Loša epidemiološka slika ubrzala je cijepljenje. Iako u Splitu raste interes za cijepljenje, nažalost sve je više hospitaliziranih.
- U jedinici intenzivnog liječenja covid pozitivnih bolesnika Kliničkog bolničkog centra Split, prema podacima s kojima mi raspolažemo je 36 strojno prodisavanih pacijenata, to nije apsolutni broj bolesnika u jedinci intenzivnog liječenja, i još je pet bolesnika tijekom današnjeg dana uspješno skinuto s mehaničke ventilacije i sada spontano dišu, izjavio je dr. sc. Božidar Duplančić, doc., Klinika za anesteziologiju, reanimatologiju i intenzivno liječenje KBC-a Split, za Dnevnik HTV-a.
Dr. sc. Božidar Duplančić rekao je kako je ovo najveća ugroza koja je zadesila hrvatsku državu i narod nakon Domovinskog rata, te je dodao kako je se svi trude, puno rade i nadaju se da uspješno izlaze na kraj s ugrozom.
- Sadašnja varijanta SARS-CoV-2 virusa koja uzrokuje bolest covid-19 je već nekoliko puta mutirala, tako da ova delta varijanta i možda delta plus varijanta koja hara Europom je daleko zaraznija nego onaj originalni wuhanski soj. Puno se lakše zaraziti, naši ljudi pogotovo ovdje u primorju i Dalmaciji su se izuzetno opustili, ne pridržavaju se osnovnih mjera socijalne distance, u zatvorenim prostorima ne nose maske, tako da je put prijenosa s čovjeka na čovjeka olakšan, naglašava Duplančić.
Na pitanje koliko daleko smo od najcrnijeg scenarija kada bi liječnici morali birati koga staviti na respirator, dr. sc. Božidar Duplančić odgovorio je kako se nada da je to pitanje retoričko i kako se nada da neće biti potrebe za time.
- Jedinicu intenzivnog liječenja covid pozitivnih bolesnika trenutno čini čitavo prizemlje, skoro čitav drugi kat i po potrebi će se otvarati i peti kat bolnice. Planovi su napravljeni, u slučaju potrebe nadam se da nećemo biti zatečeni, rekao je dr. sc. Duplančić.
Na mehaničkoj ventilaciji trudnica i 22-godišnjak
Epidemija ne popušta. Na liječenju u splitskom KBC-u 157 je zaraženih koronavirusom. 38 pacijenata na mehaničkoj je ventilaciji. Dvije trudnice u teškome stanju i 22-godišnjak bez komorbiditeta dišu s pomoću respiratora. Nisu cijepljeni.
- Danas je najgore ikada u Splitu u COVID jedinici i općenito nikada nismo imali toliko bolesnika na mehaničkoj ventilaciji. Sve češće dobivano mlade osobe bez ikakvih komorbiditeta koji nisu cijepljeni, rekla je dr. Sandra Stojanović Stipić, predstojnica Klinike za anesteziologiju i intenzivno liječenje KBC-a Split.
Pojačavaju se kapaciteti za cijepljenje
Nema predaha ni u Klinici za infektivne bolesti "Dr. Fran Mihaljević".
- Starosna dob je niža, kreće se između 40 do 6. Tijekom dana je 160 rendgena učinjeno, većinom je to riječ o pacijentima s obostranom upalom pluća, rekla je dr. Alemka Markotić, ravnateljica Klinike za infektivne bolesti „Dr. Fran Mihaljević".
Za potpuniju dijagnostičku sliku Klinici je Veleposlanstvo SAD-a doniralo uređaj vrijedan više od milijun kuna.
- Koji omogućava detektiranje i sekvencioniranje velikog broja uzoraka bolesnika s COVID-om, s raznim varijantama Sars-Cov-2. Isto tako poslužit će u dijagnostici brojnih drugih uzročnika, rekla je Markotić.
Osam novih cijepnih punktova u Zagrebu bit će otvoreno sedam dana u tjednu od 14 do 20 sati. Gužve i redovi nisu izostali.
Sve više gradova diljem Hrvatske pojačava kapacitete za cijepljenje bez najave.

Loša epidemiološka slika ubrzala je cijepljenje. Iako u Splitu raste interes za cijepljenje, nažalost sve je više hospitaliziranih.
- U jedinici intenzivnog liječenja covid pozitivnih bolesnika Kliničkog bolničkog centra Split, prema podacima s kojima mi raspolažemo je 36 strojno prodisavanih pacijenata, to nije apsolutni broj bolesnika u jedinci intenzivnog liječenja, i još je pet bolesnika tijekom današnjeg dana uspješno skinuto s mehaničke ventilacije i sada spontano dišu, izjavio je dr. sc. Božidar Duplančić, doc., Klinika za anesteziologiju, reanimatologiju i intenzivno liječenje KBC-a Split, za Dnevnik HTV-a.
Dr. sc. Božidar Duplančić rekao je kako je ovo najveća ugroza koja je zadesila hrvatsku državu i narod nakon Domovinskog rata, te je dodao kako je se svi trude, puno rade i nadaju se da uspješno izlaze na kraj s ugrozom.
- Sadašnja varijanta SARS-CoV-2 virusa koja uzrokuje bolest covid-19 je već nekoliko puta mutirala, tako da ova delta varijanta i možda delta plus varijanta koja hara Europom je daleko zaraznija nego onaj originalni wuhanski soj. Puno se lakše zaraziti, naši ljudi pogotovo ovdje u primorju i Dalmaciji su se izuzetno opustili, ne pridržavaju se osnovnih mjera socijalne distance, u zatvorenim prostorima ne nose maske, tako da je put prijenosa s čovjeka na čovjeka olakšan, naglašava Duplančić.
Na pitanje koliko daleko smo od najcrnijeg scenarija kada bi liječnici morali birati koga staviti na respirator, dr. sc. Božidar Duplančić odgovorio je kako se nada da je to pitanje retoričko i kako se nada da neće biti potrebe za time.
- Jedinicu intenzivnog liječenja covid pozitivnih bolesnika trenutno čini čitavo prizemlje, skoro čitav drugi kat i po potrebi će se otvarati i peti kat bolnice. Planovi su napravljeni, u slučaju potrebe nadam se da nećemo biti zatečeni, rekao je dr. sc. Duplančić.
Na mehaničkoj ventilaciji trudnica i 22-godišnjak
Epidemija ne popušta. Na liječenju u splitskom KBC-u 157 je zaraženih koronavirusom. 38 pacijenata na mehaničkoj je ventilaciji. Dvije trudnice u teškome stanju i 22-godišnjak bez komorbiditeta dišu s pomoću respiratora. Nisu cijepljeni.
- Danas je najgore ikada u Splitu u COVID jedinici i općenito nikada nismo imali toliko bolesnika na mehaničkoj ventilaciji. Sve češće dobivano mlade osobe bez ikakvih komorbiditeta koji nisu cijepljeni, rekla je dr. Sandra Stojanović Stipić, predstojnica Klinike za anesteziologiju i intenzivno liječenje KBC-a Split.
Pojačavaju se kapaciteti za cijepljenje
Nema predaha ni u Klinici za infektivne bolesti "Dr. Fran Mihaljević".
- Starosna dob je niža, kreće se između 40 do 6. Tijekom dana je 160 rendgena učinjeno, većinom je to riječ o pacijentima s obostranom upalom pluća, rekla je dr. Alemka Markotić, ravnateljica Klinike za infektivne bolesti „Dr. Fran Mihaljević".
Za potpuniju dijagnostičku sliku Klinici je Veleposlanstvo SAD-a doniralo uređaj vrijedan više od milijun kuna.
- Koji omogućava detektiranje i sekvencioniranje velikog broja uzoraka bolesnika s COVID-om, s raznim varijantama Sars-Cov-2. Isto tako poslužit će u dijagnostici brojnih drugih uzročnika, rekla je Markotić.
Osam novih cijepnih punktova u Zagrebu bit će otvoreno sedam dana u tjednu od 14 do 20 sati. Gužve i redovi nisu izostali.
Sve više gradova diljem Hrvatske pojačava kapacitete za cijepljenje bez najave.
