Udruga Glas poduzetnika poslala je otvoreno pismo splitskom gradonačelniku Ivici Puljku i dogradonačelniku Bojanu Ivoševiću u kojem ih pitaju što se točno događa u našem gradu.

Naime, nakon godinu dana izrade u Banovini su predstavili novi Nacrt Prijedloga Odluke o komunalnom redu, koji je poslan na javno savjetovanje.

Prema odredbama te Odluke uklonit će se velik broj štekata na javnim površinama. Neki zato jer smetaju normalnom prolasku ljudi, neki zato jer zaklanjaju pogled na, primjerice, Dioklecijanovu palaču, a neki eto tako.

Upravo zbog toga, nakon što su im se mnogi poduzetnici obratili za pomoć, predsjednik Udruge Glas poduzetnika Hrvoje Bujas je upitao ono pitanje s početka: što se događa?

- Kolege zovu i pitaju: Zašto ja, a ne susjed? Recimo, na Prokurativama neki će imati isti broj stolova, nekima će se ukloniti redovi, a trećima sve, a nama pravila igre nisu jasna. Nas ne zanima tko je na vlasti, baš kao što nas ne zanima jesu li kolege simpatizeri Keruma ili HDZ-a, sve što tražimo je jasan odgovor.

Manji broj štekata znači manji prihod, manji promet, manji broj zaposlenika, manje plaće. Recimo, nejasno nam je kome će smetati glazba na Rivi? Ona je dio doživljaja - kaže nam Bujas.

Stoga je i postavio pitanje zar se doista ne može pronaći zajednički model koji bi svima bio u interesu?

- Jedno je uvoditi red, za što se svi zalažemo, protiv smo nelojalne konkurencije i poslovanja u sivoj zoni, jasno smo protiv bilo kakvog nelegalnog rada ili pak neplaćanja dogovorenih obveza, no svakako nismo za ograničavanje poslovanja, rada, a pogotovo ako je to s ciljem dobivanja političkih bodova ili još gore, zbog bilo kakve političke ili osobne netrpeljivosti - stoji u otvorenom pismu poduzetnika.

- Udruga neće i ne smije stajati sa strane kad god se poduzetnicima nanosi nepravda, neovisno o kojoj se političkoj opciji radi, a koja je na vlasti (bilo lokalno ili nacionalno) Udruga će regirati.

Tražimo od svih koji želite sutra imati uređen, ali i bogatiji, plemenitiji grad, da sjednete za stol i pronađete model u kojem se neće poduzetnike sputavati da rade, stvaraju, zapošljavaju, a pogotovo ih se neće etiketirati zbog njihovih svjetonazora ili pak političke opredijeljenosti - naglasili su u pismu.

Na objavu su odmah reagirali mnogi Splićani. Neki se ne slažu sa ugostiteljima.

- Jedna je jedina Dioklecijanova palača u Hrvatskoj, zaštita UNESCO-a i konzervatora je odavno dala smjernice za njeno očuvanje i korištenje, i sad će se te smjernice staviti u funkciju - hvale odluku gradske vlasti.

- Uvođenje reda u gradu je dobra i potrebna stvar s obzirom na kaos koji postoji zadnjih godina. Isto tako, zakon treba bit jasan i jednak za sve - govore drugi.

No, drugi pak sve nazivaju "kaubojštinom", pogotovo najavu ukidanja oko 50 posto štekata u centru grada.

U raspravu na društvenim mrežama uključila se i saborska zastupnica Marijana Puljak, koja ne drži kako je riječ o "drakonskim promjenama".

- Mora se valjda dizat frka da izgleda kao da je smak svita, a neće ga biti. Odluka je na javnom savjetovanju, pišite i rišite primjedbe, sve smisleno će se uvažiti - savjetovala je Puljak ugostiteljima.

Predsjednik kotara Grad Marin Krpetić se također pridružio raspravi.

- Vlasnik sam male firme u Splitu i živim u centru grada. Vodim udrugu stanara koja se bavi ovom tematikom. Znam dosta ugostitelja koji egzistiraju u centru grada i nemaju problema s novom Odlukom - rekao je.

Udruga Glas poduzetnika poslala je otvoreno pismo splitskom gradonačelniku Ivici Puljku i dogradonačelniku Bojanu Ivoševiću u kojem ih pitaju što se točno događa u našem gradu.

Naime, nakon godinu dana izrade u Banovini su predstavili novi Nacrt Prijedloga Odluke o komunalnom redu, koji je poslan na javno savjetovanje.

Prema odredbama te Odluke uklonit će se velik broj štekata na javnim površinama. Neki zato jer smetaju normalnom prolasku ljudi, neki zato jer zaklanjaju pogled na, primjerice, Dioklecijanovu palaču, a neki eto tako.

Upravo zbog toga, nakon što su im se mnogi poduzetnici obratili za pomoć, predsjednik Udruge Glas poduzetnika Hrvoje Bujas je upitao ono pitanje s početka: što se događa?

- Kolege zovu i pitaju: Zašto ja, a ne susjed? Recimo, na Prokurativama neki će imati isti broj stolova, nekima će se ukloniti redovi, a trećima sve, a nama pravila igre nisu jasna. Nas ne zanima tko je na vlasti, baš kao što nas ne zanima jesu li kolege simpatizeri Keruma ili HDZ-a, sve što tražimo je jasan odgovor.

Manji broj štekata znači manji prihod, manji promet, manji broj zaposlenika, manje plaće. Recimo, nejasno nam je kome će smetati glazba na Rivi? Ona je dio doživljaja - kaže nam Bujas.

Stoga je i postavio pitanje zar se doista ne može pronaći zajednički model koji bi svima bio u interesu?

- Jedno je uvoditi red, za što se svi zalažemo, protiv smo nelojalne konkurencije i poslovanja u sivoj zoni, jasno smo protiv bilo kakvog nelegalnog rada ili pak neplaćanja dogovorenih obveza, no svakako nismo za ograničavanje poslovanja, rada, a pogotovo ako je to s ciljem dobivanja političkih bodova ili još gore, zbog bilo kakve političke ili osobne netrpeljivosti - stoji u otvorenom pismu poduzetnika.

- Udruga neće i ne smije stajati sa strane kad god se poduzetnicima nanosi nepravda, neovisno o kojoj se političkoj opciji radi, a koja je na vlasti (bilo lokalno ili nacionalno) Udruga će regirati.

Tražimo od svih koji želite sutra imati uređen, ali i bogatiji, plemenitiji grad, da sjednete za stol i pronađete model u kojem se neće poduzetnike sputavati da rade, stvaraju, zapošljavaju, a pogotovo ih se neće etiketirati zbog njihovih svjetonazora ili pak političke opredijeljenosti - naglasili su u pismu.

Na objavu su odmah reagirali mnogi Splićani. Neki se ne slažu sa ugostiteljima.

- Jedna je jedina Dioklecijanova palača u Hrvatskoj, zaštita UNESCO-a i konzervatora je odavno dala smjernice za njeno očuvanje i korištenje, i sad će se te smjernice staviti u funkciju - hvale odluku gradske vlasti.

- Uvođenje reda u gradu je dobra i potrebna stvar s obzirom na kaos koji postoji zadnjih godina. Isto tako, zakon treba bit jasan i jednak za sve - govore drugi.

No, drugi pak sve nazivaju "kaubojštinom", pogotovo najavu ukidanja oko 50 posto štekata u centru grada.

U raspravu na društvenim mrežama uključila se i saborska zastupnica Marijana Puljak, koja ne drži kako je riječ o "drakonskim promjenama".

- Mora se valjda dizat frka da izgleda kao da je smak svita, a neće ga biti. Odluka je na javnom savjetovanju, pišite i rišite primjedbe, sve smisleno će se uvažiti - savjetovala je Puljak ugostiteljima.

Predsjednik kotara Grad Marin Krpetić se također pridružio raspravi.

- Vlasnik sam male firme u Splitu i živim u centru grada. Vodim udrugu stanara koja se bavi ovom tematikom. Znam dosta ugostitelja koji egzistiraju u centru grada i nemaju problema s novom Odlukom - rekao je.
