Poništen je drugi po redu javni natejčaj za davanje poslovnih prostora na Zapadnoj obali u potkoncesiju. Trebao se održati sutra, no na službenoj stranici "Splitske obale" objavljeno je kako se "poništava javni natječaj za davanje u potkoncesiju ugostiteljskih objekata na Zapadnoj obali provođenjem usmenog nadmetanja (licitacija) uz prethodnu mogućnost dostavljanja pisanih ponuda".

Na natejčaj se, potvrdio nam je Marijan Ciprijan, direktor "Splitske obale" nitko nije javio. Na redu je sada, dakle, raspisivanje trećeg natječaja za davanje u najam poslovnih prostora na toj lokaciji.

Inače, u prijašnjem članku ugostitelji sa Zapadne obala za "Slobodnu" su se požalili kako je cijena najma previsoka. Četvorni metar štekata koji je do sada koštao sedam eura, ubuduće bi trebalo stajati 20, a cijena "kvadrata" zatvorenog prostora sa 17 je skočila na 50, u prvom natječaju, odnosno na 45 eura po najnovijem. Uz to dodajmo i PDV.

Nazvali smo direktora "Splitske obale" Marijana Ciprijana koji nam je prokomentirao ovu situaciju.

- Nije bilo prijavljenih na natječaj pa je poništen. Možda su razlog visoke cijene, no ne mora biti. Kada se postigne najviša cijena na licitaciji, postojeći zakupci koji su tamo imaju mogućnost prihvatiti je ili ne.

No, naći ćemo neki zajednički jezik. Vjerojatno ćemo na sljedećem natječaju malo sniziti cijene, a raspisat ćemo ga vrlo brzo. Postojećim zakupcima ugovori vrijede do 14. lipnja - odgovorio nam je.

Poništen je drugi po redu javni natejčaj za davanje poslovnih prostora na Zapadnoj obali u potkoncesiju. Trebao se održati sutra, no na službenoj stranici "Splitske obale" objavljeno je kako se "poništava javni natječaj za davanje u potkoncesiju ugostiteljskih objekata na Zapadnoj obali provođenjem usmenog nadmetanja (licitacija) uz prethodnu mogućnost dostavljanja pisanih ponuda".

Na natejčaj se, potvrdio nam je Marijan Ciprijan, direktor "Splitske obale" nitko nije javio. Na redu je sada, dakle, raspisivanje trećeg natječaja za davanje u najam poslovnih prostora na toj lokaciji.

Inače, u prijašnjem članku ugostitelji sa Zapadne obala za "Slobodnu" su se požalili kako je cijena najma previsoka. Četvorni metar štekata koji je do sada koštao sedam eura, ubuduće bi trebalo stajati 20, a cijena "kvadrata" zatvorenog prostora sa 17 je skočila na 50, u prvom natječaju, odnosno na 45 eura po najnovijem. Uz to dodajmo i PDV.

Nazvali smo direktora "Splitske obale" Marijana Ciprijana koji nam je prokomentirao ovu situaciju.

- Nije bilo prijavljenih na natječaj pa je poništen. Možda su razlog visoke cijene, no ne mora biti. Kada se postigne najviša cijena na licitaciji, postojeći zakupci koji su tamo imaju mogućnost prihvatiti je ili ne.

No, naći ćemo neki zajednički jezik. Vjerojatno ćemo na sljedećem natječaju malo sniziti cijene, a raspisat ćemo ga vrlo brzo. Postojećim zakupcima ugovori vrijede do 14. lipnja - odgovorio nam je.

Poništen je drugi po redu javni natejčaj za davanje poslovnih prostora na Zapadnoj obali u potkoncesiju. Trebao se održati sutra, no na službenoj stranici "Splitske obale" objavljeno je kako se "poništava javni natječaj za davanje u potkoncesiju ugostiteljskih objekata na Zapadnoj obali provođenjem usmenog nadmetanja (licitacija) uz prethodnu mogućnost dostavljanja pisanih ponuda".

Na natejčaj se, potvrdio nam je Marijan Ciprijan, direktor "Splitske obale" nitko nije javio. Na redu je sada, dakle, raspisivanje trećeg natječaja za davanje u najam poslovnih prostora na toj lokaciji.

Inače, u prijašnjem članku ugostitelji sa Zapadne obala za "Slobodnu" su se požalili kako je cijena najma previsoka. Četvorni metar štekata koji je do sada koštao sedam eura, ubuduće bi...
