u poslovne prostore.

Pišu tako članovi udruge Stari Pazar, te ističu da su pojedini poslovni prostori poskupjeli sa 5.000 kuna na 31.600 kuna, u pothodniku je prostor od 12 kvadrata izlicitiran za 11.000 kuna i to svi navedeni bez PDV-a.

- Kako itko može biti zadovoljan ovim raspletom? Još jednom naglašavamo da su ljudi dovedeni pred zid odnosno pred gotov čin i da je izlazak na licitaciju bio jedina opcija za očuvanje prostora i...
