Susjede, molim vas, biste li mi mogli iz BiH donijeti lijek Ozempic za mršavljenje, jer ga u Splitu nigdje ne mogu nabaviti?

Ovakav upit vrlo je čest posljednjih tjedana, a upućuje se gotovo svima koji zbog bilo kojeg razloga putuju do susjedne BiH. Problem je samo u činjenici što je Ozempic lijek predviđen isključivo za dijabetičare, a masovno se koristi i za mršavljenje.

Tragom ove informacije kako tog famoznog lijeka za mršavljenje, koji košta 85 eura (nešto više od 640 kuna), nema u splitskim ljekarnama, nazvali smo njih nekoliko i zaista se uvjerili da tog lijeka “nema ni za lijek”. I nije nestašica samo u Splitu, nema ga nigdje u Hrvatskoj, a prof. dr. sc. Mladen Krnić, poznati splitski endokrinolog, rekao nam je da je u pitanju globalna nestašica.

– Razlog takve nestašice treba potražiti u činjenici da je Ozempic registriran, osim kao lijek za dijabetes, i kao lijek za mršavljenje u SAD-u i očigledno ga se tamo jako puno koristi. Ta pomama za njim krenula je iz SAD-a – kaže dr. Krnić.

Guši osjet gladi

Za “čudesnim” lijekom koji, između ostalog, smanjuje osjet gladi, pa ni “dva kila pečenog” servirana na stolu korisniku tog lijeka ne znače ništa jer u njih gleda nezainteresirano, vlada prava pomama, već ga više od mjesec dana nema na policama hrvatskih ljekarni.

– Ne znamo kada ćemo ga dobiti, očigledno je došlo do nekog zastoja, a na našim policama nema ga već gotovo mjesec dana. Svakog dana imamo po desetak upita onih koji bi ga željeli nabaviti, bilo preko recepta bilo ga kupiti. Interes je ogroman, gotovo nevjerojatan. Stalno zovu na telefon i pitaju kad će Ozempic biti dostupan – rekao nam je farmaceut Ivan Kontrec iz “Ljekarne Splitsko-dalmatinske županije”.

Kako doznajemo, lijek bi se trebao, odnosno mogao pojaviti u splitskim ljekarnama 22. ovog mjeseca, no hoće li to zaista biti tako i hoće li pred ljekarnama biti redova...

Počelo od celebrityja

Navala za ovim lijekom krenula je iz SAD-a, kad su ga poznati celebrityji počeli koristiti za mršavljenje, o čemu su govorili na društvenim mrežama. I tada je krenula lavina. 

Lijek se inače u Hrvatskoj može dobiti u ljekarni preko plavog recepta i tada korisnik kojemu je Ozempic prepisan zbog dijabetesa ne mora platiti ni centa (nema doplate), dok oni koji ga koriste za mršavljenje, a na svoju sreću nemaju dijabetes, moraju pri ulasku u ljekarnu imati bijelu uputnicu (liječničku preporuku) i moraju kupiti taj lijek.

Zanima nas je je li ovaj lijek za dijabetes opasan za zdravlje ako ga uzimaju osobe koje nemaju tu bolest?

Je li opasan?

– Nije opasan, to je lijek i u SAD-u je registriran i kao lijek za mršavljenje. Njegova je prednost u odnosu na sve iste ili slične lijekove u tome što se uzima samo jednom tjedno. Lijekovi iz te skupine u RH su indicirani za liječenje debljine i bez dijabetesa, ali ne i taj. Postoje drugi lijekovi za liječenje debljine iz skupine GLP 1 receptora agonista, ali oni se uzimaju svakodnevno – objasnio nam je dr. Krnić.

Naravno, kod svih ovih lijekova, pa i Ozempica, postoje kontraindikacije.

– Postoje i pacijenti, odnosno oni koji ga uzimaju, koji neće smršavjeti, odnosno neće izgubiti ni kilograma jer jednostavno neće na njega reagirati. Ozempic se, kako smo već rekli, uzima jednom tjedno u injekciji, a postoji i oblik lijeka koji se uzima “na usta”, ali taj nije indiciran za liječenje debljine.

Za uzimanje Ozempica u ljekarni pacijent koji ga koristi za mršavljenje trebao bi imati preporuku endokrinologa ili nekog drugog specijalista, ali i uz tu preporuku mora platiti lijek – tumači prof. dr. sc. Mladen Krnić.

I na kraju, što preostaje onima koji svakodnevno nazivaju splitske ljekarne, interesiraju se za Ozempic i mole Boga da on 22. ožujka ove godine bude dostupan u ljekarnama kako bi oni proljeće i ljeto dočekali u što boljoj kondiciji i što boljeg izgleda?

Da, prije svega, smanje unos kalorija u organizam, da se “odlijepe” od trosjeda, dvosjeda i sjedalica, da manje “bulje” u TV, da svaki dan naprave 10, 15 ili 20 tisuća koraka...

Tada im lijekovi za mršavljenje zasigurno više neće trebati.

Susjede, molim vas, biste li mi mogli iz BiH donijeti lijek Ozempic za mršavljenje, jer ga u Splitu nigdje ne mogu nabaviti?

Ovakav upit vrlo je čest posljednjih tjedana, a upućuje se gotovo svima koji zbog bilo kojeg razloga putuju do susjedne BiH. Problem je samo u činjenici što je Ozempic lijek predviđen isključivo za dijabetičare, a masovno se koristi i za mršavljenje.

Tragom ove informacije kako tog famoznog lijeka za mršavljenje, koji košta 85 eura (nešto više od 640 kuna), nema u splitskim ljekarnama, nazvali smo njih nekoliko i zaista se uvjerili da tog lijeka “nema ni za lijek”. I nije nestašica samo u Splitu, nema ga nigdje u Hrvatskoj, a prof. dr. sc. Mladen Krnić, poznati splitski endokrinolog, rekao nam je da je u pitanju globalna nestašica.

– Razlog takve nestašice treba potražiti u činjenici da je Ozempic registriran, osim kao lijek za dijabetes, i kao lijek za mršavljenje u SAD-u i očigledno ga se tamo jako puno koristi. Ta pomama za njim krenula je iz SAD-a – kaže dr. Krnić.

Guši osjet gladi

Za “čudesnim” lijekom koji, između ostalog, smanjuje osjet gladi, pa ni “dva kila pečenog” servirana na stolu korisniku tog lijeka ne znače ništa jer u njih gleda nezainteresirano, vlada prava pomama, već ga više od mjesec dana nema na policama hrvatskih ljekarni.

– Ne znamo kada ćemo ga dobiti, očigledno je došlo do nekog zastoja, a na našim policama nema ga već gotovo mjesec dana. Svakog dana imamo po desetak upita onih koji bi ga željeli nabaviti, bilo preko recepta bilo ga kupiti. Interes je ogroman, gotovo nevjerojatan. Stalno zovu na telefon i pitaju kad će Ozempic biti dostupan – rekao nam je farmaceut Ivan Kontrec iz “Ljekarne Splitsko-dalmatinske županije”.

Kako doznajemo, lijek bi se trebao, odnosno mogao pojaviti u splitskim ljekarnama 22. ovog mjeseca, no hoće li to zaista biti tako i hoće li pred ljekarnama biti redova...

Počelo od celebrityja

Navala za ovim lijekom krenula je iz SAD-a, kad su ga poznati celebrityji počeli koristiti za mršavljenje, o čemu su govorili na društvenim mrežama. I tada je krenula lavina. 

Lijek se inače u Hrvatskoj može dobiti u ljekarni preko plavog recepta i tada korisnik kojemu je Ozempic prepisan zbog dijabetesa ne mora platiti ni centa (nema doplate), dok oni koji ga koriste za mršavljenje, a na svoju sreću nemaju dijabetes, moraju pri ulasku u ljekarnu imati bijelu uputnicu (liječničku preporuku) i moraju kupiti taj lijek.

Zanima nas je je li ovaj lijek za dijabetes opasan za zdravlje ako ga uzimaju osobe koje nemaju tu bolest?

Je li opasan?

– Nije opasan, to je lijek i u SAD-u je registriran i kao lijek za mršavljenje. Njegova je prednost u odnosu na sve iste ili slične lijekove u tome što se uzima samo jednom tjedno. Lijekovi iz te skupine u RH su indicirani za liječenje debljine i bez dijabetesa, ali ne i taj. Postoje drugi lijekovi za liječenje debljine iz skupine GLP 1 receptora agonista, ali oni se uzimaju svakodnevno – objasnio nam je dr. Krnić.

Naravno, kod svih ovih lijekova, pa i Ozempica, postoje kontraindikacije.

– Postoje i pacijenti, odnosno oni koji ga uzimaju, koji neće smršavjeti, odnosno neće izgubiti ni kilograma jer jednostavno neće na njega reagirati. Ozempic se, kako smo već rekli, uzima jednom tjedno u injekciji, a postoji i oblik lijeka koji se uzima “na usta”, ali taj nije indiciran za liječenje debljine.

Za uzimanje Ozempica u ljekarni pacijent koji ga koristi za mršavljenje trebao bi imati preporuku endokrinologa ili nekog drugog specijalista, ali i uz tu preporuku mora platiti lijek – tumači prof. dr. sc. Mladen Krnić.

I na kraju, što preostaje onima koji svakodnevno nazivaju splitske ljekarne, interesiraju se za Ozempic i mole Boga da on 22. ožujka ove godine bude dostupan u ljekarnama kako bi oni proljeće i ljeto dočekali u što boljoj kondiciji i što boljeg izgleda?

Da, prije svega, smanje unos kalorija u organizam, da se “odlijepe” od trosjeda, dvosjeda i sjedalica, da manje “bulje” u TV, da svaki dan naprave 10, 15 ili 20 tisuća koraka...

Tada im lijekovi za mršavljenje zasigurno više neće trebati.
