Zakupci skloništa i prostora u gradskom vlasništvu kojima je posljednja dva mjeseca zbog korona-krize bio onemogućen rad, promptno su reagirali na najavu iz Banovine o oslobađanju plaćanja nameta.

Prije nekoliko dana iz splitske gradske uprave, podsjetimo, objavili su kako će poslovne subjekte osloboditi plaćanja zakupnine, naknade za koncesije, te komunalne naknade, naravno, samo za razdoblje u kojem je na snazi bila odluka Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite o zabrani rada (od 19. ožujka do 11. svibnja).

U Banovinu su odmah počeli pristizati zahtjevi i upiti zainteresiranih zakupaca kojima će ovo, barem donekle, ublažiti nepovoljnu financijsku situaciju nastalu uslijed korona-krize.

– Napominjemo da poslovni subjekti ne trebaju podnositi zahtjeve za privremenu obustavu, već će gradske službe, na temelju postojeće baze podataka, iste osloboditi plaćanja. Dakle, sve otpise odradit će službe samostalno, prema podacima kojima raspolažu. Jedino je za oslobađanje plaćanja komunalne naknade i koncesije za obavljanje komunalnih djelatnosti potrebno podnijeti zahtjev, koji je zainteresiranim strankama dostupan na mrežnim stranicama Grada Splita – objašnjavaju iz gradske uprave.

Nije svima bio zabranjen rad

Inače, u Službu za gospodarenje gradskim nekretninama do danas je pristiglo 110 upita za oslobađanje plaćanja zakupnine za gradske prostore, a očekuje ih se još oko 290.

Ukupno je 540 gradskih prostora u zakupu, no određenom dijelu zakupaca nije bio zabranjen rad.

Što se tiče skloništa u miru, za oslobađanje plaćanja zakupa Gradu se javilo 39 poslovnih subjekata koji u zakupu imaju ukupno 44 skloništa. Podsjećamo i kako je onim zakupcima koji imaju obvezu plaćanja spomeničke rente odlukom Ministarstva kulture naplata ovog nameta izravno obustavljena na dva mjeseca.

Podsjetimo, pomoć gospodarstvenicima najavljena je još početkom travnja nakon čega su poslovni subjekti u zakupu mogli malo lakše disati.

Na prijedlog gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare Gradsko je vijeće 9. travnja donijelo odluku o dopuni Odluke o davanju u zakup javnih površina u vlasništvu Grada Splita za postavljanje kioska, štekata, štandova, pokretnih naprava i dr. kojom se omogućava privremena obustava naplate zakupnine tijekom zabrane rada, a za što gradonačelnik donosi zaključak o privremenoj obustavi naplate zakupnine.

Poduzetnici sad znaju i na koji način će ostvariti spomenutu poštedu, odnosno da će ih gradske službe popisati i napraviti otpis plaćanja, dok će za oslobađanje plaćanja komunalne naknade i koncesije zahtjev morati popuniti sami.

Zakupci skloništa i prostora u gradskom vlasništvu kojima je posljednja dva mjeseca zbog korona-krize bio onemogućen rad, promptno su reagirali na najavu iz Banovine o oslobađanju plaćanja nameta.

Prije nekoliko dana iz splitske gradske uprave, podsjetimo, objavili su kako će poslovne subjekte osloboditi plaćanja zakupnine, naknade za koncesije, te komunalne naknade, naravno, samo za razdoblje u kojem je na snazi bila odluka Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite o zabrani rada (od 19. ožujka do 11. svibnja).

U Banovinu su odmah počeli pristizati zahtjevi i upiti zainteresiranih zakupaca kojima će ovo, barem donekle, ublažiti nepovoljnu financijsku situaciju nastalu uslijed korona-krize.

– Napominjemo da poslovni subjekti ne trebaju podnositi zahtjeve za privremenu obustavu, već će gradske službe, na temelju postojeće baze podataka, iste osloboditi plaćanja. Dakle, sve otpise odradit će službe samostalno, prema podacima kojima raspolažu. Jedino je za oslobađanje plaćanja komunalne naknade i koncesije za obavljanje komunalnih djelatnosti potrebno podnijeti zahtjev, koji je zainteresiranim strankama dostupan na mrežnim stranicama Grada Splita – objašnjavaju iz gradske uprave.

Nije svima bio zabranjen rad

Inače, u Službu za gospodarenje gradskim nekretninama do danas je pristiglo 110 upita za oslobađanje plaćanja zakupnine za gradske prostore, a očekuje ih se još oko 290.

Ukupno je 540 gradskih prostora u zakupu, no određenom dijelu zakupaca nije bio zabranjen rad.

Što se tiče skloništa u miru, za oslobađanje plaćanja zakupa Gradu se javilo 39 poslovnih subjekata koji u zakupu imaju ukupno 44 skloništa. Podsjećamo i kako je onim zakupcima koji imaju obvezu plaćanja spomeničke rente odlukom Ministarstva kulture naplata ovog nameta izravno obustavljena na dva mjeseca.

Podsjetimo, pomoć gospodarstvenicima najavljena je još početkom travnja nakon čega su poslovni subjekti u zakupu mogli malo lakše disati.

Na prijedlog gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare Gradsko je vijeće 9. travnja donijelo odluku o dopuni Odluke o davanju u zakup javnih površina u vlasništvu Grada Splita za postavljanje kioska, štekata, štandova, pokretnih naprava i dr. kojom se omogućava privremena obustava naplate zakupnine tijekom zabrane rada, a za što gradonačelnik donosi zaključak o privremenoj obustavi naplate zakupnine.

Poduzetnici sad znaju i na koji način će ostvariti spomenutu poštedu, odnosno da će ih gradske službe popisati i napraviti otpis plaćanja, dok će za oslobađanje plaćanja komunalne naknade i koncesije zahtjev morati popuniti sami.

Oslobađanje od plaćanja najma gradskih prostora čeka čak 400 zakupaca!

Zakupci skloništa i prostora u gradskom vlasništvu kojima je posljednja dva mjeseca zbog korona-krize bio onemogućen rad, promptno su reagirali na najavu iz Banovine o oslobađanju plaćanja nameta.

Prije nekoliko dana iz splitske gradske uprave, podsjetimo, objavili su kako će poslovne subjekte osloboditi plaćanja zakupnine, naknade za koncesije, te komunalne naknade, naravno, samo za razdoblje u kojem je na snazi bila odluka Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite o zabrani rada (od 19. ožujka do 11. svibnja).

U Banovinu su odmah počeli pristizati zahtjevi i upiti zainteresiranih zakupaca kojima će ovo, barem donekle, ublažiti nepovoljnu financijsku situaciju nastalu uslijed korona-krize.
