Što se u splitskoj komunali napravilo prošle godine? Malo toga. Kad pogledamo materijale za sutrašnju sjednicu Gradskog vijeća i točku dnevnog reda koja se odnosi na izvršenje programa građenja komunalne infrastrukture za 2022. godinu, vidimo da se realiziralo tek 44 posto od planiranog. Znači, manje od 50 posto. Ne sjećamo se tako lošeg rezultata.
Ambiciozno se u ovom dijelu komunale proračunom planiralo 145.449.000 kuna, pa je rebalansom iznos izmijenjen na 49.013.960 kuna, da bi na kraju realizacija bila mršavih 21.582.619 kuna.
Izdvojit ćemo neke važne projekte čija je realizacija lani izostala ili je napravljeno tako malo da je zanemarivo.
Za prijeko potrebni parking u Slatinama prošle se godine trebala izraditi podloga za izmjenu UPU-a, ali od toga nije bilo ništa.
Prometnice za radnu zonu Dračevac su također na nula posto realizacije jer su vlasnici zemljišta odustali od dogovora, ista je situacija po pitanju realizacije i s Putem iza nove bolnice, kao i slučaju planirane izgradnje trga na Trsteniku.

Stanovnici dijela Mosećke ulice na Kocunaru nadali su se javnoj rasvjeti koja je za 2022. bila planirana, ali i od toga - nula bodova. Problem vječitog mraka koji vlada na dijelu šetnice između Bačvica i Ovčica trebao se makar početi rješavati natječajem za izradu projekta, ali i tu, pogađate - ćorak.
Odustalo se i od realizacije garaže na Zvončacu jer vlasnik nije prihvatio ponuđenu cijenu te je odustao od kupnje zemljišta. Na nula posto realizacije je i izgradnja krematorija i uklanjanje toplane na Blatinama.
Sada ćemo se prebaciti na prometnicu koja se desetljećima gradi - Vukovarska ulica. Otkad se otvorio City Center One dionica od Lovrinačke do Ulice hrvatske neovisnosti nikako da osvane u punom profilu. A kako vidimo, i neće tako skoro. Otezanje stranaka koje traže naknadu troškova zemljišta razlog je zašto su pravni postupci trajali godinama.

Planiralo se u 2022. godini dovršiti te radove u punom profilu na navedenoj dionici, te u ovoj godini izraditi projektnu dokumentaciju za lokacijsku dozvolu za dionicu do Stobreča.
Od svega toga izvedeni su radovi samo na dijelu dionice koja je imovinski čista. Kad to pretvorimo u brojke - mršavih 9,13 posto.
Da ne završimo u potpuno negativnom tonu, crnu statistiku spasilo je par projekata koji su privedeni kraju. Tu spada važan posao kupnje zemljišta za proširenje groblja Lovrinac - Grad je za izvlaštenje isplatio 3,82 milijuna kuna. Završeno je uređenje Tončićeve ulice, dječje igralište na Neslanovcu, a u Zajčevoj je izveden dio radova koji su bili mogući na dijelu koji je imovinski čist.

Što se u splitskoj komunali napravilo prošle godine? Malo toga. Kad pogledamo materijale za sutrašnju sjednicu Gradskog vijeća i točku dnevnog reda koja se odnosi na izvršenje programa građenja komunalne infrastrukture za 2022. godinu, vidimo da se realiziralo tek 44 posto od planiranog. Znači, manje od 50 posto. Ne sjećamo se tako lošeg rezultata.
Ambiciozno se u ovom dijelu komunale proračunom planiralo 145.449.000 kuna, pa je rebalansom iznos izmijenjen na 49.013.960 kuna, da bi na kraju realizacija bila mršavih 21.582.619 kuna.
Izdvojit ćemo neke važne projekte čija je realizacija lani izostala ili je napravljeno tako malo da je zanemarivo.
Za prijeko potrebni parking u Slatinama prošle se godine trebala izraditi podloga za izmjenu UPU-a, ali od toga nije bilo ništa.
Prometnice za radnu zonu Dračevac su također na nula posto realizacije jer su vlasnici zemljišta odustali od dogovora, ista je situacija po pitanju realizacije i s Putem iza nove bolnice, kao i slučaju planirane izgradnje trga na Trsteniku.

Stanovnici dijela Mosećke ulice na Kocunaru nadali su se javnoj rasvjeti koja je za 2022. bila planirana, ali i od toga - nula bodova. Problem vječitog mraka koji vlada na dijelu šetnice između Bačvica i Ovčica trebao se makar početi rješavati natječajem za izradu projekta, ali i tu, pogađate - ćorak.
Odustalo se i od realizacije garaže na Zvončacu jer vlasnik nije prihvatio ponuđenu cijenu te je odustao od kupnje zemljišta. Na nula posto realizacije je i izgradnja krematorija i uklanjanje toplane na Blatinama.
Sada ćemo se prebaciti na prometnicu koja se desetljećima gradi - Vukovarska ulica. Otkad se otvorio City Center One dionica od Lovrinačke do Ulice hrvatske neovisnosti nikako da osvane u punom profilu. A kako vidimo, i neće tako skoro. Otezanje stranaka koje traže naknadu troškova zemljišta razlog je zašto su pravni postupci trajali godinama.

Planiralo se u 2022. godini dovršiti te radove u punom profilu na navedenoj dionici, te u ovoj godini izraditi projektnu dokumentaciju za lokacijsku dozvolu za dionicu do Stobreča.
Od svega toga izvedeni su radovi samo na dijelu dionice koja je imovinski čista. Kad to pretvorimo u brojke - mršavih 9,13 posto.
Da ne završimo u potpuno negativnom tonu, crnu statistiku spasilo je par projekata koji su privedeni kraju. Tu spada važan posao kupnje zemljišta za proširenje groblja Lovrinac - Grad je za izvlaštenje isplatio 3,82 milijuna kuna. Završeno je uređenje Tončićeve ulice, dječje igralište na Neslanovcu, a u Zajčevoj je izveden dio radova koji su bili mogući na dijelu koji je imovinski čist.
