Ukidanje radnih mjesta u jedinom sektoru koji donekle radi u Splitu, i to nakon “lockdowna”, pred recesiju, ubijanje duha Mediterana zabranom života u malim uličicama u centru grada i prekratak rok prilagodbe – tri su glavne okosnice problema, prema načelnom stavu vlasnika ugostiteljskih objekata u središtu grada pod Marjanom, već nakon same najave potencijalne nove Odluke o komunalnom redu.

Slijedom nje bi, ako bude usvojena na Gradskom vijeću, dobar dio njih u staroj jezgri ostao bez štekata, a mnogima će biti znatno "stesani".

Nacrt prijedloga Odluke o komunalnom redu poslan je na javno savjetovanje, a u slučaju njegova stupanja na snagu 1. siječnja 2023. vlasnici, odnosno posjednici ili korisnici unutar Zone A morat će roku od 60 dana ukloniti sve što je prema njoj zabranjeno.

Da su mnogi ugostitelji u centru Splita u šoku i, u jeku priprema za Advent, najblaže rečeno zatečeni spomenutom najavom, iako se o njoj govorilo već dulje vrijeme, uvjerili smo se i sami u pokušaju dobivanja nekolicine njihovih reakcija.

Izjave izbjegavaju davati. Isto nam je potvrdila i Jelena Tabak, predsjednica Ceha ugostitelja pri HGK-u. Nisu još zapravo ni stigli sjesti zajedno i artikulirati svoje stavove s kojima će ponovno pred vodstvo Grada, ali vele da hoće, i to brzo.

– Naravno da ugostitelji zovu, sad nam je svima idući korak javno savjetovanje. Obrazložiti argumente, posložiti ih valjano i pravno i nadati se kako će Grad imati sluha za ljude koji će ostati bez posla, jer će se morati dijeliti otkazi. To je najgora stvar koja se može dogoditi, a u ovom slučaju će toga biti ohoho – kaže Jelena Tabak, dodajući kako će splitski ugostitelji iz gradske jezgre sljedećeg tjedna održati sastanak na kojemu će postaviti brojke i pripremiti za javno savjetovanje.

‘Pokušali smo razgovarati‘

– Mi smo u nekoliko navrata pokušali razgovarati s Gradom jer su se promjene najavljivale, ugostitelji su za njih znali. Ono za čim najviše žalimo jest ubijanje tih malih uličica, ubijanje Mediterana...

U slučaju donošenja bilo koje odluke bilo bi dobro da postoji nekakav rok prilagodbe. Ali 60 dana je ništa... Pogotovo u slučaju onih koji će ostati bez cijelih štekata. Ako netko ima štekat, ima sigurno, ovisno o njegovoj veličini, 4 – 10 zaposlenih ljudi i sad će ih morati otpuštati.

Trebalo bi ići na vrijeme prilagodbe od barem jedne sezone ili nešto tako, da netko zna kako dogodine više neće moći poslovati na taj način. Iza nas su dvije godine krize, ulazimo u recesiju, ljudi su pod kreditima, morali bi moći planirati barem pola godine unaprijed.

Ponavljam, čeka nas ove zime debela recesija, upitno je hoće li nam rezultati sezone, turističke godine, biti poput ove, kad su ljudi imali nešto ušteđeno pa su nakon dvije godine “lockdowna” htjeli malo izići, opustiti se i potrošiti. Taj se “šuc” sad potrošio, ne čekaju nas dobra vremena. S poduzetničke strane ovo nikako nije dobar potez – smatra predsjednica Ceha ugostitelja pri HGK-u.

Reakcija konzervatora

Podsjetimo kako je još 2012. godine Radoslav Bužančić, pročelnik Konzervatorskog odjela u Splitu, u ime Odjela upozorio Grad da ukloni nelegalne štekate. Smjernice Konzervatorskog odjela nisu se poštovale, pa tako ni, primjerice, već desetljeće star jasan stav konzervatora kako treba strogo zabraniti štekate na potezu od Srebrnih vrata do Peristila, uključujući predio uz katedralu sv. Dujma, kao i područje oko Željeznih i Zlatnih vrata.

Nije se dogodilo ništa, a raskalašena slika središta grada ovoga je ljeta možda više nego ikad dosad bjelodano potvrdila kako je cijela priča s komunalnim neredom u srcu Splita već odavno prevršila svaku mjeru.

Reda je prethodno poželio uvesti bivši gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara, ali onemogućili su ga Kerumovi vijećnici, a tadašnja oporba, sadašnja vlast, napustila je sjednicu, pa je prije dvije godine usvojena Odluka o komunalnom redu po mjeri ugostiteljskog lobija.

Ukidanje radnih mjesta u jedinom sektoru koji donekle radi u Splitu, i to nakon “lockdowna”, pred recesiju, ubijanje duha Mediterana zabranom života u malim uličicama u centru grada i prekratak rok prilagodbe – tri su glavne okosnice problema, prema načelnom stavu vlasnika ugostiteljskih objekata u središtu grada pod Marjanom, već nakon same najave potencijalne nove Odluke o komunalnom redu.

Slijedom nje bi, ako bude usvojena na Gradskom vijeću, dobar dio njih u staroj jezgri ostao bez štekata, a mnogima će biti znatno "stesani".

Nacrt prijedloga Odluke o komunalnom redu poslan je na javno savjetovanje, a u slučaju njegova stupanja na snagu 1. siječnja 2023. vlasnici, odnosno posjednici ili korisnici unutar Zone A morat će roku od 60 dana ukloniti sve što je prema njoj zabranjeno.

Da su mnogi ugostitelji u centru Splita u šoku i, u jeku priprema za Advent, najblaže rečeno zatečeni spomenutom najavom, iako se o njoj govorilo već dulje vrijeme, uvjerili smo se i sami u pokušaju dobivanja nekolicine njihovih reakcija.

Izjave izbjegavaju davati. Isto nam je potvrdila i Jelena Tabak, predsjednica Ceha ugostitelja pri HGK-u. Nisu još zapravo ni stigli sjesti zajedno i artikulirati svoje stavove s kojima će ponovno pred vodstvo Grada, ali vele da hoće, i to brzo.

– Naravno da ugostitelji zovu, sad nam je svima idući korak javno savjetovanje. Obrazložiti argumente, posložiti ih valjano i pravno i nadati se kako će Grad imati sluha za ljude koji će ostati bez posla, jer će se morati dijeliti otkazi. To je najgora stvar koja se može dogoditi, a u ovom slučaju će toga biti ohoho – kaže Jelena Tabak, dodajući kako će splitski ugostitelji iz gradske jezgre sljedećeg tjedna održati sastanak na kojemu će postaviti brojke i pripremiti za javno savjetovanje.

‘Pokušali smo razgovarati‘

– Mi smo u nekoliko navrata pokušali razgovarati s Gradom jer su se promjene najavljivale, ugostitelji su za njih znali. Ono za čim najviše žalimo jest ubijanje tih malih uličica, ubijanje Mediterana...

U slučaju donošenja bilo koje odluke bilo bi dobro da postoji nekakav rok prilagodbe. Ali 60 dana je ništa... Pogotovo u slučaju onih koji će ostati bez cijelih štekata. Ako netko ima štekat, ima sigurno, ovisno o njegovoj veličini, 4 – 10 zaposlenih ljudi i sad će ih morati otpuštati.

Trebalo bi ići na vrijeme prilagodbe od barem jedne sezone ili nešto tako, da netko zna kako dogodine više neće moći poslovati na taj način. Iza nas su dvije godine krize, ulazimo u recesiju, ljudi su pod kreditima, morali bi moći planirati barem pola godine unaprijed.

Ponavljam, čeka nas ove zime debela recesija, upitno je hoće li nam rezultati sezone, turističke godine, biti poput ove, kad su ljudi imali nešto ušteđeno pa su nakon dvije godine “lockdowna” htjeli malo izići, opustiti se i potrošiti. Taj se “šuc” sad potrošio, ne čekaju nas dobra vremena. S poduzetničke strane ovo nikako nije dobar potez – smatra predsjednica Ceha ugostitelja pri HGK-u.

Reakcija konzervatora

Podsjetimo kako je još 2012. godine Radoslav Bužančić, pročelnik Konzervatorskog odjela u Splitu, u ime Odjela upozorio Grad da ukloni nelegalne štekate. Smjernice Konzervatorskog odjela nisu se poštovale, pa tako ni, primjerice, već desetljeće star jasan stav konzervatora kako treba strogo zabraniti štekate na potezu od Srebrnih vrata do Peristila, uključujući predio uz katedralu sv. Dujma, kao i područje oko Željeznih i Zlatnih vrata.

Nije se dogodilo ništa, a raskalašena slika središta grada ovoga je ljeta možda više nego ikad dosad bjelodano potvrdila kako je cijela priča s komunalnim neredom u srcu Splita već odavno prevršila svaku mjeru.

Reda je prethodno poželio uvesti bivši gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara, ali onemogućili su ga Kerumovi vijećnici, a tadašnja oporba, sadašnja vlast, napustila je sjednicu, pa je prije dvije godine usvojena Odluka o komunalnom redu po mjeri ugostiteljskog lobija.
