Roditelji odraslih polaznika splitskog Centra za autizam revoltirani su pasivnošću gradske vlasti, a smeta ih odugovlačenje završetka radova na prostoru u Teslinoj ulici, generalna neosjetljivost na "socijalu" i prebacivanje odgovornosti na roditelje i udrugu. 

- U materijalima za 25. sjednicu Gradskog vijeća Grada Splita, između ostalog priloženi su i odgovori na vijećnička pitanja. Kao roditelji ne razumijemo političku retoriku niti možemo prihvatiti "odgovor" kojim se na konkretno pitanje ne odgovori! Tražimo jasan odgovor gospodina gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka i pročelnika Marija Negotića na postavljena pitanja vezano za Centar za autizam, Split - poručili su u priopćenju kojeg u ime roditelja odraslih polaznika Centra za autizam Split potpisuje Gordana Raboteg. 

Nije im jasno zašto prostor u Teslinoj ulici još uvijek nije završen ako je Ugovor s izvođačem radova sklopljen početkom srpnja, a rok za dovršetak radova je 75 dana od sklapanja istog.

Pročelnik Negotić im je 1. prosinca dao odgovor da se završetak radova predviđa kroz sljedećih 15 dana, ali kažu da im je taj odgovor zbunjujući.

- Kasne li radovi zbog aljkavosti i nestručno obavljenog posla nadležnog odjela u Gradu ili je problem u odabranom izvođaču radova? Što je Grad poduzeo po tom pitanju? - pitaju se. 

Smeta im što ne mogu dobiti odgovore ni na neka "benigna" pitanja, kao što su pokretanje edukacijsko-rehabilitacijskih programa ili proširenje radne skupine sa stručnjacima iz zdravstvene i edukacijske domene. 

Pročelniku Negotiću, za kojeg kažu da je nekoliko puta izjavio da Grad ne može osnovati socijalnu ustanovu, preporučuju da pročita Zakon o socijalnim ustanovama. 

- Gradonačelnik i dogradonačelnik ne moraju nužno znati zakone, ali neznanje nije opravdanje kada nešto tvrdite - poručili su im roditelji odraslih polaznika splitskog Centra za auztiam. 

Kažu da je izjava da će Grad financirati "Ljetnu školu" pohvalna, ali im je s druge strane sramotan stav da se cijeli posao prebacuje na udrugu i roditelje, umjesto da se problem riješi zakonski i tako djeci omogući adekvatna skrb, kako nalaže i zakon. Napominju i da u Proračunu za 2024. nisu vidjeli posebnu stavku za financiranje projekta. 

- Odgovor gospodina Negotića da je Centar osnovna škola je zaista točan, ali isto tako je i njemu, kao i gradonačelniku te dogradonačelniku, prezentiran model reorganizacije i dopune djelatnosti. Model proširenja djelatnosti na socijalne usluge primijenili su drugi gradovi u Republici Hrvatskoj (npr. Zagreb, Bjelovar, Osijek i drugi).  

Zašto samo naš grad ne želi socijalu? Dogradonačelnik Bojan Ivošević bar je bio iskren i jasno zapitao vijećnike – zašto grad gurate u socijalu? Zato gospodine Ivoševiću jer ste izabrani da zastupate sve građane pa i one koji spadaju u domenu Vama i gradonačelniku mrske "socijale" - zapitali su u svom dopisu roditelji odraslih polaznika Centra za autizam Split.

Ovom prilikom predstavnike grada odlučili su podsjetiti na to što je autizam jer im, kako kažu, očito nije jasno što taj razvojni poremećaj podrazumijeva. 

- Svaka civilizirana društvena zajednica bi trebala širokih ruku prihvaćati osobe s autizmom i pružiti im potporu u vidu rehabilitacije, inkluzije i poticati na što veći stupanj samostalnosti kako bi osoba vodila što aktivniji i funkcionalniji život - zaključili su. 

Naglašavaju i da njihov dopis nije politički obojen. Puljku i ostatku gradske vlasti ponovno su uputili još nekoliko pitanja kojima traže rješenje ovog "gordijskog čvora", a prigovorili su mu i za prijezir prema najranjivijim skupinama našeg društva.

Roditelji odraslih polaznika splitskog Centra za autizam revoltirani su pasivnošću gradske vlasti, a smeta ih odugovlačenje završetka radova na prostoru u Teslinoj ulici, generalna neosjetljivost na "socijalu" i prebacivanje odgovornosti na roditelje i udrugu. 

- U materijalima za 25. sjednicu Gradskog vijeća Grada Splita, između ostalog priloženi su i odgovori na vijećnička pitanja. Kao roditelji ne razumijemo političku retoriku niti možemo prihvatiti "odgovor" kojim se na konkretno pitanje ne odgovori! Tražimo jasan odgovor gospodina gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka i pročelnika Marija Negotića na postavljena pitanja vezano za Centar za autizam, Split - poručili su u priopćenju kojeg u ime roditelja odraslih polaznika Centra za autizam Split potpisuje Gordana Raboteg. 

Nije im jasno zašto prostor u Teslinoj ulici još uvijek nije završen ako je Ugovor s izvođačem radova sklopljen početkom srpnja, a rok za dovršetak radova je 75 dana od sklapanja istog.

Pročelnik Negotić im je 1. prosinca dao odgovor da se završetak radova predviđa kroz sljedećih 15 dana, ali kažu da im je taj odgovor zbunjujući.

- Kasne li radovi zbog aljkavosti i nestručno obavljenog posla nadležnog odjela u Gradu ili je problem u odabranom izvođaču radova? Što je Grad poduzeo po tom pitanju? - pitaju se. 

Smeta im što ne mogu dobiti odgovore ni na neka "benigna" pitanja, kao što su pokretanje edukacijsko-rehabilitacijskih programa ili proširenje radne skupine sa stručnjacima iz zdravstvene i edukacijske domene. 

Pročelniku Negotiću, za kojeg kažu da je nekoliko puta izjavio da Grad ne može osnovati socijalnu ustanovu, preporučuju da pročita Zakon o socijalnim ustanovama. 

- Gradonačelnik i dogradonačelnik ne moraju nužno znati zakone, ali neznanje nije opravdanje kada nešto tvrdite - poručili su im roditelji odraslih polaznika splitskog Centra za auztiam. 

Kažu da je izjava da će Grad financirati "Ljetnu školu" pohvalna, ali im je s druge strane sramotan stav da se cijeli posao prebacuje na udrugu i roditelje, umjesto da se problem riješi zakonski i tako djeci omogući adekvatna skrb, kako nalaže i zakon. Napominju i da u Proračunu za 2024. nisu vidjeli posebnu stavku za financiranje projekta. 

- Odgovor gospodina Negotića da je Centar osnovna škola je zaista točan, ali isto tako je i njemu, kao i gradonačelniku te dogradonačelniku, prezentiran model reorganizacije i dopune djelatnosti. Model proširenja djelatnosti na socijalne usluge primijenili su drugi gradovi u Republici Hrvatskoj (npr. Zagreb, Bjelovar, Osijek i drugi).  

Zašto samo naš grad ne želi socijalu? Dogradonačelnik Bojan Ivošević bar je bio iskren i jasno zapitao vijećnike – zašto grad gurate u socijalu? Zato gospodine Ivoševiću jer ste izabrani da zastupate sve građane pa i one koji spadaju u domenu Vama i gradonačelniku mrske "socijale" - zapitali su u svom dopisu roditelji odraslih polaznika Centra za autizam Split.

Ovom prilikom predstavnike grada odlučili su podsjetiti na to što je autizam jer im, kako kažu, očito nije jasno što taj razvojni poremećaj podrazumijeva. 

- Svaka civilizirana društvena zajednica bi trebala širokih ruku prihvaćati osobe s autizmom i pružiti im potporu u vidu rehabilitacije, inkluzije i poticati na što veći stupanj samostalnosti kako bi osoba vodila što aktivniji i funkcionalniji život - zaključili su. 

Naglašavaju i da njihov dopis nije politički obojen. Puljku i ostatku gradske vlasti ponovno su uputili još nekoliko pitanja kojima traže rješenje ovog "gordijskog čvora", a prigovorili su mu i za prijezir prema najranjivijim skupinama našeg društva.
