Antu život svih njegovih sedamnaest godina nije pomilovao. Dijagnoze su ga uz krevet prikovale, a mama i očuh su uz njega stalno. Sto posto njihovoga angažmana i sto posto njegovoga invaliditeta u jednoj rečenici i nerazumijevanje svijeta van toga.

I onda umjesto da im se pokuša barem olakšati, sve kao da se urotilo da bude upravo suprotno.

Kao osoba sa stopostotnim invaliditetom Ante od Centra za socijalnu skrb svakog mjeseca dobija bon za naplatu električne energije vrijedan 500 kuna.

- Taj bon služi isključivo i samo za plaćanje struje, ne možete, recimo, višak novca ostaviti za poslije ili ga unovčiti. Pa onda pričekam tri, četiri mjeseca kako bi mogla platiti zimske rate struje, one su daleko više od ljetnih - pripovjeda nam mama Dajana.

Tako je planirala uraditi i ovoga puta. Rata struje je 1200 kuna, iskoristit će, računala je, tri bona i dobro svima. Čovjek planira, netko drugi određuje.

- U poslovnici Fine zamolim da mi uplate vaučere u korist HEP-a, a djelatnica mi veli da ne može, jer imam samo jedan bon na raspolaganju - uvodi nas u priču Dajana.

Gdje su nestala tri bona? Gdje je nestalo 1500 kuna? Uz ta dva još tisuću pitanja joj se rojilo glavom. I onda, kako to već obično biva, je došlo do povišenih tonova. Nju su optuživali da tko zna kome je dala pravo za naplatu struje, ona njih da ne znaju raditi...

Prijava policiji

- Nakon 25 dana boravka u bolnici to mi je bio prvi "izlazak" i onda se dogodi što se dogodi. Osjećala sam se tako jadno! Dala sam k vragu i bonove i invaliditet, izgledalo mi je da me svi u poslovnici gledaju, kao da ni muž ni ja ne radimo, baš mi je bilo neugodno - prisjeća se Dajana, dala je svoju bankovnu karticu i zamolila djelatnicu Fine da joj naplati račun za struju, okrenula se na peti i prijavila sve policiji.

- Nismo našli elemente kaznenoga djela. Djelatnici su počinili grešku koju će ispraviti - kazali su nam u Policijskoj upravi Splitsko-dalmatinskoj.

U Financijskoj agenciji su nam napomenuli kako navedeni slučaj smatraju izuzetkom, a ne pravilom u svakodnevnom poslovanju s klijentima.

- Zbog neadekvatno pružene usluge, nestanka tri bona za naplatu električne energije, vrijednih 1.500 kuna, maloljetne osobe s invaliditetom u poslovnici Financijske agencije, izuzetno nam je žao zbog nastale situacije.

Voditeljica i djelatnice poslovnice Fine upoznate su sa sadržajem Vašeg upita te im je skrenuta pažnja na važnost pridržavanja radnih uputa i procedura kao i Kodeksa ponašanja radnika Financijske agencije koji nalaže djelatniku profesionalnost, ljubaznost i susretljivost u radu te pružanja svih usluga iz portfelja usluga Financijske agencije - vele u Fini.

Provjerom su ustanovili kako se u navedenoj poslovnici prilikom unosa vaučera za subvenciju električne energije dogodila pogreška djelatnika. Greškom gledajući samo prezime korisnika unesena su sva tri vaučera u korist računa HEP-a. Dakle, osoba Antinog prezimena je "platila" 1500 kuna svoj račun za struju.

Storno naloga

- Pokrenut je postupak reklamacije u kojem je zatraženo storniranje naloga i vraćanje vaučera na maloljetnog korisnika. Voditeljica poslovnice je majci maloljetnog korisnika objasnila situaciju te se ispričala za počinjenu pogrešku pri čemu je gospođa zamoljena za strpljenje.

Naime, upravo korektan, profesionalan i ljubazan pristup svakom klijentu od izuzetne je važnosti u poslovanju i jedan je od prioriteta koje postavljamo pred naše radnike - vele nam u Financijskoj agenciji.

Nesvjestan svega Ante je uljuljuškan u sigurne ruke svoje majke. Koja je izdvojila 1200 kuna za naplatu računa od struje. Koje ne može vratiti. Tako je kako je.

Ne pita je ionako nitko koliko svakog mjeseca izdvaja za sve lijekove koje Ante treba, a Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje drži na listi lijekova koje ne subvencioniraju...

Antu život svih njegovih sedamnaest godina nije pomilovao. Dijagnoze su ga uz krevet prikovale, a mama i očuh su uz njega stalno. Sto posto njihovoga angažmana i sto posto njegovoga invaliditeta u jednoj rečenici i nerazumijevanje svijeta van toga.

I onda umjesto da im se pokuša barem olakšati, sve kao da se urotilo da bude upravo suprotno.

Kao osoba sa stopostotnim invaliditetom Ante od Centra za socijalnu skrb svakog mjeseca dobija bon za naplatu električne energije vrijedan 500 kuna.

- Taj bon služi isključivo i samo za plaćanje struje, ne možete, recimo, višak novca ostaviti za poslije ili ga unovčiti. Pa onda pričekam tri, četiri mjeseca kako bi mogla platiti zimske rate struje, one su daleko više od ljetnih - pripovjeda nam mama Dajana.

Tako je planirala uraditi i ovoga puta. Rata struje je 1200 kuna, iskoristit će, računala je, tri bona i dobro svima. Čovjek planira, netko drugi određuje.

- U poslovnici Fine zamolim da mi uplate vaučere u korist HEP-a, a djelatnica mi veli da ne može, jer imam samo jedan bon na raspolaganju - uvodi nas u priču Dajana.

Gdje su nestala tri bona? Gdje je nestalo 1500 kuna? Uz ta dva još tisuću pitanja joj se rojilo glavom. I onda, kako to već obično biva, je došlo do povišenih tonova. Nju su optuživali da tko zna kome je dala pravo za naplatu struje, ona njih da ne znaju raditi...

Prijava policiji

- Nakon 25 dana boravka u bolnici to mi je bio prvi "izlazak" i onda se dogodi što se dogodi. Osjećala sam se tako jadno! Dala sam k vragu i bonove i invaliditet, izgledalo mi je da me svi u poslovnici gledaju, kao da ni muž ni ja ne radimo, baš mi je bilo neugodno - prisjeća se Dajana, dala je svoju bankovnu karticu i zamolila djelatnicu Fine da joj naplati račun za struju, okrenula se na peti i prijavila sve policiji.

- Nismo našli elemente kaznenoga djela. Djelatnici su počinili grešku koju će ispraviti - kazali su nam u Policijskoj upravi Splitsko-dalmatinskoj.

U Financijskoj agenciji su nam napomenuli kako navedeni slučaj smatraju izuzetkom, a ne pravilom u svakodnevnom poslovanju s klijentima.

- Zbog neadekvatno pružene usluge, nestanka tri bona za naplatu električne energije, vrijednih 1.500 kuna, maloljetne osobe s invaliditetom u poslovnici Financijske agencije, izuzetno nam je žao zbog nastale situacije.

Voditeljica i djelatnice poslovnice Fine upoznate su sa sadržajem Vašeg upita te im je skrenuta pažnja na važnost pridržavanja radnih uputa i procedura kao i Kodeksa ponašanja radnika Financijske agencije koji nalaže djelatniku profesionalnost, ljubaznost i susretljivost u radu te pružanja svih usluga iz portfelja usluga Financijske agencije - vele u Fini.

Provjerom su ustanovili kako se u navedenoj poslovnici prilikom unosa vaučera za subvenciju električne energije dogodila pogreška djelatnika. Greškom gledajući samo prezime korisnika unesena su sva tri vaučera u korist računa HEP-a. Dakle, osoba Antinog prezimena je "platila" 1500 kuna svoj račun za struju.

Storno naloga

- Pokrenut je postupak reklamacije u kojem je zatraženo storniranje naloga i vraćanje vaučera na maloljetnog korisnika. Voditeljica poslovnice je majci maloljetnog korisnika objasnila situaciju te se ispričala za počinjenu pogrešku pri čemu je gospođa zamoljena za strpljenje.

Naime, upravo korektan, profesionalan i ljubazan pristup svakom klijentu od izuzetne je važnosti u poslovanju i jedan je od prioriteta koje postavljamo pred naše radnike - vele nam u Financijskoj agenciji.

Nesvjestan svega Ante je uljuljuškan u sigurne ruke svoje majke. Koja je izdvojila 1200 kuna za naplatu računa od struje. Koje ne može vratiti. Tako je kako je.

Ne pita je ionako nitko koliko svakog mjeseca izdvaja za sve lijekove koje Ante treba, a Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje drži na listi lijekova koje ne subvencioniraju...
