- Stadionu na Poljudu potrebna je hitna rekonstrukcija i to nosivih elemenata i prostora ispod tribina koji su improvizirani i nikada u izvornom projektu nisu bili ni predviđeni - rekao nam je poznati splitski arhitekt Jerko Rošin, predsjednik Akademije arhitektonske umjetnosti i znanosti (AAUZ) koji je zajedno sa svojim kolegama arhitektima nedavno obišao stadion na Poljudu.

Njihovi domaćini iz Hajduka su ih upoznali s razlozima zbog kojih bi se gradio novi stadion na Brodarici, koji bi bio čisto nogometni stadion, odnosno bez atletske staze.

- Kada bi se Poljud obnovio i kada se obnovi, vratit ćemo se na početne pozicije iz 1979. godine, kada je on sagrađen i kada je Split dobio moderan atletski stadion. Nikada on nije bio predviđen samo za nogomet, već za atletiku, a to što se Hajduk u njega "uselio" to je druga priča.

Dakle, on bi bio obnovljen, no funkcionalno ne bi bio ništa bolji od onoga što je danas. Stadion u Poljudu je zaista svjetsko arhitektonsko čudo, na kraju krajeva on je i spomenik kulture i prema njemu se treba odnositi s velikim poštovanjem - kazuje nam Rošin.

Postoje mnoge ideje oko uređenja Poljuda.

- No, nekako je najprihvatljivija ona da se Poljud pretvori u otvorenu arenu, na kojoj će se događati razne priredbe, koncerti, sportska događanja, isto kao što se događaju u zatvorenim arenama. Međutim, temeljno je pitanje financiranja tog projekta, jer će on biti jako skup.

Lijepo bi bilo kada bi Split imao dva stadiona, jedan nogometni i jednu multifunkcionalnu arenu. Valja istaknuti da je još bivši gradonačelnik Nikola Grabić, od kolege arhitekte prof. Marijana Hržića, koji je član AAUZ-a naručio projekt uređenja Parka mladeži, kazuje Rošin.

Odakle novci za tako skupe projekte, uređenje Poljuda i gradnju stadiona na Brodarici?

- Sam Hajduk to ne može financirati. On treba pomoć Grada, ali i države, a moglo bi se sve skupa finacirati i ulaskom privatnog investitora, koji bi naravno imao svoj interes u cijeloj priči. Grad namjerava na Brodarci sagraditi i veliki broj stanova, ne za prodaju, već za iznajmljivanje. Sve to treba ukalkulirati i onda krenuti u projekt. Nije to nešto što se radi preko noći - ističe Rošin.

Svi se u Splitu vole hvaliti kako imaju jedan od najljepših stadiona na svijetu, koji je po svom izgledu bio "ispred svog vremena".

- Istina, stadion Poljud je arhitektonsko remek djelo. Kada se pogleda i gleda površno njemu ništa ne fali, ali kada se pogleda detaljno, okom arhitekta, njemu danas puno fali, u ovom novom vremenu s novim standardima - kazuje Rošin.

Zanimalo nas je, jesu li zbog stanja poljdskog stadiona ugroženi ljudi koji pohode Hajdukove utakmice.

- Nisu, odnosno mi nismo dobili na uvid nikakva vještačenja koja bi na to ukazivala. Kada je u pitanju pretvaranje Poljuda u nogometni stadion, moram istaknuti da bi bilo potrebno "ukopati" teren, tribine spustiti niže, što bi značilo da Hajduk najmanje dvije godine ne bi mogao igrati na Poljudu. No, ponavljam, da bi se krenulo u bilo kakav projekt potrebno je riješiti financije. To je prvo i osnovno - zaključio je Jerko Rošin.

Posjet "Poljudskoj ljepotici", arhitektonskom djelu svjetskog značaja kolege im akademika Borisa Magaša bio je prigoda za detaljnije upoznavanje s razmišljanjima o neophodnoj rekonstrukciji ovog splitskog stadiona i ideji da se u Splitu gradi novi na Brodarici, ali isključivo kao nogometni. O tome je članove AAUZ upoznao i sam gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak.

- Svoje znanje smo stavili na raspolaganje Gradu i Hajduku te smo istaknuli ako im bude potrebno da nam se i obrate. Rado ćemo pomoći i uvijek se odazvati na poziv za sastanak. Želim istaknuti da smo spremni biti savjetodavno tijelo u cijelom projektu, rekao je Rošin.

- Stadionu na Poljudu potrebna je hitna rekonstrukcija i to nosivih elemenata i prostora ispod tribina koji su improvizirani i nikada u izvornom projektu nisu bili ni predviđeni - rekao nam je poznati splitski arhitekt Jerko Rošin, predsjednik Akademije arhitektonske umjetnosti i znanosti (AAUZ) koji je zajedno sa svojim kolegama arhitektima nedavno obišao stadion na Poljudu.

Njihovi domaćini iz Hajduka su ih upoznali s razlozima zbog kojih bi se gradio novi stadion na Brodarici, koji bi bio čisto nogometni stadion, odnosno bez atletske staze.

- Kada bi se Poljud obnovio i kada se obnovi, vratit ćemo se na početne pozicije iz 1979. godine, kada je on sagrađen i kada je Split dobio moderan atletski stadion. Nikada on nije bio predviđen samo za nogomet, već za atletiku, a to što se Hajduk u njega "uselio" to je druga priča.

Dakle, on bi bio obnovljen, no funkcionalno ne bi bio ništa bolji od onoga što je danas. Stadion u Poljudu je zaista svjetsko arhitektonsko čudo, na kraju krajeva on je i spomenik kulture i prema njemu se treba odnositi s velikim poštovanjem - kazuje nam Rošin.

Postoje mnoge ideje oko uređenja Poljuda.

- No, nekako je najprihvatljivija ona da se Poljud pretvori u otvorenu arenu, na kojoj će se događati razne priredbe, koncerti, sportska događanja, isto kao što se događaju u zatvorenim arenama. Međutim, temeljno je pitanje financiranja tog projekta, jer će on biti jako skup.

Lijepo bi bilo kada bi Split imao dva stadiona, jedan nogometni i jednu multifunkcionalnu arenu. Valja istaknuti da je još bivši gradonačelnik Nikola Grabić, od kolege arhitekte prof. Marijana Hržića, koji je član AAUZ-a naručio projekt uređenja Parka mladeži, kazuje Rošin.

Odakle novci za tako skupe projekte, uređenje Poljuda i gradnju stadiona na Brodarici?

- Sam Hajduk to ne može financirati. On treba pomoć Grada, ali i države, a moglo bi se sve skupa finacirati i ulaskom privatnog investitora, koji bi naravno imao svoj interes u cijeloj priči. Grad namjerava na Brodarci sagraditi i veliki broj stanova, ne za prodaju, već za iznajmljivanje. Sve to treba ukalkulirati i onda krenuti u projekt. Nije to nešto što se radi preko noći - ističe Rošin.

Svi se u Splitu vole hvaliti kako imaju jedan od najljepših stadiona na svijetu, koji je po svom izgledu bio "ispred svog vremena".

- Istina, stadion Poljud je arhitektonsko remek djelo. Kada se pogleda i gleda površno njemu ništa ne fali, ali kada se pogleda detaljno, okom arhitekta, njemu danas puno fali, u ovom novom vremenu s novim standardima - kazuje Rošin.

Zanimalo nas je, jesu li zbog stanja poljdskog stadiona ugroženi ljudi koji pohode Hajdukove utakmice.

- Nisu, odnosno mi nismo dobili na uvid nikakva vještačenja koja bi na to ukazivala. Kada je u pitanju pretvaranje Poljuda u nogometni stadion, moram istaknuti da bi bilo potrebno "ukopati" teren, tribine spustiti niže, što bi značilo da Hajduk najmanje dvije godine ne bi mogao igrati na Poljudu. No, ponavljam, da bi se krenulo u bilo kakav projekt potrebno je riješiti financije. To je prvo i osnovno - zaključio je Jerko Rošin.

Posjet "Poljudskoj ljepotici", arhitektonskom djelu svjetskog značaja kolege im akademika Borisa Magaša bio je prigoda za detaljnije upoznavanje s razmišljanjima o neophodnoj rekonstrukciji ovog splitskog stadiona i ideji da se u Splitu gradi novi na Brodarici, ali isključivo kao nogometni. O tome je članove AAUZ upoznao i sam gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak.

- Svoje znanje smo stavili na raspolaganje Gradu i Hajduku te smo istaknuli ako im bude potrebno da nam se i obrate. Rado ćemo pomoći i uvijek se odazvati na poziv za sastanak. Želim istaknuti da smo spremni biti savjetodavno tijelo u cijelom projektu, rekao je Rošin.
