Radovi popločavanja nogostupa Istočne obale i dalje traju (ili stoje - ovisi kako gledate). Pravac od pothodnika do autobusnog kolodvora već dva mjeseca stoji raskopan te su svi štandovi (osim jednog) odavno uklonjeni. Ipak, na tom 100-metarskom potezu i dalje stoje dva bloka s telefonskim govornicama, međusobno udaljeni cca dvadesetak metara. Iako se bilo kome gotovo nemoguće sjetiti kad je posljednji put vidio nekoga da koristi tu tehnologiju proteklog stoljeća, iz nekog razloga ju ni nemilosrdni komunalni deus ex machina, Bojan Ivošević, nije uspio ukoniti. 

Za pojašnjenje stamenosti ovih instalacija smo upitali njihovog vlasnika, Hrvatski Telekom. Zanimalo nas je: Hoće li one tu ostati i po završetku radova i je li im se itko iz splitske uprave obratio zbog njih? Što inače HT planira sa zastarjelom infrastrukturom telefonskih govornica? Mogu li nam dostaviti podatak o tome koliko se mjesečno proda kartica za telefonske govornice diljem Hrvatske?

Odgovore koje smo dobili nisu dodatno rasvijetlili nijednu od navedenih nepoznanica, ali smo doznali neke druge interesantne stvari. Na primjer, održavanje telefonskih govornica nije povezano s ostvarivanjem prihoda, već je riječ o zakonskoj obvezi njihovog postavljanja. Naime, HT je, neovisno o svojim poslovnim odlukama, obvezan postaviti i osigurati uporabu javnih telefonskih govornica u prostorima ili blizini mjesta od javnog interesa.

Što se tiče procedure za uklanjanje telefonskih govornica, ona nalaže da nadležno tijelo za prostor u kojem je postavljena javna telefonska govornica uputi prema HT-u službeni zahtjev potpisan od ovlaštene osobe nakon čega se u suradnji s HAKOM-om, regulatornim tijelom, analizira opravdanost takvog zahtjeva i u skladu s tim donosi odluka o njihovom eventualnom uklanjanju.

Iz Hrvatskog Telekoma su nas još izvijestili da su započeli s projektom zamjene javnih telefonskih govornica s onim multifunkcionalnim te je dosad u Zagrebu, Trogiru, Zadru i Rovinju, u suradnji s partnerima, postavljeno više od 30 takvih jedinica. U narednom periodu taj će broj biti i veći te će govornice biti postavljene i u drugim gradovima u Hrvatskoj. No što su to multifunkcionalne govornice?

Prema izviješću HT-a, one građanima nude mnogobrojne mogućnosti, od bežičnog punjenja mobilnih uređaja do, primjerice, informiranja o razini peludi u zraku pomoću posebnih senzora unutar govornica. Kako bi korisnici i prolaznici bili povezani, svaka govornica ujedno je i Wi-Fi Hot Spot s besplatnim Internetom. Za lakše snalaženje po gradovima, na digitalnom zaslonu nalazi se interaktivna mapa na šest jezika, koja korisniku nudi upute kako doći do željene lokacije.

Doznali smo i to da, kada je riječ o korištenju govornica, najviše su u uporabi one koje se nalaze na frekventnim lokacijama, poput trgova, kolodvora, umirovljeničkih domova i bolnica. Također, tijekom trajanja turističke sezone bilježi se porast njihovog korištenja. Podatke vezane uz prodaju kartica, koje HT smatra povjerljivima, nisu htjeli komentirati.

Iz Grada nam već tjedan dana nisu smogli odgovoriti na pitanja vezana uz ove govornice.

Radovi popločavanja nogostupa Istočne obale i dalje traju (ili stoje - ovisi kako gledate). Pravac od pothodnika do autobusnog kolodvora već dva mjeseca stoji raskopan te su svi štandovi (osim jednog) odavno uklonjeni. Ipak, na tom 100-metarskom potezu i dalje stoje dva bloka s telefonskim govornicama, međusobno udaljeni cca dvadesetak metara. Iako se bilo kome gotovo nemoguće sjetiti kad je posljednji put vidio nekoga da koristi tu tehnologiju proteklog stoljeća, iz nekog razloga ju ni nemilosrdni komunalni deus ex machina, Bojan Ivošević, nije uspio ukoniti. 

Za pojašnjenje stamenosti ovih instalacija smo upitali njihovog vlasnika, Hrvatski Telekom. Zanimalo nas je: Hoće li one tu ostati i po završetku radova i je li im se itko iz splitske uprave obratio zbog njih? Što inače HT planira sa zastarjelom infrastrukturom telefonskih govornica? Mogu li nam dostaviti podatak o tome koliko se mjesečno proda kartica za telefonske govornice diljem Hrvatske?

Odgovore koje smo dobili nisu dodatno rasvijetlili nijednu od navedenih nepoznanica, ali smo doznali neke druge interesantne stvari. Na primjer, održavanje telefonskih govornica nije povezano s ostvarivanjem prihoda, već je riječ o zakonskoj obvezi njihovog postavljanja. Naime, HT je, neovisno o svojim poslovnim odlukama, obvezan postaviti i osigurati uporabu javnih telefonskih govornica u prostorima ili blizini mjesta od javnog interesa.

Što se tiče procedure za uklanjanje telefonskih govornica, ona nalaže da nadležno tijelo za prostor u kojem je postavljena javna telefonska govornica uputi prema HT-u službeni zahtjev potpisan od ovlaštene osobe nakon čega se u suradnji s HAKOM-om, regulatornim tijelom, analizira opravdanost takvog zahtjeva i u skladu s tim donosi odluka o njihovom eventualnom uklanjanju.

Iz Hrvatskog Telekoma su nas još izvijestili da su započeli s projektom zamjene javnih telefonskih govornica s onim multifunkcionalnim te je dosad u Zagrebu, Trogiru, Zadru i Rovinju, u suradnji s partnerima, postavljeno više od 30 takvih jedinica. U narednom periodu taj će broj biti i veći te će govornice biti postavljene i u drugim gradovima u Hrvatskoj. No što su to multifunkcionalne govornice?

Prema izviješću HT-a, one građanima nude mnogobrojne mogućnosti, od bežičnog punjenja mobilnih uređaja do, primjerice, informiranja o razini peludi u zraku pomoću posebnih senzora unutar govornica. Kako bi korisnici i prolaznici bili povezani, svaka govornica ujedno je i Wi-Fi Hot Spot s besplatnim Internetom. Za lakše snalaženje po gradovima, na digitalnom zaslonu nalazi se interaktivna mapa na šest jezika, koja korisniku nudi upute kako doći do željene lokacije.

Doznali smo i to da, kada je riječ o korištenju govornica, najviše su u uporabi one koje se nalaze na frekventnim lokacijama, poput trgova, kolodvora, umirovljeničkih domova i bolnica. Također, tijekom trajanja turističke sezone bilježi se porast njihovog korištenja. Podatke vezane uz prodaju kartica, koje HT smatra povjerljivima, nisu htjeli komentirati.

Iz Grada nam već tjedan dana nisu smogli odgovoriti na pitanja vezana uz ove govornice.

Splittehnologija prošlog stoljeća

S Istočne obale je potaracano skoro sve osim - dvije telefonske govornice! Pitali smo HT koristi li ih itko i zašto uopće više postoje, odgovor koji smo dobili nas je iznenadio

Radovi popločavanja nogostupa Istočne obale i dalje traju (ili stoje - ovisi kako gledate). Pravac od pothodnika do autobusnog kolodvora već dva mjeseca stoji raskopan te su svi štandovi (osim jednog) odavno uklonjeni. Ipak, na tom 100-metarskom potezu i dalje stoje dva bloka s telefonskim govornicama, međusobno udaljeni cca dvadesetak metara. Iako se bilo kome gotovo nemoguće sjetiti kad je posljednji put vidio nekoga da koristi tu tehnologiju proteklog stoljeća, iz nekog razloga ju ni nemilosrdni komunalni deus ex machina, Bojan Ivošević, nije uspio ukoniti.
