U Banovini će se morati raspisati natječaj za pročelnike koji trenutačno obavljaju poslove kao vršitelji dužnosti imenovani od strane gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka, piše Dalmatinski portal.

Upravna inspekcija je reagirala po prijavi suspendirane pročelnice Maje Đerek i nakon nadzora utvrdila da nisu izabrani na temelju javnog natječaja kako propisuje zakon, nego su imenovani privremeno. Problem je što se ‘privremeno‘ u Puljkovom mandatu pretvorilo u stalno.

Puljak je imenovao Leonu Grgić na mjesto vršiteljice dužnosti za komunalu, Olenku Dadić za financije, Marija Negotića za društvene djelatnosti te Tea Vojkovića za urbanizam. Iako je Nikša Maletić v.d. pročelnika za imovinu, natječaj za to mjesto se neće raspisivati jer se na Službeničkom sudu još vodi postupak protiv Đerek koja je izabrana javnim natječajem na to mjesto. U vrijeme aktualne gradske administracije uz Đerek je još samo Antonija Eremut Erceg svoje mjesto dobila natječajem.

Puljku je rok za raspisivanje natječaja 15 dana od dana dostave rješenja inspekcije, produljuje se ako uloži primjedbu. 

Puljak je za Dalmatinski potvrdio da će se natječaj raspisati.

Podsjetimo, upravo je Maja Đerek tijekom svog nedavnog izlaganja na Službeničkom sudu problematizirala pitanje “nezakonitog imenovanja pročelnika”, na što su joj iz Grada odgovorili da čekaju novi zakon kojim će se precizno regulirati ovo pitanje. Naposljetku je Upravna inspekcija potvrdila da je Đerek bila u pravu, a kada smo je upitali za komentar situacije kazala nam je da nema posebnih komentara.

U Banovini će se morati raspisati natječaj za pročelnike koji trenutačno obavljaju poslove kao vršitelji dužnosti imenovani od strane gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka, piše Dalmatinski portal.

Upravna inspekcija je reagirala po prijavi suspendirane pročelnice Maje Đerek i nakon nadzora utvrdila da nisu izabrani na temelju javnog natječaja kako propisuje zakon, nego su imenovani privremeno. Problem je što se ‘privremeno‘ u Puljkovom mandatu pretvorilo u stalno.

Puljak je imenovao Leonu Grgić na mjesto vršiteljice dužnosti za komunalu, Olenku Dadić za financije, Marija Negotića za društvene djelatnosti te Tea Vojkovića za urbanizam. Iako je Nikša Maletić v.d. pročelnika za imovinu, natječaj za to mjesto se neće raspisivati jer se na Službeničkom sudu još vodi postupak protiv Đerek koja je izabrana javnim natječajem na to mjesto. U vrijeme aktualne gradske administracije uz Đerek je još samo Antonija Eremut Erceg svoje mjesto dobila natječajem.

Puljku je rok za raspisivanje natječaja 15 dana od dana dostave rješenja inspekcije, produljuje se ako uloži primjedbu. 

Puljak je za Dalmatinski potvrdio da će se natječaj raspisati.

Podsjetimo, upravo je Maja Đerek tijekom svog nedavnog izlaganja na Službeničkom sudu problematizirala pitanje “nezakonitog imenovanja pročelnika”, na što su joj iz Grada odgovorili da čekaju novi zakon kojim će se precizno regulirati ovo pitanje. Naposljetku je Upravna inspekcija potvrdila da je Đerek bila u pravu, a kada smo je upitali za komentar situacije kazala nam je da nema posebnih komentara.
