Na dan utemeljenja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, 14. travnja, održana je posljednja, 41. sjednica aktualnog saziva regionalnog parlamenta.

Predsjedavajući Petroslav Sapunar (HGS) posjetio je sve županijske vijećnike kako ovo predstavničko tijelo slavi 28 rođendan, a oni tim datumom završavaju četverogodišnji mandat 51 vijećnika koje su građani birali za period 2017.-2021. godina.

– Hvala vam na operativnost, suradnji i razumijevanju te strpljenju. Isprika svima ako misle da sam ih zakinuo vodeći sjednice po Statutu, sve je to bila dobra namjera, kako bismi realizirani naše sjednice. Hvala županu, svim pročelnicima, vijećnicima, stručnim službama, tajnicama, Sveučilištu Split i rektoru Ljutiću te FESB-u i dekanu Podrugu koji su nam ustupili prostore za rad skupštine. Hvala medijima koji su nas pratili. Hvala i sretno – poželio je predsjednik županijske Skupštine Sapunar, dok je župan Blaženko Boban (HDZ) u svom obraćanju na kraju četiri godine druženja, istaknuo:

Preko 1800 točaka

– Gledajući naš rad i drugih vijeća, uistinu treba biti sretan i ponosan, jer zahvaljujući svima vama, i vladajućima i oporbi, nikada nismo imali slučaj prekidanja sjednice ili da nije točka izglasana, ili da se rušio kvorum. Održali smo 41. sjednicu s preko 1800 točaka i svima vam od srca hvala jer smo sve obavili bez incidenta, na razini dostojanstva. Sve smo proveli u demokratskom duhu, i kritike, i primjedbe. Trudili smo u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji da naš rad bude apsolutno transparentan. A onima koji idu u utrku za lokalne izbore i pripetavanje, samo želim neka se drže viteške igre, jer će vas obilježiti vaše dostojanstvo. Želim korektnu izbornu borbu, poštenu i sa argumentiranim činjenicama – rekao je župan Boban.

Naime, on je dobio podršku svoje stranke da ide u boj i za drugi mandat prvog čovjeka prostorno najveće županije, pa slobodno možemo reći kako se u pojedinim raspravama na zadnjoj sjednici već zahuktalo izborno prepucavanje.

A na dnevnom redu bilo je 13. točaka za raspravu, o kojima su odlučivala 43 zastupnika njih 39 u dvorani, te 4 online.

Najžustrija je bila priča o poduzetničkim zonama te potporama za poljoprivrednike na relaciji Blaženko Boban (HDZ) i Ante Pranić (Nezavisna lista mladih-Pametno), obojica kandidati svojih stranaka za fotelju župana. Nakon uvoda pročelnika za gospodarstvo Anđelka Katavića, o novom programu za pomoć jedicama lokalne samouprave za komunalnu opremljenost poduzetničkih zona (trenutno je aktivno 19 zona sa 450 investitora i preko 6000 uposlenih) vladajuće je prozvao oporbenjak Pranić:

Manje za poslovne zone

– Koalicija HDZ-HGS smanjuje poticaje za zone upola, sa 18,5 milijuna – koliko je bilo u doba župana Zlatka Ževrnje – na devet milijuna. A jedino otvaranjem radnih mjesta, što investitorima omogućuju poduzetničke zone, i što je vidljivo po našoj u Vrgorcu gdje imamo 400 milijuna kuna investicija, možete zadržati ljude u ruralnim krajevina. Neće ostati zbog besplatnih knjiga ili pomoći pri obnovi kuće, ako nema radno mjesto. Ževrnja je poticao gospodarsku infrastrukturu, dok je Boban socijalni župan, a što će donijeti nova radna mjesta – vi sami zaključit. Sve zone su trebale biti napravljene prije 15 godina, sve su kasnile osim one u Dugopolju, a isto je HDZ bio na vlasti.

Pa je nastavio prozivati vladajuće i zbog ulaganja u poljoprivredu:

- Na području Vrgorca sto OPG-ova živi od jagoda, zašto ne bi moglo tako biti i u Imotskom, Sinju? Za taj uzgoj im treba plastenik, a toga nema u planu za poticaje. Druge županije imaju plastenički uzgoj, pa zaštite od mraza, a mi nemamo ni to. Imamo najveće vinogorje, a ni to ne potičemo. Izdvajamo za poljoprivredu samo 5-6 milijuna kuna, a ona znači ostanak ljudi u ruralnim krajevima. Uz pohvalu Županiji za sufinanciranje sadnica jagoda – napomenuo je Pranić.

Bobanova kontra

Istaknuli su i drugi vijećnici – Vedran Lendić (SDP), Milija Baldić-Lukšić (Most), Ante Renić (Pametno), Natalija Rajčić (SDP), Mate Martinić (SDP) i Zlatko Ževrnja (HDZ) – važnost poljoprivrede te brigu za krajnji proizvod, ulaganje u “zelene tržnice”, zaštitu proizvoda, što je sve potvrdio pročelnik Katavić, podacima kako je minulih pet godina kroz 20.000 projekata uzeta skoro milijarda kuna iz EU fondova za rad 13.500 OPG-ova u našoj županiji.

– Na tjednoj bazi se nalazim s predsjednicima udruga i zadrugarima iz vrgoračkog kraja, a surađujemo intezivno i sa Ministarstvom poljoprivrede. Pred realizacijom smo hladnjače za vrgoračko područje, za povrće i voće, a uskoro ćemo hladnjaču imati i u Čaporicama – kontra prozivki lijepu vijest je dao župan Blaženko Boban.

Na dan utemeljenja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, 14. travnja, održana je posljednja, 41. sjednica aktualnog saziva regionalnog parlamenta.

Predsjedavajući Petroslav Sapunar (HGS) posjetio je sve županijske vijećnike kako ovo predstavničko tijelo slavi 28 rođendan, a oni tim datumom završavaju četverogodišnji mandat 51 vijećnika koje su građani birali za period 2017.-2021. godina.

– Hvala vam na operativnost, suradnji i razumijevanju te strpljenju. Isprika svima ako misle da sam ih zakinuo vodeći sjednice po Statutu, sve je to bila dobra namjera, kako bismi realizirani naše sjednice. Hvala županu, svim pročelnicima, vijećnicima, stručnim službama, tajnicama, Sveučilištu Split i rektoru Ljutiću te FESB-u i dekanu Podrugu koji su nam ustupili prostore za rad skupštine. Hvala medijima koji su nas pratili. Hvala i sretno – poželio je predsjednik županijske Skupštine Sapunar, dok je župan Blaženko Boban (HDZ) u svom obraćanju na kraju četiri godine druženja, istaknuo:

Preko 1800 točaka

– Gledajući naš rad i drugih vijeća, uistinu treba biti sretan i ponosan, jer zahvaljujući svima vama, i vladajućima i oporbi, nikada nismo imali slučaj prekidanja sjednice ili da nije točka izglasana, ili da se rušio kvorum. Održali smo 41. sjednicu s preko 1800 točaka i svima vam od srca hvala jer smo sve obavili bez incidenta, na razini dostojanstva. Sve smo proveli u demokratskom duhu, i kritike, i primjedbe. Trudili smo u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji da naš rad bude apsolutno transparentan. A onima koji idu u utrku za lokalne izbore i pripetavanje, samo želim neka se drže viteške igre, jer će vas obilježiti vaše dostojanstvo. Želim korektnu izbornu borbu, poštenu i sa argumentiranim činjenicama – rekao je župan Boban.

Naime, on je dobio podršku svoje stranke da ide u boj i za drugi mandat prvog čovjeka prostorno najveće županije, pa slobodno možemo reći kako se u pojedinim raspravama na zadnjoj sjednici već zahuktalo izborno prepucavanje.

A na dnevnom redu bilo je 13. točaka za raspravu, o kojima su odlučivala 43 zastupnika njih 39 u dvorani, te 4 online.

Najžustrija je bila priča o poduzetničkim zonama te potporama za poljoprivrednike na relaciji Blaženko Boban (HDZ) i Ante Pranić (Nezavisna lista mladih-Pametno), obojica kandidati svojih stranaka za fotelju župana. Nakon uvoda pročelnika za gospodarstvo Anđelka Katavića, o novom programu za pomoć jedicama lokalne samouprave za komunalnu opremljenost poduzetničkih zona (trenutno je aktivno 19 zona sa 450 investitora i preko 6000 uposlenih) vladajuće je prozvao oporbenjak Pranić:

Manje za poslovne zone

– Koalicija HDZ-HGS smanjuje poticaje za zone upola, sa 18,5 milijuna – koliko je bilo u doba župana Zlatka Ževrnje – na devet milijuna. A jedino otvaranjem radnih mjesta, što investitorima omogućuju poduzetničke zone, i što je vidljivo po našoj u Vrgorcu gdje imamo 400 milijuna kuna investicija, možete zadržati ljude u ruralnim krajevina. Neće ostati zbog besplatnih knjiga ili pomoći pri obnovi kuće, ako nema radno mjesto. Ževrnja je poticao gospodarsku infrastrukturu, dok je Boban socijalni župan, a što će donijeti nova radna mjesta – vi sami zaključit. Sve zone su trebale biti napravljene prije 15 godina, sve su kasnile osim one u Dugopolju, a isto je HDZ bio na vlasti.

Pa je nastavio prozivati vladajuće i zbog ulaganja u poljoprivredu:

- Na području Vrgorca sto OPG-ova živi od jagoda, zašto ne bi moglo tako biti i u Imotskom, Sinju? Za taj uzgoj im treba plastenik, a toga nema u planu za poticaje. Druge županije imaju plastenički uzgoj, pa zaštite od mraza, a mi nemamo ni to. Imamo najveće vinogorje, a ni to ne potičemo. Izdvajamo za poljoprivredu samo 5-6 milijuna kuna, a ona znači ostanak ljudi u ruralnim krajevima. Uz pohvalu Županiji za sufinanciranje sadnica jagoda – napomenuo je Pranić.

Bobanova kontra

Istaknuli su i drugi vijećnici – Vedran Lendić (SDP), Milija Baldić-Lukšić (Most), Ante Renić (Pametno), Natalija Rajčić (SDP), Mate Martinić (SDP) i Zlatko Ževrnja (HDZ) – važnost poljoprivrede te brigu za krajnji proizvod, ulaganje u “zelene tržnice”, zaštitu proizvoda, što je sve potvrdio pročelnik Katavić, podacima kako je minulih pet godina kroz 20.000 projekata uzeta skoro milijarda kuna iz EU fondova za rad 13.500 OPG-ova u našoj županiji.

– Na tjednoj bazi se nalazim s predsjednicima udruga i zadrugarima iz vrgoračkog kraja, a surađujemo intezivno i sa Ministarstvom poljoprivrede. Pred realizacijom smo hladnjače za vrgoračko područje, za povrće i voće, a uskoro ćemo hladnjaču imati i u Čaporicama – kontra prozivki lijepu vijest je dao župan Blaženko Boban.

Uz kuriozitet – obje točke su usvojene jednoglasno..
