Iduća sjednica Gradskog vijeća održat će se za tjedan dana, pa je vijećnicima na uvid i pripremu dostavljen dnevni red i dokumentacija vezana uz sve predložene točke.

Čak se 44 točke nalaze na dnevnom redu, neke od njih su tek formalne, pa se pretpostavlja kako neće izazvati buru. Na koju smo, ruku na srce, u splitskom gradskom parlamentu već naviknuli.

Među točkama nismo našli onu koju stanovnici Spinuta najviše očekuju, onu o poništavanju odluke o smještanju preskontejnera u Športsko-rekreacijsku zonu ovog kvarta.

- Žao mi je što vladajući nisu očito spremni podržati zahtjev za micanjem preskontejnera na drugu lokaciju i sve sad zapravo ovisi o ostalim vijećnicima. Ima još lokacija koje su adekvatne i zapravo primjerenije za preskontejnere, pa mi nije jasno zašto toliko inzistiraju na ovoj, na Spinutu. Nadam se kako će GV ipak uspjeti donijeti odluku o poništenju zaključka s prethodne sjednica i da ćemo nastaviti dalje s radom. Split ima previše problema da bi toliko vremena i energije gubili na samo jednoj temi - kazao nam je SDP-ov vijećnik Davor Matijević.

Upravo se od njega očekuje da preda zahtjev za nadopunom dnevnog reda s tom temom.

Na samom početku sjednice, kao i inače, gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak će izvijestiti predstavnike građana kako napreduju strateški projekti. Potom slijedi "aktualni sat", prilika da se postave sva pitanja i zatraže svi odgovori vladajućih o temama koje se nisu našle na dnevnom redu.

Među odgovorima na pitanja s prošle sjednice naišli smo i na ono HGS-ove Lidije Bekavac, koja je tražila da joj se jasno kaže koliki kredit za Grad Split gradonačelnik planira dignuti s obzirom na to da pregovaranje o kreditu traje već duže vrijeme.

- Sigurna sam da znate odgovor. Kako znamo, delegacija Europske investicijske banke boravila je u Splitu nekoliko dana, a isto tako radi toga ste vi išli u Zagreb i u Ministarstvo financija - kazala je tada vijećnica.

Odgovor koji je dobila glasi: "Točan iznos će biti poznat na kraju procesa, s čime će Gradsko vijeće i javnost biti na vrijeme upoznati", pa smo je pitali je li zadovoljna odgovorom.

- Vjerujem da je svatko od nas otišao u banku barem jednom u životu dignuti kredit. Prvo što vas bankar pita: Koliki iznos kredita planirate tražiti, za koju namjenu vam treba i na koliko godina? Zar ne? Tako jednostavno pitanje sam postavila gradonačelniku Puljku, jer me sigurno interesira kao i sve nas, koji iznos kredita planira dignuti i na koliko godina. Kredit ćemo vraćati mi i kada Puljak ode. I sada dragi moji sugrađani pročitajte vi taj odgovor kojim podcjenjuje i zavarava ne samo mene, nego sve nas. Ide dizat kredit a ne zna koliki kredit će dignut! Ili još gore, zna ali neće da nam kaže, kao da će ga on vraćat, kao da taj kredit diže za sebe, a ne od naših novaca - oštra je bila reakcija vijećnice Bekavac.

Među ostalim vijećnici će raspravljati i o aneksu ugovora o ulaganju u KK Split, naime klub zbog povećanih troškova traži dodatnih 132.722,81 eura potpore za rad omladinske škole. Na isti način i u istom iznosu dobio je potporu Grada Splita u prošloj kalendarskoj godini. Glasat će se i o imenovanju Vesne Bulić Baketić na mjesto ravnateljice Muzeja grada Splita, ali i o Prijedlogu odluke o izradi Urbanističkog plana uređenja područja sjeverozapadno od križanja ulica Put Stinica i Put Supavla. Glasat će se i o Nagradama Grada Splita, a moglo bi se raspravljati oko prijedloga Zaključka o sklapanju nagodbe s RH u pogledu kupališno-poslovnog kompleksa Bačvice.

Iduća sjednica Gradskog vijeća održat će se za tjedan dana, pa je vijećnicima na uvid i pripremu dostavljen dnevni red i dokumentacija vezana uz sve predložene točke.

Čak se 44 točke nalaze na dnevnom redu, neke od njih su tek formalne, pa se pretpostavlja kako neće izazvati buru. Na koju smo, ruku na srce, u splitskom gradskom parlamentu već naviknuli.

Među točkama nismo našli onu koju stanovnici Spinuta najviše očekuju, onu o poništavanju odluke o smještanju preskontejnera u Športsko-rekreacijsku zonu ovog kvarta.

- Žao mi je što vladajući nisu očito spremni podržati zahtjev za micanjem preskontejnera na drugu lokaciju i sve sad zapravo ovisi o ostalim vijećnicima. Ima još lokacija koje su adekvatne i zapravo primjerenije za preskontejnere, pa mi nije jasno zašto toliko inzistiraju na ovoj, na Spinutu. Nadam se kako će GV ipak uspjeti donijeti odluku o poništenju zaključka s prethodne sjednica i da ćemo nastaviti dalje s radom. Split ima previše problema da bi toliko vremena i energije gubili na samo jednoj temi - kazao nam je SDP-ov vijećnik Davor Matijević.

Upravo se od njega očekuje da preda zahtjev za nadopunom dnevnog reda s tom temom.

Na samom početku sjednice, kao i inače, gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak će izvijestiti predstavnike građana kako napreduju strateški projekti. Potom slijedi "aktualni sat", prilika da se postave sva pitanja i zatraže svi odgovori vladajućih o temama koje se nisu našle na dnevnom redu.

Među odgovorima na pitanja s prošle sjednice naišli smo i na ono HGS-ove Lidije Bekavac, koja je tražila da joj se jasno kaže koliki kredit za Grad Split gradonačelnik planira dignuti s obzirom na to da pregovaranje o kreditu traje već duže vrijeme.

- Sigurna sam da znate odgovor. Kako znamo, delegacija Europske investicijske banke boravila je u Splitu nekoliko dana, a isto tako radi toga ste vi išli u Zagreb i u Ministarstvo financija - kazala je tada vijećnica.

Odgovor koji je dobila glasi: "Točan iznos će biti poznat na kraju procesa, s čime će Gradsko vijeće i javnost biti na vrijeme upoznati", pa smo je pitali je li zadovoljna odgovorom.

- Vjerujem da je svatko od nas otišao u banku barem jednom u životu dignuti kredit. Prvo što vas bankar pita: Koliki iznos kredita planirate tražiti, za koju namjenu vam treba i na koliko godina? Zar ne? Tako jednostavno pitanje sam postavila gradonačelniku Puljku, jer me sigurno interesira kao i sve nas, koji iznos kredita planira dignuti i na koliko godina. Kredit ćemo vraćati mi i kada Puljak ode. I sada dragi moji sugrađani pročitajte vi taj odgovor kojim podcjenjuje i zavarava ne samo mene, nego sve nas. Ide dizat kredit a ne zna koliki kredit će dignut! Ili još gore, zna ali neće da nam kaže, kao da će ga on vraćat, kao da taj kredit diže za sebe, a ne od naših novaca - oštra je bila reakcija vijećnice Bekavac.

Među ostalim vijećnici će raspravljati i o aneksu ugovora o ulaganju u KK Split, naime klub zbog povećanih troškova traži dodatnih 132.722,81 eura potpore za rad omladinske škole. Na isti način i u istom iznosu dobio je potporu Grada Splita u prošloj kalendarskoj godini. Glasat će se i o imenovanju Vesne Bulić Baketić na mjesto ravnateljice Muzeja grada Splita, ali i o Prijedlogu odluke o izradi Urbanističkog plana uređenja područja sjeverozapadno od križanja ulica Put Stinica i Put Supavla. Glasat će se i o Nagradama Grada Splita, a moglo bi se raspravljati oko prijedloga Zaključka o sklapanju nagodbe s RH u pogledu kupališno-poslovnog kompleksa Bačvice.
