Nakon što je predsjednik Vrhovnog suda Đuro Sessa početkom veljače pokrenuo postupak protiv Silvia Čovića, predsjednika splitskog Upravnog suda radi kršenja kodeksa sudačke etike, prije nekoliko dana je Sudačko vijeće Visokog Upravnog suda RH utvrdilo da je povrijeđen kodeks.

Utvrđeno je da je sudac Čović povrijedio sudačku etiku jer je boravio u ugostiteljskom objektu kojem je bila naložena obustava rada prema propisanim epidemiološkim mjerama.

Sessa je reagirao kad je u javnost izašla priča oko okupljanja na kojem je sudjelovalo nekoliko splitskih uglednih sudaca na rođendanskoj fešti nogometaša Ivice Mornara u konobi "Pršut" u vlasništvu Željka Keruma, a što se zbivalo tijekom zabrane okupljanja zbog pandemije korone.

Predsjednik Vrhovnog suda je u pritužbi, među ostalim, iznio i da je u konobi "Pršut" bilo kršenja epidemioloških mjera i da je takvo ponašanje suprotno standardu ponašanja sudaca i ne pridonosi očuvanju ugleda i dostojanstva sudačkog poziva.

- Sudac mora prihvatiti i ona ograničenja koja bi se drugim građanima činila opterećujućima. To se posebno odnosi na ograničenja koja su obavezna i naložena navedenim epidemiološkim mjerama i ovdje se radi o okruženju i atmosferi koja stvara dojam nedoličnosti - naveo je Sessa.

Predsjednik splitskog Upravnog suda je u svom očitovanju naveo da je bio pozvan na ručak dva dana prije telefonskim putem, a na kojem su trebali biti još neki njegovi kolege s kojiam rekreativno igra nogomet. Došao je u subotu 23. siječnja oko 14.30 sati u objekt na kojem je stajao natpis "zatvoreno" te je otišao oko 17 sati, a tijekom boravka unutar objekta nije koristio zaštitnu masku. Kazao je i da mu je žao ako se utvrdi da je bilo povrede sudačkog kodeksa.

Sudačko je vijeće utvrdilo da se sudac Čović ogriješio o članke Kodeksa koji govore da je "sudac je dužan obnašanjem sudačke dužnosti i aktivnostima izvan suda razvijati standarde ponašanja koji pridonose očuvanju ugleda i dostojanstva suda i sudačkog poziva" te da "sudac mora izbjegavati svako ponašanje koje je nedostojno i koje stvara dojam nedoličnosti sudačkom položaju, prihvaćajući i ona ograničenja koja bi se drugim građanima činila opterećujućima".

Sudac Čović nije htio jučer komentirati odluku svojih kolega kazavši da je ona nepravomoćna i da ju je tek dobio.

Nakon što je predsjednik Vrhovnog suda Đuro Sessa početkom veljače pokrenuo postupak protiv Silvia Čovića, predsjednika splitskog Upravnog suda radi kršenja kodeksa sudačke etike, prije nekoliko dana je Sudačko vijeće Visokog Upravnog suda RH utvrdilo da je povrijeđen kodeks.

Utvrđeno je da je sudac Čović povrijedio sudačku etiku jer je boravio u ugostiteljskom objektu kojem je bila naložena obustava rada prema propisanim epidemiološkim mjerama.

Sessa je reagirao kad je u javnost izašla priča oko okupljanja na kojem je sudjelovalo nekoliko splitskih uglednih sudaca na rođendanskoj fešti nogometaša Ivice Mornara u konobi "Pršut" u vlasništvu Željka Keruma, a što se zbivalo tijekom zabrane okupljanja zbog pandemije korone.

Predsjednik Vrhovnog suda je u pritužbi, među ostalim, iznio i da je u konobi "Pršut" bilo kršenja epidemioloških mjera i da je takvo ponašanje suprotno standardu ponašanja sudaca i ne pridonosi očuvanju ugleda i dostojanstva sudačkog poziva.

- Sudac mora prihvatiti i ona ograničenja koja bi se drugim građanima činila opterećujućima. To se posebno odnosi na ograničenja koja su obavezna i naložena navedenim epidemiološkim mjerama i ovdje se radi o okruženju i atmosferi koja stvara dojam nedoličnosti - naveo je Sessa.

Predsjednik splitskog Upravnog suda je u svom očitovanju naveo da je bio pozvan na ručak dva dana prije telefonskim putem, a na kojem su trebali biti još neki njegovi kolege s kojiam rekreativno igra nogomet. Došao je u subotu 23. siječnja oko 14.30 sati u objekt na kojem je stajao natpis "zatvoreno" te je otišao oko 17 sati, a tijekom boravka unutar objekta nije koristio zaštitnu masku. Kazao je i da mu je žao ako se utvrdi da je bilo povrede sudačkog kodeksa.

Sudačko je vijeće utvrdilo da se sudac Čović ogriješio o članke Kodeksa koji govore da je "sudac je dužan obnašanjem sudačke dužnosti i aktivnostima izvan suda razvijati standarde ponašanja koji pridonose očuvanju ugleda i dostojanstva suda i sudačkog poziva" te da "sudac mora izbjegavati svako ponašanje koje je nedostojno i koje stvara dojam nedoličnosti sudačkom položaju, prihvaćajući i ona ograničenja koja bi se drugim građanima činila opterećujućima".

Sudac Čović nije htio jučer komentirati odluku svojih kolega kazavši da je ona nepravomoćna i da ju je tek dobio.

Sudačko vijeće Visokog Upravnog suda RH: boravkom u Kerumovom ‘Pršutu‘ splitski sudac Silvio Čović povrijedio je sudačku etiku

Nakon što je predsjednik Vrhovnog suda Đuro Sessa početkom veljače pokrenuo postupak protiv Silvia Čovića, predsjednika splitskog Upravnog suda radi kršenja kodeksa sudačke etike, prije nekoliko dana je Sudačko vijeće Visokog Upravnog suda RH utvrdilo da je povrijeđen kodeks.

Utvrđeno je da je sudac Čović povrijedio sudačku etiku jer je boravio u ugostiteljskom objektu kojem je bila naložena obustava rada prema propisanim epidemiološkim mjerama.

Sessa je reagirao kad je u javnost izašla priča oko okupljanja na kojem je sudjelovalo nekoliko splitskih uglednih sudaca na rođendanskoj fešti nogometaša Ivice Mornara u konobi "Pršut" u vlasništvu Željka Keruma, a što se zbivalo tijekom zabrane okupljanja zbog pandemije korone.
