Kulinarska radionica "Taste Croatia – Okusi Hrvatsku“ održala se danas u restoranu "Adriatic", a u okviru nje su studenti Hotelijerstva i gastronomije pripremali pobjednička jela manifestacije "Cooking experience“ organizirane u sklopu SEA-EU alijanse. Istovremeno, studenti Mediteranske poljoprivrede su predlagali vina koja se najbolje sljubljuju uz svako jelo.

Studente je na početku pripreme jela pozdravio prof. dr. Dragan Ljutić, rektor Sveučilišta u Splitu, kazavši kako se s obzirom na situaciju s pandemijom COVID-19 natjecanja na sveučilištima SEA-EU alijanse odvijaju u matičnim zemljama, gdje uz Splitsko sveučilište, sudjeluju poljski Gdanjsk, njemački Kiel, francuski Brest, španjolski Cadiz te Sveučilište Malta u La Valletti.

- U ovom trenutku naši se studenti natječu u kulinarstvu sa svojim kolegama, a izabrat ćemo najbolje predjelo, glavno jelo i desert. Naše Sveučilište na jedan način biva uzor drugim maritimnim sveučilištima. Mislim da možemo biti ponosni jer i u ovom slučaju pokazujemo europsko jedinstvo – ustvrdio je rektor Ljutić, naglasivši kako Sveučilište u Splitu u okviru alijanse radi i na projektu europske diplome, koja će u budućnosti postati putovnica koja će pružiti mogućnost zaposlenja, ne samo u našoj državi, nego i u svim drugim državama EU.

Osvrnuo se i na studij Mediteranske poljoprivrede na kojem se uskoro planira otvoriti i diplomska razina.

- Studij Mediteranske poljoprivrede ima velik potencijal. Na upisu u prvoj godini bilo je deset studenata, na drugoj godini već ih je 30, a dogodine očekujemo da će biti više zainteresiranih, nego što ima mjesta na studiju. Nismo tek tako izmjestili glavna zbivanja u grad Sinj s naznakom povezivanja Imotskog, Vrgorca i Sinja, naših predivnih kraških polja, sa Splitom, na našim prostorima u Peristilu, gdje je filijala Mediteranske poljoprivrede. Postoji i tendencija širenja na otoke Brač, Hvar, Vis i Šoltu. Mislim da možemo biti ponosni jer dajemo nove mogućnosti i perspektivu našim studentima – zaključio je rektor Ljutić.

Studenti prve i druge godine preddiplomskog studija HIG: Roberta Topić, Šime Kalac, Lara Ivanišević te Dina Đurović pripremali su jela s kojima su pobijedili na natjecanju "Cooking experience“ organiziranom na našem Sveučilištu, kada je prvo mjesto pripalo desertu Rožata, drugo mjesto osvojilo je predjelo Hobotnica, dok je treća pozicija dodijeljena glavnom jelu pod nazivom Polpete od plodova mora. Pripremu sva tri recepta mentorirao je prof. dr. Vedran Poljak, nastavnik studija Hotelijerstvo i gastronomija Sveučilišta u Splitu.

Virtualni prijenos

Za sve zainteresirane pokazna kulinarska radionica se prenosila virtualno, preko platforme Zoom, a preko nje su se mogli pobliže upoznati s hrvatskom gastronomijom. Cijeli događaj su online pratili studenti i profesori iz članica sveučilišta SEA-EU alijanse.

Student Mediteranske poljoprivrede Damir Štimac, inače vlasnik Vinarije Rizman, koji je na radionici predlagao vina uz pripremljena jela, iskazao je zadovoljstvo dosadašnjim studijem.

- Nadam se da će ubuduće biti omogućeno studiranje i vikendom da se mali obiteljski podrumi mogu educirati i poboljšati svoju kvalitetu  tako da svi zajedno u Dalmaciji rastemo i u vinarstvu i u podrumarstvu. Studiranjem i edukacijom se će sigurno taj segment dodatno osnažiti. Moram naglasiti da je zadnjih 10 godina već napravljen veliki iskorak u Dalmaciji u vinarstvu i u podrumarstvu, kako s novim vinogradima, ulaganjem u opremu, tako i s novim znanjima, a ovo će definitivno biti dodatni impuls – rekao je Štimac, istaknuvši da bi vinari u suradnji s lokalnom samoupravom trebali raditi na tome da naša regije postane prepoznata vinska destinacija.

Rekao je i kako se kvaliteta vina već značajno podigla, no ipak nedostaje infrastruktura, kao što su vinske ceste, ceste maslinovog ulja i naravno uparivanje s hranom tj. gastronomski dio koji je također napredovao zadnjih godina u Dalmaciji, čemu svjedoče i restorani s Michelinovom zvjezdicom.

Manifestaciju je vodila Ivana Jadrić, tehnička voditeljica Ureda za provedbu projekta "The European University of the Seas" (SEA-EU), a između ostalih, događaj su podržali prof.dr. Đurđica Miletić, prorektorica za međunarodnu suradnju, prof.dr. Željko Radić, prorektor za pravne poslove i razvoj ljudskih potencijala, prof.dr. Tomislav Kilić, prorektor za poslovanje, Marijana Pivalica iz Turističke zajednice grada Splita i drugi.

Kulinarska radionica "Taste Croatia – Okusi Hrvatsku“ održala se danas u restoranu "Adriatic", a u okviru nje su studenti Hotelijerstva i gastronomije pripremali pobjednička jela manifestacije "Cooking experience“ organizirane u sklopu SEA-EU alijanse. Istovremeno, studenti Mediteranske poljoprivrede su predlagali vina koja se najbolje sljubljuju uz svako jelo.

Studente je na početku pripreme jela pozdravio prof. dr. Dragan Ljutić, rektor Sveučilišta u Splitu, kazavši kako se s obzirom na situaciju s pandemijom COVID-19 natjecanja na sveučilištima SEA-EU alijanse odvijaju u matičnim zemljama, gdje uz Splitsko sveučilište, sudjeluju poljski Gdanjsk, njemački Kiel, francuski Brest, španjolski Cadiz te Sveučilište Malta u La Valletti.

- U ovom trenutku naši se studenti natječu u kulinarstvu sa svojim kolegama, a izabrat ćemo najbolje predjelo, glavno jelo i desert. Naše Sveučilište na jedan način biva uzor drugim maritimnim sveučilištima. Mislim da možemo biti ponosni jer i u ovom slučaju pokazujemo europsko jedinstvo – ustvrdio je rektor Ljutić, naglasivši kako Sveučilište u Splitu u okviru alijanse radi i na projektu europske diplome, koja će u budućnosti postati putovnica koja će pružiti mogućnost zaposlenja, ne samo u našoj državi, nego i u svim drugim državama EU.

Osvrnuo se i na studij Mediteranske poljoprivrede na kojem se uskoro planira otvoriti i diplomska razina.

- Studij Mediteranske poljoprivrede ima velik potencijal. Na upisu u prvoj godini bilo je deset studenata, na drugoj godini već ih je 30, a dogodine očekujemo da će biti više zainteresiranih, nego što ima mjesta na studiju. Nismo tek tako izmjestili glavna zbivanja u grad Sinj s naznakom povezivanja Imotskog, Vrgorca i Sinja, naših predivnih kraških polja, sa Splitom, na našim prostorima u Peristilu, gdje je filijala Mediteranske poljoprivrede. Postoji i tendencija širenja na otoke Brač, Hvar, Vis i Šoltu. Mislim da možemo biti ponosni jer dajemo nove mogućnosti i perspektivu našim studentima – zaključio je rektor Ljutić.

Studenti prve i druge godine preddiplomskog studija HIG: Roberta Topić, Šime Kalac, Lara Ivanišević te Dina Đurović pripremali su jela s kojima su pobijedili na natjecanju "Cooking experience“ organiziranom na našem Sveučilištu, kada je prvo mjesto pripalo desertu Rožata, drugo mjesto osvojilo je predjelo Hobotnica, dok je treća pozicija dodijeljena glavnom jelu pod nazivom Polpete od plodova mora. Pripremu sva tri recepta mentorirao je prof. dr. Vedran Poljak, nastavnik studija Hotelijerstvo i gastronomija Sveučilišta u Splitu.

Virtualni prijenos

Za sve zainteresirane pokazna kulinarska radionica se prenosila virtualno, preko platforme Zoom, a preko nje su se mogli pobliže upoznati s hrvatskom gastronomijom. Cijeli događaj su online pratili studenti i profesori iz članica sveučilišta SEA-EU alijanse.

Student Mediteranske poljoprivrede Damir Štimac, inače vlasnik Vinarije Rizman, koji je na radionici predlagao vina uz pripremljena jela, iskazao je zadovoljstvo dosadašnjim studijem.

- Nadam se da će ubuduće biti omogućeno studiranje i vikendom da se mali obiteljski podrumi mogu educirati i poboljšati svoju kvalitetu  tako da svi zajedno u Dalmaciji rastemo i u vinarstvu i u podrumarstvu. Studiranjem i edukacijom se će sigurno taj segment dodatno osnažiti. Moram naglasiti da je zadnjih 10 godina već napravljen veliki iskorak u Dalmaciji u vinarstvu i u podrumarstvu, kako s novim vinogradima, ulaganjem u opremu, tako i s novim znanjima, a ovo će definitivno biti dodatni impuls – rekao je Štimac, istaknuvši da bi vinari u suradnji s lokalnom samoupravom trebali raditi na tome da naša regije postane prepoznata vinska destinacija.

Rekao je i kako se kvaliteta vina već značajno podigla, no ipak nedostaje infrastruktura, kao što su vinske ceste, ceste maslinovog ulja i naravno uparivanje s hranom tj. gastronomski dio koji je također napredovao zadnjih godina u Dalmaciji, čemu svjedoče i restorani s Michelinovom zvjezdicom.

Manifestaciju je vodila Ivana Jadrić, tehnička voditeljica Ureda za provedbu projekta "The European University of the Seas" (SEA-EU), a između ostalih, događaj su podržali prof.dr. Đurđica Miletić, prorektorica za međunarodnu suradnju, prof.dr. Željko Radić, prorektor za pravne poslove i razvoj ljudskih potencijala, prof.dr. Tomislav Kilić, prorektor za poslovanje, Marijana Pivalica iz Turističke zajednice grada Splita i drugi.
