Rođenje svakog djeteta u splitskom Rodilištu od danas će, pod okriljem Gospe o' Poroda, pratiti sjaj čak dvaju svjetla. Na svečanosti otkrivanja replike reljefa Bogorodice koja prema vjerovanju štiti djecu na porođaju, u atriju splitskog Rodilišta proslavljena je i stota obljetnica ove institucije, te je oživljen običaj "paljenja ferala" za novorođeno dijete.

Riječ je o projektu koji je inicirao "Rotary Club Split" u suradnji s Gradom Splitom, KBC-om Split, Klinikom za ženske bolesti i porode, Arhitektonskom radionicom "Centar Split", "Marin Expertom" te tvrtkom D.K.D.

Projektom je od prvobitne ideje do realizacije koordinirao član "Rotary Cluba Split" dr. Damir Roje.

Kao jedan od inicijatora ove ideje, bivši gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara tom je prigodom kazao kako je svoj mandat započeo tražeći te biljege identiteta koji tvore naš grad, ističući kako mu je stoga drago što će se ova tradicija na moderan način i nastaviti.

– Netko će reći – ne'š ti, međutim, život čine upravo ovakve sitnice. Društva žive od ovakvih mjesta na kojima se rađa život, kao što i bedemi stoljećima brane život u našem gradu – kazao je bivši gradonačelnik pozivajući na valoriziranje baštine.

Zahvalivši prije svega rodiljama, Julije Meštrović, ravnatelj KBC-a Split, iskoristio je priliku i da zasluženu zahvalu uputi djelatnicima Klinike za ženske bolesti i porode, navodeći kako, ne štedeći sebe, daju svoje znanje, umijeće, ljubav i entuzijazam.

– Sto godina ginekologije je tako veliko i tako svečano. Ovdje je najveće rodilište u Hrvatskoj i moramo prema tome imati silno poštovanje i zahvalnost. Gospa i simbolički povezuje našu bolnicu, grad i građane kojima služimo i lijepo je što se vratila doma u Rodilište – kazao je ravnatelj Meštrović.

Svjetlo života

Novi predstojnik klinike prof. Marko Dražen Mimica istaknuo je kako u gradu starom 1700 godina obnavljamo tradiciju staru 500 godina, i to u vrijeme kad slavimo 100 godina postojanja ove klinike, koja će, dodao je, nastaviti raditi na zdravlju i na radost svih.

Uz riječi "Ženite se, udajte i djecu rađajte", okupljenima se obratio i don Šimun Doljanin, bolnički kapelan, navodeći kako je "Gospa napravila čudo izronivši iz kamena i iz prošlosti, baš u ovo vrijeme kad je cijeli svijet u rasulu".

U ime Muzeja grada Splita, koji je repliku Gospe, kao svoj eksponat, ustupio Rodilištu na trajno čuvanje, ravnateljica Branka Brekalo kazala je kako je riječ o gesti koja je povezala Rodilište, Grad i instituciju.

– Ustanovama u kulturi jest zadaća da vam uvijek budu na raspolaganju, da se u njima krijepite duhovno, i drago nam je da smo mogli biti dio priče. Jer to je svjetlo koje mora gorjeti, svjetlo života. Bilo bi šteta ne upaliti ga točno na njegovu izvoru – istaknula je Brekalo.

Djelatnicima klinike, kao i svima uključenima u inicijativu, zahvalila je i prof. Duška Martinović, predsjednica Hrvatskog liječničkog zbora – Podružnice Split, kao i dr. Ivo Urlić, predsjednik Podružnice Hrvatske akademije medicinskih znanosti u Splitu.

Uz repliku Gospe o' Poroda, koja je inače dio stalnog postava Muzeja grada Splita, zahvaljujući uspostavljenoj komunikacijskoj vezi paljenjem lumina, koje će aktivirati primalja na porodu, obilježit će se rođenje svakog novog djeteta u splitskom Rodilištu, što će biti praćeno istovremenim paljenjem ferala pred Gospom o' Poroda na bedemu na Pisturi, gdje je ovaj običaj ispratio generacije Splićana.

Rođenje svakog djeteta u splitskom Rodilištu od danas će, pod okriljem Gospe o' Poroda, pratiti sjaj čak dvaju svjetla. Na svečanosti otkrivanja replike reljefa Bogorodice koja prema vjerovanju štiti djecu na porođaju, u atriju splitskog Rodilišta proslavljena je i stota obljetnica ove institucije, te je oživljen običaj "paljenja ferala" za novorođeno dijete.

Riječ je o projektu koji je inicirao "Rotary Club Split" u suradnji s Gradom Splitom, KBC-om Split, Klinikom za ženske bolesti i porode, Arhitektonskom radionicom "Centar Split", "Marin Expertom" te tvrtkom D.K.D.

Projektom je od prvobitne ideje do realizacije koordinirao član "Rotary Cluba Split" dr. Damir Roje.

Kao jedan od inicijatora ove ideje, bivši gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara tom je prigodom kazao kako je svoj mandat započeo tražeći te biljege identiteta koji tvore naš grad, ističući kako mu je stoga drago što će se ova tradicija na moderan način i nastaviti.

– Netko će reći – ne'š ti, međutim, život čine upravo ovakve sitnice. Društva žive od ovakvih mjesta na kojima se rađa život, kao što i bedemi stoljećima brane život u našem gradu – kazao je bivši gradonačelnik pozivajući na valoriziranje baštine.

Zahvalivši prije svega rodiljama, Julije Meštrović, ravnatelj KBC-a Split, iskoristio je priliku i da zasluženu zahvalu uputi djelatnicima Klinike za ženske bolesti i porode, navodeći kako, ne štedeći sebe, daju svoje znanje, umijeće, ljubav i entuzijazam.

– Sto godina ginekologije je tako veliko i tako svečano. Ovdje je najveće rodilište u Hrvatskoj i moramo prema tome imati silno poštovanje i zahvalnost. Gospa i simbolički povezuje našu bolnicu, grad i građane kojima služimo i lijepo je što se vratila doma u Rodilište – kazao je ravnatelj Meštrović.

Svjetlo života

Novi predstojnik klinike prof. Marko Dražen Mimica istaknuo je kako u gradu starom 1700 godina obnavljamo tradiciju staru 500 godina, i to u vrijeme kad slavimo 100 godina postojanja ove klinike, koja će, dodao je, nastaviti raditi na zdravlju i na radost svih.

Uz riječi "Ženite se, udajte i djecu rađajte", okupljenima se obratio i don Šimun Doljanin, bolnički kapelan, navodeći kako je "Gospa napravila čudo izronivši iz kamena i iz prošlosti, baš u ovo vrijeme kad je cijeli svijet u rasulu".

U ime Muzeja grada Splita, koji je repliku Gospe, kao svoj eksponat, ustupio Rodilištu na trajno čuvanje, ravnateljica Branka Brekalo kazala je kako je riječ o gesti koja je povezala Rodilište, Grad i instituciju.

– Ustanovama u kulturi jest zadaća da vam uvijek budu na raspolaganju, da se u njima krijepite duhovno, i drago nam je da smo mogli biti dio priče. Jer to je svjetlo koje mora gorjeti, svjetlo života. Bilo bi šteta ne upaliti ga točno na njegovu izvoru – istaknula je Brekalo.

Djelatnicima klinike, kao i svima uključenima u inicijativu, zahvalila je i prof. Duška Martinović, predsjednica Hrvatskog liječničkog zbora – Podružnice Split, kao i dr. Ivo Urlić, predsjednik Podružnice Hrvatske akademije medicinskih znanosti u Splitu.

Uz repliku Gospe o' Poroda, koja je inače dio stalnog postava Muzeja grada Splita, zahvaljujući uspostavljenoj komunikacijskoj vezi paljenjem lumina, koje će aktivirati primalja na porodu, obilježit će se rođenje svakog novog djeteta u splitskom Rodilištu, što će biti praćeno istovremenim paljenjem ferala pred Gospom o' Poroda na bedemu na Pisturi, gdje je ovaj običaj ispratio generacije Splićana.
