Hoće li Dom zdravlja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije (DZ SDŽ), uskoro, kada dobije MSCT uređaj "spasiti" KBC Split, odnosno djelatnike Kliničkog zavoda za dijagnostičku i intervencijsku radiologiju koji se već godina "taru" od posla i koji padaju s nogu ne bi li zadovoljili, često puta neopravdane i sve veće potrebe za radiološkim pretragama naših sugrađana.

Naime, i u srijedu je ponovno ispred šaltera Centralnog naručivanja pacijenata u KBC-u Split na Firulama bila "biblijska" gužva jer je bilo puno otvorenih termina za radiološke pretrage, pa su svi pohrlili ne bi li se upisali i dobili termin za neku od pretraga.

I vrapci na grani znaju da radiolozi KBC-a Split naprave godišnje više od 35 tisuća radioloških pretraga i da je splitska radiologija najopterećenija u Hrvatskoj. Nove bolesti, nove terapije, imunoterapije koje zahtijevaju češća radiološka snimanja dovode u gotovo bezizlaznu situaciju bolničke radiologe.

Radi se danonoćno

Ljudi rade ujutro, poslijepodne, subotom, praznikom, "svetkom i petkom", odnosno kada god treba i ne stignu zadovoljiti sve potrebe.

– Sada kada je ljeto i kada su godišnji odmori, kada imamo "more" turista na ovom našem području, gotovo je nemoguće raditi. Činimo nadljudske napore da zadovoljimo sve potrebe. Stoga, moram naglasiti i zamoliti sve naše pacijente za malo strpljenja i razumijevanja – kaže izv. prof. dr. sc. Krešimir Dolić, prvi radiolog splitske bolnice i zamjenik ravnatelja KBC-a Split.

Svi hoće odmah i sad na MSCT ili na MR, kao da svi boluju od teškog, smrtonosnog oboljenja. Ljudi su isprepadani, pa su vrlo često i nekritični prema svom zdravstvenom stanju, koje dodatno ponekad potenciraju i liječnici. Odnosno mnogim liječnicima je najlakše pacijenta poslati na MSCT ili MR, jer ti uređaji "sve vide", te na taj način liječnik sa sebe "skida" i svu odgovornost, jer ne daj Bože da pogriješi. Ipak je uređaj sigurniji.

– Često puta imamo nekritičko upućivanje pacijenata na pretrage, od strane naših kolega specijalista. Kao što znate, obiteljski liječnik ne može poslati "na svoju ruku" pacijenta na pretragu MSCT-om ili MR-om. To može napraviti samo bolnički liječnik specijalist ili specijalist koji radi u privatnoj ustanovi. Često puta su ta upućivanja nekritička, nakon što napravimo, primjerice, MSCT pretragu postanemo svjesni da toj osoba uopće nije ni trebala ta pretraga, jer je sa njezinim zdravljem sve u redu – veli dr. Dolić.

Pritisak pacijenata

Naravno, često puta su liječnici "primorani" pacijenta poslati na MSCT ili MR pretragu, jer sami pacijenti inzistiraju na tome i ne žele prihvatiti savjet liječnika da im takva pretraga nije ni potrebna. Tada pacijenti "sjedaju za vrat" liječniku i "ne puštaju" ga dok im ne da uputnicu za MSCT ili MR pretragu. I tada, kada dobije uputnicu za "spasonosnu" radiološku pretragu pacijent je želi obaviti "odmah i sad".

– Recimo MR prostate nije hitna pretraga, kao ni svaki MR kralježnice ili koljena. I to liječnici specijalisti moraju objasniti pacijentu kojeg šalju na takvu pretragu. Mi na radiologiji radimo lavovski posao i ovo stanje nas frustrira, kao i pacijente – pojašnjava dr. Dolić.

Možda je spas u novom MSCT-u kojeg će DZ SDŽ-a dobiti vrlo brzo. Kako doznajemo od dr. Marka Rađe, ravnatelja DZ SDŽ-a, novi uređaj će biti montiran na prvom katu zgrade Školske poliklinike tijekom kolovoza ili rujna, a s radom bi trebao započeti najdalje do početka studenoga.

– Moramo dobiti sva moguća odobrenja, uređaj mora proći razne ateste za rad i tada možemo početi raditi. Očekujem kako će uređaj započeti s radom, najkasnije početkom studenoga ove godine i nadamo se kako ćemo barem dijelom rasteretiti rad bolničke radiologije – ističe dr. Marko Rađa.

Na jednom MSCT uređaju dnevno se može napraviti između 25 i 50 'snimanja', zavisno o trajanju pretrage kao i o tome da li će djelatnici DZ SDŽ obavljati pretrage u jednoj ili dvije smjene.

Hoće li Dom zdravlja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije (DZ SDŽ), uskoro, kada dobije MSCT uređaj "spasiti" KBC Split, odnosno djelatnike Kliničkog zavoda za dijagnostičku i intervencijsku radiologiju koji se već godina "taru" od posla i koji padaju s nogu ne bi li zadovoljili, često puta neopravdane i sve veće potrebe za radiološkim pretragama naših sugrađana.

Naime, i u srijedu je ponovno ispred šaltera Centralnog naručivanja pacijenata u KBC-u Split na Firulama bila "biblijska" gužva jer je bilo puno otvorenih termina za radiološke pretrage, pa su svi pohrlili ne bi li se upisali i dobili termin za neku od pretraga.

I vrapci na grani znaju da radiolozi KBC-a Split naprave godišnje više od 35 tisuća radioloških pretraga i da je splitska radiologija najopterećenija u Hrvatskoj. Nove bolesti, nove terapije, imunoterapije koje zahtijevaju češća radiološka snimanja dovode u gotovo bezizlaznu situaciju bolničke radiologe.

Radi se danonoćno

Ljudi rade ujutro, poslijepodne, subotom, praznikom, "svetkom i petkom", odnosno kada god treba i ne stignu zadovoljiti sve potrebe.

– Sada kada je ljeto i kada su godišnji odmori, kada imamo "more" turista na ovom našem području, gotovo je nemoguće raditi. Činimo nadljudske napore da zadovoljimo sve potrebe. Stoga, moram naglasiti i zamoliti sve naše pacijente za malo strpljenja i razumijevanja – kaže izv. prof. dr. sc. Krešimir Dolić, prvi radiolog splitske bolnice i zamjenik ravnatelja KBC-a Split.

Svi hoće odmah i sad na MSCT ili na MR, kao da svi boluju od teškog, smrtonosnog oboljenja. Ljudi su isprepadani, pa su vrlo često i nekritični prema svom zdravstvenom stanju, koje dodatno ponekad potenciraju i liječnici. Odnosno mnogim liječnicima je najlakše pacijenta poslati na MSCT ili MR, jer ti uređaji "sve vide", te na taj način liječnik sa sebe "skida" i svu odgovornost, jer ne daj Bože da pogriješi. Ipak je uređaj sigurniji.

– Često puta imamo nekritičko upućivanje pacijenata na pretrage, od strane naših kolega specijalista. Kao što znate, obiteljski liječnik ne može poslati "na svoju ruku" pacijenta na pretragu MSCT-om ili MR-om. To može napraviti samo bolnički liječnik specijalist ili specijalist koji radi u privatnoj ustanovi. Često puta su ta upućivanja nekritička, nakon što napravimo, primjerice, MSCT pretragu postanemo svjesni da toj osoba uopće nije ni trebala ta pretraga, jer je sa njezinim zdravljem sve u redu – veli dr. Dolić.

Pritisak pacijenata

Naravno, često puta su liječnici "primorani" pacijenta poslati na MSCT ili MR pretragu, jer sami pacijenti inzistiraju na tome i ne žele prihvatiti savjet liječnika da im takva pretraga nije ni potrebna. Tada pacijenti "sjedaju za vrat" liječniku i "ne puštaju" ga dok im ne da uputnicu za MSCT ili MR pretragu. I tada, kada dobije uputnicu za "spasonosnu" radiološku pretragu pacijent je želi obaviti "odmah i sad".

– Recimo MR prostate nije hitna pretraga, kao ni svaki MR kralježnice ili koljena. I to liječnici specijalisti moraju objasniti pacijentu kojeg šalju na takvu pretragu. Mi na radiologiji radimo lavovski posao i ovo stanje nas frustrira, kao i pacijente – pojašnjava dr. Dolić.

Možda je spas u novom MSCT-u kojeg će DZ SDŽ-a dobiti vrlo brzo. Kako doznajemo od dr. Marka Rađe, ravnatelja DZ SDŽ-a, novi uređaj će biti montiran na prvom katu zgrade Školske poliklinike tijekom kolovoza ili rujna, a s radom bi trebao započeti najdalje do početka studenoga.

– Moramo dobiti sva moguća odobrenja, uređaj mora proći razne ateste za rad i tada možemo početi raditi. Očekujem kako će uređaj započeti s radom, najkasnije početkom studenoga ove godine i nadamo se kako ćemo barem dijelom rasteretiti rad bolničke radiologije – ističe dr. Marko Rađa.

Na jednom MSCT uređaju dnevno se može napraviti između 25 i 50 'snimanja', zavisno o trajanju pretrage kao i o tome da li će djelatnici DZ SDŽ obavljati pretrage u jednoj ili dvije smjene.
