U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji danas su 62 novooboljele osobe, a cjelokupnu situaciju komentirao je dr. Ivo Ivić, predstojnik Klinike za infektologiju u KBC-u Split.

- Situacija je lakša nego što je bila proteklih tjedana. U stacionarima Respiratorno-intenzivističkog centra hospitalizirano je 135 bolesnika. Na respiratoru se nalazi četvero bolesnika.

Treba uzeti u obzir da su još četiri bolesnika na respiratoru koji nisu više COVID pozitivni što govori koliko je to ozbiljna bolest i koliko dugo takvi bolesnici kojima je relativno uspješno liječenje moraju biti na respiratoru - kazao je dr. Ivić.

Što se tiče pritiska na Hitni prijem, ističe kako je daleko manji nego prije.

- Prije četiri tjedna smo prelazili brojke od 100 pregleda dnevno, sada je bitno manje - oko 40-ak pregleda, ali napominjem, daleko smo od toga da je dobra situacija.

 Izvanredno je što smo dobili cjepivo i što je krenulo cijepljenje, ali ono traži vremena i da bismo postigli kolektivni imunitet trebali bismo se svi cijepiti - istaknuo je dr. Ivić.

Dodao je kako bi se trebalo cijepiti 70 posto ljudi kako bi se taj cilj postigao. 

- Do tada se trebamo držati mjera. Što manje kontakata, obiteljska druženja u najužem krugu, poslovni kontakti bi što je više moguće trebali biti online... To je nešto što bi moglo osigurati da bude što manje lockdowna. Kada su brojevi veliki, onda ni epidemiološka služba ne može obaviti sav posao kako bi željela - pojasnio je dr. Ivić.

Na novinarsko pitanje brine li ih veliki broj građana koji je otišao pomoći stradalima u potresima, dr. Ivić je kazao:

- Naravno da nas brine, ali to je nešto gdje jednostavno moramo biti ljudi i tome se prilagoditi. Ono što je primarni cilj je da se cijepi što je moguće više stanovništva i onih koji im pomažu.

U Zadru je potvrđena zaraza koronavirusom kod osoba koje su primile prvu dozu cjepiva, a dr. Ivić objašnjava kako to nije ništa neuobičajeno.

- Ne bih se začudio da sada i ja dobijem simptome, iako sam cijepljen. Jednostavno, cjepivu treba vremena da razvije dostatnu imunost da vas zaštiti od infekcije - objasnio je.

Na pitanje što je doprinijelo manjem broju oboljelih, strože mjere ili veća odgovornost građana, dr. Ivić je odgovorio:

- I jedno i drugo. Ono što mene žalosti jest činjenica da mjere moraju biti stroge da bi se građani odgovornije ponašali. Ja bih bio sretniji kada bi se ljudi odgovornije ponašali uz mjere koje nisu prestroge, kada bismo sami uspjeli kontrolirati svoje ponašanje, druženje, velika okupljanja... To je ono što najviše doprinosi i najbolje bi nam osiguralo koliko toliko normalan život - istaknuo je predstojnik Klinike za infektologiju.

Što se tiče cijepljenja u bolnici, kazao je kako su doze koje su do sada dobili potrošili, te kako očekuju nove.

Liječnici obiteljske medicine kažu kako je vrlo mali interes građana za cijepljenje, a dr. Ivić ističe kako će građane, kada vide da je sve veći broj procijepljenih bez značajnijih nuspojava, to motivirati da se i sami cijepe.

- Cijepljenje nam je presudno ako mislimo konačno normalno živjeti. Ako se ljudi ne budu cijepili onda smo osuđeni da lockdown ili polulockdown vrlo neodređenog trajanja. Bez toga nam neće biti dobra perspektiva - zaključuje dr. Ivić.

U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji danas su 62 novooboljele osobe, a cjelokupnu situaciju komentirao je dr. Ivo Ivić, predstojnik Klinike za infektologiju u KBC-u Split.

- Situacija je lakša nego što je bila proteklih tjedana. U stacionarima Respiratorno-intenzivističkog centra hospitalizirano je 135 bolesnika. Na respiratoru se nalazi četvero bolesnika.

Treba uzeti u obzir da su još četiri bolesnika na respiratoru koji nisu više COVID pozitivni što govori koliko je to ozbiljna bolest i koliko dugo takvi bolesnici kojima je relativno uspješno liječenje moraju biti na respiratoru - kazao je dr. Ivić.

Što se tiče pritiska na Hitni prijem, ističe kako je daleko manji nego prije.

- Prije četiri tjedna smo prelazili brojke od 100 pregleda dnevno, sada je bitno manje - oko 40-ak pregleda, ali napominjem, daleko smo od toga da je dobra situacija.

 Izvanredno je što smo dobili cjepivo i što je krenulo cijepljenje, ali ono traži vremena i da bismo postigli kolektivni imunitet trebali bismo se svi cijepiti - istaknuo je dr. Ivić.

Dodao je kako bi se trebalo cijepiti 70 posto ljudi kako bi se taj cilj postigao. 

- Do tada se trebamo držati mjera. Što manje kontakata, obiteljska druženja u najužem krugu, poslovni kontakti bi što je više moguće trebali biti online... To je nešto što bi moglo osigurati da bude što manje lockdowna. Kada su brojevi veliki, onda ni epidemiološka služba ne može obaviti sav posao kako bi željela - pojasnio je dr. Ivić.

Na novinarsko pitanje brine li ih veliki broj građana koji je otišao pomoći stradalima u potresima, dr. Ivić je kazao:

- Naravno da nas brine, ali to je nešto gdje jednostavno moramo biti ljudi i tome se prilagoditi. Ono što je primarni cilj je da se cijepi što je moguće više stanovništva i onih koji im pomažu.

U Zadru je potvrđena zaraza koronavirusom kod osoba koje su primile prvu dozu cjepiva, a dr. Ivić objašnjava kako to nije ništa neuobičajeno.

- Ne bih se začudio da sada i ja dobijem simptome, iako sam cijepljen. Jednostavno, cjepivu treba vremena da razvije dostatnu imunost da vas zaštiti od infekcije - objasnio je.

Na pitanje što je doprinijelo manjem broju oboljelih, strože mjere ili veća odgovornost građana, dr. Ivić je odgovorio:

- I jedno i drugo. Ono što mene žalosti jest činjenica da mjere moraju biti stroge da bi se građani odgovornije ponašali. Ja bih bio sretniji kada bi se ljudi odgovornije ponašali uz mjere koje nisu prestroge, kada bismo sami uspjeli kontrolirati svoje ponašanje, druženje, velika okupljanja... To je ono što najviše doprinosi i najbolje bi nam osiguralo koliko toliko normalan život - istaknuo je predstojnik Klinike za infektologiju.

Što se tiče cijepljenja u bolnici, kazao je kako su doze koje su do sada dobili potrošili, te kako očekuju nove.

Liječnici obiteljske medicine kažu kako je vrlo mali interes građana za cijepljenje, a dr. Ivić ističe kako će građane, kada vide da je sve veći broj procijepljenih bez značajnijih nuspojava, to motivirati da se i sami cijepe.

- Cijepljenje nam je presudno ako mislimo konačno normalno živjeti. Ako se ljudi ne budu cijepili onda smo osuđeni da lockdown ili polulockdown vrlo neodređenog trajanja. Bez toga nam neće biti dobra perspektiva - zaključuje dr. Ivić.
