Sugrađani su nam se u više navrata žalili na opasno raskrižje Lovrinačke ulice i Lovačkog puta, gdje se i prije par dana dogodila prometna nesreća u kojoj, samo pukom srećom, nije bilo ozlijeđenih osoba.

Stanari obližnjih kuća upozoravaju kako je posebno opasan pješački prijelaz u neposrednij blizini, jer se nalazi na mjestu gdje se Lovrinačkom često jurca, dok sama preglednost prometnice nije dobra. Predlažu da se taj pješački prijelaz bolje označi signalizacijom, odnosno da se ugradi treptajuće svjetlo.

No, u splitskoj policiji imaju drugačije mišljenje.

- Pješački prijelaz obilježen je znakom Pješački prijelaz (C 02) sukladno Pravilniku o prometnim znakovima, signalizaciji i opremi na cestama. Međutim, on se nalazi na izlasku iz nepreglednog i opasnog zavoja udesno, a prostire se smjerom zapad-istok preko četiri prometne trake Lovrinačke ulice, a od raskrižja s Ulicom Put Tešćenice je udaljen oko 120 metara. Napominjemo kako smo opservacijom na terenu utvrdili kako pješaci vrlo rijetko koriste ovaj prijelaz, najvjerojatnije zbog blizine dva semaforizirana raskrižja, ali i intenzivnog prometa na Lovrinačkoj ulici - navode u PU splitsko-dalmatinskoj.

Naglašavaju kako su s obzirom na navedeno, a u cilju prevencije i zaštite pješaka, mišljenja kako bi bilo potrebno uzeti u razmatranje mogućnost da se s tog mjesta ukloni navedeni pješački prijelaz s obzirom na blizinu sva semaforizirana raskrižja na kojima je sigurnije prijeći cestu), odnosno da se poduzmu odgovarajuće mjere za smirivanje prometa u Lovrinačkoj ulici.

Predlažu postavljanje preventivnog radarskog mjerača s pokazivačem brzine kretanja vozila kojim bi se vozačima ukazalo na potrebu povećanog opreza i smanjenja brzine na tom području o čemu će uputiti pisanu inicijativu vlasniku ceste, odnosno Gradu Splitu.

Navode još kako je do zadnje prometne nesreće došlo tako da je vozač osobnog vozila ulazeći iz Lovačke u Lovrinačku (koja je cesta s prednošću prolaska) ušao u raskrižje skrećući ulijevo, a da pri tom nije propustio sva vozila, te je udario u drugo osobno vozilo.

- U odnosu na raskrižje Lovrinačke ulice i Ulice Lovački put sagledavajući statistiku za 2021.godinu možemo reći kako navedeno raskrižje "ne iskače" kao "crna točka" odnosno na tom području nismo zabilježili prometne nesreće s identičnim uzrokom. Tijekom 2021.godine na tom području evidentirali smo jednu prometnu nesreću u kojoj nije bilo ozlijeđenih osoba - odgovorili su nam iz policije.

Sugrađani su nam se u više navrata žalili na opasno raskrižje Lovrinačke ulice i Lovačkog puta, gdje se i prije par dana dogodila prometna nesreća u kojoj, samo pukom srećom, nije bilo ozlijeđenih osoba.

Stanari obližnjih kuća upozoravaju kako je posebno opasan pješački prijelaz u neposrednij blizini, jer se nalazi na mjestu gdje se Lovrinačkom često jurca, dok sama preglednost prometnice nije dobra. Predlažu da se taj pješački prijelaz bolje označi signalizacijom, odnosno da se ugradi treptajuće svjetlo.

No, u splitskoj policiji imaju drugačije mišljenje.

- Pješački prijelaz obilježen je znakom Pješački prijelaz (C 02) sukladno Pravilniku o prometnim znakovima, signalizaciji i opremi na cestama. Međutim, on se nalazi na izlasku iz nepreglednog i opasnog zavoja udesno, a prostire se smjerom zapad-istok preko četiri prometne trake Lovrinačke ulice, a od raskrižja s Ulicom Put Tešćenice je udaljen oko 120 metara. Napominjemo kako smo opservacijom na terenu utvrdili kako pješaci vrlo rijetko koriste ovaj prijelaz, najvjerojatnije zbog blizine dva semaforizirana raskrižja, ali i intenzivnog prometa na Lovrinačkoj ulici - navode u PU splitsko-dalmatinskoj.

Naglašavaju kako su s obzirom na navedeno, a u cilju prevencije i zaštite pješaka, mišljenja kako bi bilo potrebno uzeti u razmatranje mogućnost da se s tog mjesta ukloni navedeni pješački prijelaz s obzirom na blizinu sva semaforizirana raskrižja na kojima je sigurnije prijeći cestu), odnosno da se poduzmu odgovarajuće mjere za smirivanje prometa u Lovrinačkoj ulici.

Predlažu postavljanje preventivnog radarskog mjerača s pokazivačem brzine kretanja vozila kojim bi se vozačima ukazalo na potrebu povećanog opreza i smanjenja brzine na tom području o čemu će uputiti pisanu inicijativu vlasniku ceste, odnosno Gradu Splitu.

Navode još kako je do zadnje prometne nesreće došlo tako da je vozač osobnog vozila ulazeći iz Lovačke u Lovrinačku (koja je cesta s prednošću prolaska) ušao u raskrižje skrećući ulijevo, a da pri tom nije propustio sva vozila, te je udario u drugo osobno vozilo.

- U odnosu na raskrižje Lovrinačke ulice i Ulice Lovački put sagledavajući statistiku za 2021.godinu možemo reći kako navedeno raskrižje "ne iskače" kao "crna točka" odnosno na tom području nismo zabilježili prometne nesreće s identičnim uzrokom. Tijekom 2021.godine na tom području evidentirali smo jednu prometnu nesreću u kojoj nije bilo ozlijeđenih osoba - odgovorili su nam iz policije.
