Jedna od onih koja sa svojim 19-godišnjim sinom, za kojega liječnici već šest mjeseci sumnjaju da ima astmu, proživljava pravu „reagensnu dramu“ jest i
Ingrid Cokarić iz Splita. Njezinu sinu ne mogu napraviti na kliničkom Zavodu za nuklearnu medicinu test na alergiju za astmu, jer nemaju reagensa.
- U prosincu 2011. godine sin mi je započeo s pulmološkim pretragama, a sve zbog sumnje da boluje od astme. Nakon pulmoloških pretraga specijalista pulmolog uputio mi je sina na klinički Zavod za nuklearnu medicinu da obavi pretragu vađenja krvi za utvrđivanje ima li ili nema neku alergiju.
I od tada, od 12. prosinca prošle godine ja konstantno zovem Nuklearnu medicinu i stalno mi govore kako nemaju reagensa uz pomoć kojeg rade analizu. Stalno mi govore da zovem za 15 dana, pa za tri tjedna, pa za mjesec dana i tako unedogled - kazuje Ingrid Cokarić.
Cijelo to vrijeme 19-godišnjak ima problema s disanjem i tu mu pomaže jedan liječnik. - Iskusni liječnik opće prakse mu je dao serotide (pumpicu za astmu), iako on to ne bi smio davati bez nalaza specijalista (pulmologa) i ja sam mu zbog toga zahvalna do neba. Pa sin bi mi se do sada, u ovih šest mjeseci ugušio da nema te pumpice - zaključuje Ingrid Cokarić.
Dnevno do 20 pacijenata
Inače, na kliničkom Zavodu za nuklearnu medicinu, posebno u proljeće, dnevno ima od 15 do 20 pacijenata kojima je potrebno napraviti ispitivanje na neku od alergija.
- U proljeće bude više ljudi s alergijama i sada ćemo, čim dobijemo reagens, napraviti sva ta ispitivanja, a ova kašnjenja nisu zbog naše pogreške - kaže dr. Ante Punda, predstojnik kliničkog Zavoda za nuklearnu medicinu.

No, prema uvjeravanjima iz KBC-a Split, kraj „reagensne drame“ može se očekivati uskoro. - Istina je, reagensi stižu za 10-ak dana i svi oni koji su se u proteklom razdoblju trebali testirati, to će i napraviti. Cijelo ovo vrijeme Ravnateljstvo KBC-a bilo je upoznato s ovim problemom. Nije stvar u novcu za nabavu, već u poremećaju proizvodnje reagensa na svjetskom tržištu. Kako smo promijenili i dobavljača reagensa, i tu je nastao problem nabave - kazuje dr. Ante Punda.

Jedna od onih koja sa svojim 19-godišnjim sinom, za kojega liječnici već šest mjeseci sumnjaju da ima astmu, proživljava pravu „reagensnu dramu“ jest i
Ingrid Cokarić iz Splita. Njezinu sinu ne mogu napraviti na kliničkom Zavodu za nuklearnu medicinu test na alergiju za astmu, jer nemaju reagensa.
- U prosincu 2011. godine sin mi je započeo s pulmološkim pretragama, a sve zbog sumnje da boluje od astme. Nakon pulmoloških pretraga specijalista pulmolog uputio mi je sina na klinički Zavod za nuklearnu medicinu da obavi pretragu vađenja krvi za utvrđivanje ima li ili nema neku alergiju.
I od tada, od 12. prosinca prošle godine ja konstantno zovem Nuklearnu medicinu i stalno mi govore kako nemaju reagensa uz pomoć kojeg rade analizu. Stalno mi govore da zovem za 15 dana, pa za tri tjedna, pa za mjesec dana i tako unedogled - kazuje Ingrid Cokarić.
Cijelo to vrijeme 19-godišnjak ima problema s disanjem i tu mu pomaže jedan liječnik. - Iskusni liječnik opće prakse mu je dao serotide (pumpicu za astmu), iako on to ne bi smio davati bez nalaza specijalista (pulmologa) i ja sam mu zbog toga zahvalna do neba. Pa sin bi mi se do sada, u ovih šest mjeseci ugušio da nema te pumpice - zaključuje Ingrid Cokarić.
Dnevno do 20 pacijenata
Inače, na kliničkom Zavodu za nuklearnu medicinu, posebno u proljeće, dnevno ima od 15 do 20 pacijenata kojima je potrebno napraviti ispitivanje na neku od alergija.
- U proljeće bude više ljudi s alergijama i sada ćemo, čim dobijemo reagens, napraviti sva ta ispitivanja, a ova kašnjenja nisu zbog naše pogreške - kaže dr. Ante Punda, predstojnik kliničkog Zavoda za nuklearnu medicinu.

No, prema uvjeravanjima iz KBC-a Split, kraj „reagensne drame“ može se očekivati uskoro. - Istina je, reagensi stižu za 10-ak dana i svi oni koji su se u proteklom razdoblju trebali testirati, to će i napraviti. Cijelo ovo vrijeme Ravnateljstvo KBC-a bilo je upoznato s ovim problemom. Nije stvar u novcu za nabavu, već u poremećaju proizvodnje reagensa na svjetskom tržištu. Kako smo promijenili i dobavljača reagensa, i tu je nastao problem nabave - kazuje dr. Ante Punda.
