Stanari hotela za samce nakon odluke gradskih vijećnika na današnjoj tematskoj sjednici plakali su od sreće i grlili HGS-ovog vijećnika Igora Stanišića koji se zauzeo za rješavanje njihovog problema.
Naime jednoglasno je usvojen zaključak da se korisnicima koji udovoljavaju uvjetima zaštićene najamnine odredi takva cijena. Nadalje, provjerit će se uvjeti za sklapanje aneksa ugovora na neodređeno vrijeme kroz jasne uvjete za otkaz ugovora.

Zadužuje se Upravni odjel za gradsku imovinu da pokrenei postupke kod HEP-a za izmjenu kategorije struje u industrijsku u kućnu. Rok za pripremit sve papire je do 30. lipnja, odnosno stanarima se treba omogućiti da od 1. srpnja pristupe potpisivanju aneksa ugovora.
Prije samog izglasavanja ovog zaključka koji uvelike olakšava život stanarima hotela za samce, razvila se rasprava među vijećnicima.

Zamjenik gradonačelnika Bojan Ivošević je kazao kako su sa stanarima imali konstruktivan razgovor kad su shvatili da Gradu nije namjera izbaciti ih na ulicu.

- Tko god ima drugu nekretninu ne može živjeti tamo, a tko nema, može bez straha. Ovo nisu socijalni slučajevi. Zašto ste uzeli samo jednu skupinu za raspravljati, a ne radnike Montera ili druge? -pitao jre vijećnike i najavio da će smanjiti najamnine za pet korisnika škverske zgrade koji jesu socijalni slučajevi.
HDZ-ov Tomislav Prljević je naglasio kako su zgradu izgradili radnici škvera, da Grad Split nije uložio kunu. Prešla je u vlasništvo Grada zbog želje Andre Krstulovića Opare i radnika, vjerujući da će imati bolji odnos i da će lakše rješavati probleme.
- U zadnje vrijeme se stvara atmosfera konflikta i nesigurnosti između stanara hotela i gradske vlasti. Moramo stvoriti okvir da bi ljudi imali sigurnost - rekao je.

Jelena Šimić, predstavnica stanara se obratila vijećnicima i iznijela kronologiju stanja, napominjući da su je radnici izgradili samodoprinosom.
- Nakon 50 godina života u ovoj zgradi ispada da mi nismo dostojni živjeti u njoj, prebačena je s države na Grad i rečeno nam je da se naš status neće promijeniti. Potpisali smo u dobroj vjeri ugovor s Gradom jer nam se i prijetilo. Imamo slučaj stanarke koja je zakasnila s potpisom jer je bila zaražena covidom, a nazivaju je bespravnom korisnicom.

Sada se osjećamo tužni i prevareni jer nas naš Grad želi istjerati, nas vrijedne škverske radnike. Neugodno smo iznenađeni prijedlogom da nam se povisi najam 100 posto. Prilikom pregovora o mogućnosti povisivanja najma rečeno nam je da je klauzula u ugovoru tu samo kao zaštita od inflacije i da će iznositi najviše toliko. Prevarili su nas - kazala je u raspravi, a nakon izgasavanja zaključka svima se zahvalila.

Stanari hotela za samce nakon odluke gradskih vijećnika na današnjoj tematskoj sjednici plakali su od sreće i grlili HGS-ovog vijećnika Igora Stanišića koji se zauzeo za rješavanje njihovog problema.
Naime jednoglasno je usvojen zaključak da se korisnicima koji udovoljavaju uvjetima zaštićene najamnine odredi takva cijena. Nadalje, provjerit će se uvjeti za sklapanje aneksa ugovora na neodređeno vrijeme kroz jasne uvjete za otkaz ugovora.

Zadužuje se Upravni odjel za gradsku imovinu da pokrenei postupke kod HEP-a za izmjenu kategorije struje u industrijsku u kućnu. Rok za pripremit sve papire je do 30. lipnja, odnosno stanarima se treba omogućiti da od 1. srpnja pristupe potpisivanju aneksa ugovora.
Prije samog izglasavanja ovog zaključka koji uvelike olakšava život stanarima hotela za samce, razvila se rasprava među vijećnicima.

Zamjenik gradonačelnika Bojan Ivošević je kazao kako su sa stanarima imali konstruktivan razgovor kad su shvatili da Gradu nije namjera izbaciti ih na ulicu.

- Tko god ima drugu nekretninu ne može živjeti tamo, a tko nema, može bez straha. Ovo nisu socijalni slučajevi. Zašto ste uzeli samo jednu skupinu za raspravljati, a ne radnike Montera ili druge? -pitao jre vijećnike i najavio da će smanjiti najamnine za pet korisnika škverske zgrade koji jesu socijalni slučajevi.
HDZ-ov Tomislav Prljević je naglasio kako su zgradu izgradili radnici škvera, da Grad Split nije uložio kunu. Prešla je u vlasništvo Grada zbog želje Andre Krstulovića Opare i radnika, vjerujući da će imati bolji odnos i da će lakše rješavati probleme.
- U zadnje vrijeme se stvara atmosfera konflikta i nesigurnosti između stanara hotela i gradske vlasti. Moramo stvoriti okvir da bi ljudi imali sigurnost - rekao je.

Jelena Šimić, predstavnica stanara se obratila vijećnicima i iznijela kronologiju stanja, napominjući da su je radnici izgradili samodoprinosom.
- Nakon 50 godina života u ovoj zgradi ispada da mi nismo dostojni živjeti u njoj, prebačena je s države na Grad i rečeno nam je da se naš status neće promijeniti. Potpisali smo u dobroj vjeri ugovor s Gradom jer nam se i prijetilo. Imamo slučaj stanarke koja je zakasnila s potpisom jer je bila zaražena covidom, a nazivaju je bespravnom korisnicom.

Sada se osjećamo tužni i prevareni jer nas naš Grad želi istjerati, nas vrijedne škverske radnike. Neugodno smo iznenađeni prijedlogom da nam se povisi najam 100 posto. Prilikom pregovora o mogućnosti povisivanja najma rečeno nam je da je klauzula u ugovoru tu samo kao zaštita od inflacije i da će iznositi najviše toliko. Prevarili su nas - kazala je u raspravi, a nakon izgasavanja zaključka svima se zahvalila.
